After two days of travel to get to the destination and not allowed to be let into our room until nearly an hour later than 3pm, was more than frustrating. All we were offered was a coffee for the inconvenience. This also caused us to miss an event we had planned for. Long lines for both check in and check out that move incredibly slow. Concierge wasn’t much help for simple requests either and seemed bothered by most requests. Places to eat? Included services such as paddle boarding. Was accused of not having an Accor account linked to my reservation thus they couldn’t rent the boards???? I in fact did have an account provided my info but still wasn’t enough. Had to go up to check in desk only to find incredibly long lines. Why wasn’t my account linked at check in already? Do I still need to request the linking of the account?

From the moment I arrived, the upscale atmosphere was immediately apparent, everything from the lobby, the pool overlooking the ocean. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were professional and genuinely warm and attentive. Providing a place to take a shower and to hold luggage before check in.

It was totally awesome. Excellent service, very courteous and professional staff, delicious food, very well arranged and very clean, I loved the welcoming fragrance at the hotel as you enter. I had a room with the view of the ocean and I saw the most beautiful sunrise ever. I will be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for making my experience awesome.
