We are diamond accor members. We let the hotel know in advance. We came into the lobby and were assaulted with the worst smell. Mildew? Our first room on floor three was handicap and the counter in the bath barely had room for a toothbrush. We revisited the lobby, restated our diamond level, and they only moved us up one floor to a standard room. Hardly the diamond experience!! The standard rooms smash the toilet and shower together and have the sink in the main room. Only two towels for us - I need a second one for my hair. Also breakfast was not great ….snd the pool area and pool were tiny. The music was too loud in such a small space. I was so disappointed with this hotel!

We travelled with a group and they booked the hotel. It was a wonderful choice. We loved the rooftop bar and pool. Everything was so close and walkable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They gave us some great recommendations and accommodated all our needs.
