The quality of the rooms was lower than expected for an Accor hotel. Preventive maintenance is needed for equipment such as air conditioning and shower stalls. The first room assigned to us had a noisy bed, a leaking air conditioner, and a TV with problems. Although we changed rooms immediately, the new room was good enough to stay in for a week.

It is perfectly located in copabana. Breakfast is good and pople are nice. Rooms are ok, but bathrooms need a bit of care. The airco got damage in a room so they changed us and then the airco of the new room was leaking. By that time we didnt have energy to move again. The room card got constantly deactivate. Almost every day we had to get it fix.

Few of the receptionist did not speak English and they said I have said words related to racism which was not true. They just don’t speak English and can not understand, which in my opinion is not acceptable. This destroyed my whole stay and I was very stressed. It is not the case with all of them but only with 2 of them. I was threatened that the police would be called for something I did not say. I would never come back to the hotel.
