I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel during my visit to São Paulo, and I would like to thank the whole team for such a wonderful experience. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely, the housekeeping team was excellent, and overall the atmosphere was warm and pleasant throughout my stay. However, I especially want to mention Rafaella, who truly made my experience exceptional. As I was traveling solo, arriving in a new city could sometimes feel a little overwhelming, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment of check-in. During my stay, she was always kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I saw her, she would recommend places to visit and things to do, always thinking about what would be best for me as a solo traveler in São Paulo. Her recommendations and attitude made a real difference in my experience of the city. All of your staff were amazing, but Rafaella was definitely the highlight for me, and I wanted to make sure her kindness and professionalism were recognized. Thank you again for the excellent hospitality

just enough, somehow rundown hotel. It is a petty that Grand mercure brand is used and wasted in this hotel that has nothing "Grand"

The hotel looks nice in the reception area, and it was very clean. However, if you need something from reception, it might not be as straightforward as you'd like. I had to change rooms and the second one had the closet and table with heavy tears/scratches on certain parts, which, again, is not what you'd expect from a 5-star

The stay was good but I never get the invoice in my email and I meed to have mu assitant call the hotel a get a copy. O dont know why they dont print for me at chexkout. It aholens every time
