Had a minor issue when arriving to the assigned room. It had not been done. Went down to the front desk and the team's reaction was impeccable. It's clear everyone is properly trained to overcome challenges and you care for the customer. It is not the issue that you remember, but the response to it. and you exceeded the expectations. At least mines. Congrats.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Facility was well planned and laid out. Everything was super clean and bright. A large breakfast buffet. The guests lacked for nothing. I will be checking if they have sites in my future travel
