Overall my stay was great with the exception of getting emails asking for payment prior to checking. Received multiple emails asking for a copy of my credit card and passport even after I told them I will pay upon checking.

Staff does not speak proper english, they don’t provide water just in smelly mouldy jars and the water in it should be filtered, but most probably tap water with awful taste. No slippers provided, windows are so thin that the rooms are extremely noisy which makes it hard to rest. Houskeeping is very negligent, I even found my door open when I got back…. And for all this, it is totally overpriced. I really regret to stay there…

Great staff very helpful beautiful surroundings and extremely clean. I also like the thought of you have a pet friendly environment at the hotel. The bar and coffee shop was incredible stock with great food and beverages. The workers and both area were helful

I was disappointed with my recent stay due to the lack of flexibility and empathy from the front desk. My request for early check-in was met with rigid responses, which made the process harder than needed. A bit of understanding could improve guest experience.
