Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and it was a great experience. Thadeu at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, if you need anything come find him for advice. He also speaks a little bit of Spanish. Marcos from the kitchen is a superstar, he will ensure you enjoy your breakfast. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

A nightmare

This was a nightmare. The room was very durty and the receptionist very lazy, slow and “too calm”…i spent like 1 hour for the checkin. I never had such a negative experince ib my life considering that I’m platinum Marriot and Hilton.
