I have to say that that when I checked in, the two gentleman who were checking-in in front of me were extremely rude with the female clerk, and raised their voices multiple times because of their perceived language barrier. As a side note, I speak no Portuguese and did not have any trouble checking in at all. Anyhow, she was very polite and professional, and was a pleasure to deal with after the gentlemen left. I wish I would have caught her name so that your could commend her yourselves.

well located, trouble in morning coffee service

Hotel is well located and clean. It is very expensive, doesn´t have a gym or any space to practice some exercise (2 quarters far) and the most troubling morning coffee service. Long lines to enter the restaurant, long lines to pick up food, missing food and drinks (without reposition on time), long lines to exit the restaurant even with 4 elevators. Dirty tables. Very unpleasant experience.
