Safe location near metro and beach

Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was safe and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and right by the metro. Also very easy to get a cab or uber to anywhere.

I reported that my money was stolen from my room but nothing was done about it. The primary suspect was the housekeeper as she was the only one that accessed my room in my absence throughout my stay.

Good location, rooms could use more maintenance and cleaning

The hotel is well located and did its job. However, there were a few negative things: • windows did not seal properly making is noisy early in the morning • cleanliness was not up to standard: upon arrival the bed linen was damp and smelled bad; the door bathroom door was stained at the handle area, the sinkhole was dirty • table was falling • door at shower cubicle did not close properly and flooded the toilet every time I showered
