Was a short vacations on Rio, and since we arrived to the Hotel, our experience was good. Reception desk guy was so nice, also the persons who works at the restaurant in the hotel are very nice. Just one comment to improve the experience, not pull the A/C so high, because the meals turn cold after 4-5 minutes after you've serve.

Staff seemed to be doing the bare minimum — they were not welcoming, rarely smiled, and overall lacked hospitality. I requested a sheet change, but it was never done during my entire stay. My booking included breakfast for the first two days, but on the second day, I was stopped at the restaurant because they had not updated it properly in their system. I travelled alone and paid full price, so I expected a much better experience and level of service than this.
