Clean, comfort bedroom, but the room service on the hall and rooms next door was unbelievable loud and messy.

There is only one reason to justify rating as dissatisfied experience: we do not have how to prove that is why we did not complained with local attendants but we arrived by car very late at night with our child on lap sleeping and while arranging all our bags out off the car our son may left his plush blue rabbit (from Parque da Monica called Sansao) on the car seat and we did not find that rabbit when we came back to the car on the next day. We travelled to Sao Paulo to visit Parque da Monica and we bought this plush rabbit on the day before. So we had to buy a new one.

Clean and organized room, very good shower, but few TV channels and parking service separeted of stay

The room is very clean and comfortable! The staff is outstanding. However, it needs maintenance! One issue was the shower! The temperature changed suddenly and almost caused injuries in my daughter. The toilet seat was broken and it was uncomfortable to use.

Breakfast starts too late

The hotel is good. The problem is the breakfast time. I was there last Sunday and I had an exam that started at 7:30. São Paulo is a big city, the exam location was not near and I stayed there waiting till 6:30 to have my breakfast. The strange thing is on Monday it also started at 6:30. I was in Curitiba some time ago and they started the breakfast at 6 on Sunday to us, because they knew the hotel was full and we can’t wait long because of our exam. So i think this hotel should improve this perception, and in dates like this start the breakfast earlier.

Good stay, courteous staff, clean room and fair value. Reception desk is dramatically understaffed and lines form up quickly, even in non-peak hours.

All was fine. The only complain has to do with the prices. Everything is expensive : Parking, meals and lodging. It is just an IBIS, not the Hilton Dubai.

The bedroom is nice, well decorated and comfortable. The only issue that need improving is the breakfast. It’s to tiny and gets crowded easily. The food (specially the eggs) has no taste at all.

Lazy check in and where is my Leclub points?

20 minutes for the check in and they were not even considering the Leclub privilege. Room clean up was terrible. Remote controls were dirty. Also, i did not receive my Leclub points from this hotel.
