Very friendly employees trying their best. Breakfast good but there are some comparable hotels in SP with a better offer. Positive is that the breakfast ist available early from 6 am. The hotel room safe was not working. I requested to fix this but nothing happened.

Negative experience. The bathroom never worked, the room was super dirty down the three beds.

Unfortunately the both rooms I stayed - restroom had a lot of mold between tiles. And the sheets were not clean on the first room The team was great but the cleaning of the bathroom were not.
