The hotel overall needs better maintenance. Room walls were dirty and stained. Not being able to iron clothes in your own room is uncomfortable, but in addition, the ironing rooms were in pretty bad condition, dirty, no water, and deteriorated irons. First day I didn't even get soap for the shower. No complimentary drinking water. Elevators take forever. Beds are not comfortable, they don't even have a real mattress. Location is good and personnel is friendly.

Check-in: huge line, took me more than 40 minutes. Room: bathroom was not so clean as I was expecting. Mattress very uncomfortable. Rush morning hour: I waited for an elevator about 10-15 minutes just to go downstairs. I traveled with a puppy and I had to keep my dog all the time in her transportation bag (lobby and elevator), despite the fact that I paid a extra tax for my dog.
