I spent 7 nights at this hotel. It was a great experience, from the front desk, check in, house keeping and restaurant for breakfast and other meals. I would like to mention some names, but it would’nt be fair the the other staff members that were as friendly, and I don’r recall their names. Will stay here again. Thank you all, for accomodating myself and my friend, who happened to spend her birthday there, and the hotel staff were kind enough to send her a small gift, up to the room we were staying in. It was a nice surprise.

We stayed quite often at this place when we are in Rio. It offers a lot for relatively little money. It is also convenient that the car parking is next door - very good.

Not so much to say, we really liked it. But I still want to know what happen to my umbrella that was under the TV, it was pretty new and in room 1176.

The cleaning person left my door open never checked to close my room door with all my belongs there money Passaport etc I felt like I was neglected and the employees don’t care
