The hotel is a true 5 star hotel when it comes to amenities, spa, pool, room, etc., but the service is disappointing. Extremely hard to get something to drink or eat by the pool. It takes a very long time. Servers are poorly trained and moody, without any knowledge of the menu. There’s no flexibility about the menu at all as well. Nothing in the hotel stays open after 11pm, so they basically kick you out after 11pm and there’s nothing else to do.

The hotel was crowded, no space in the pool and a very noise place!! Guests were ''making out'' and partying in the pool!! I am very disappointed, I was expecting a luxury hotel like Emiliano, Fasano or Copacabana Palace. Also, the room was very small and we didn't feel ''special''. Usually luxury hotels has more ''amenities'' like handwritten letters, welcome chocolates, etc... Definitely not worth for the price!

We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm and our room was not read and after 30 minutes late we finally got the keys to our room. The room was nice, clean, overlooking the pool and beach but the day before our checkout the bathroom shelf corner detached from the wall and few pieces of plasters and stone caused a minor cut after my husband step on accidentally. I personally called the concierge around 11 am to communicate the accident and request to fix . Late afternoon when we got back to the room the shelf still placed in our sink . Later around 7:30 pm we received a message with a offer to change the room, it was refused because we will be leaving next day early in the morning. So I was a little disappointed . Overall my husband and I had a pleasant stay as always. I was flattered when two staff from the restaurant brought me a Birthday cake and sang beautifully.

Nice suites, booked two of your best suites for several nights but got only OK, comme ci comme ca, positioning and view from front desk. Did not go out of your way to accommodate neither in the suites nor in bar nor restaurant. Food is good, wine list incredibly poor (need an actual sommelier to overhaul at such a property).

Ok but could have been better

returned as the manager said to try again. At check in was told that I was upgraded but the room was identical to that I stayed in previously. The room was ok but nothing special. Room service was better than before with the food presented on plates with proper cutlery. The hotel was not too busy which possibly made things better. The breakfast failed again as they still managed to serve an almost raw poached egg. Maybe they are used to covering them with Hollandaise sauce and covering up the uncooked eggs! Being the only group hotel in the required area I may return not expecting too much.
