Serious higiene issues

My family (my wife, son and I), stayed for two nights. First night I slept in the bed and they on the sofa bed. I woke up at 4h57 on Sunday and my entire body was itching and full of skin rashes caused by bed mites (ácaro) in the mattress. I took a cold shower to ease the pain and continued sleeping on the ground. We later switched rooms and the second night I stayed alone sleeping on the sofa bed out of fear to worsen. My Sunday in São Paulo with my whole body itching been with heavy medicine was not a pleasure. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

It was the second time that I stayed there, and I loved the suites, are very comfortable, with all the necessary stuff to enjoy the stay. However both times I faced issues with the internet connection which is a crucial topic because of my work. Additional in my first visit the furniture in the room was more modern, which I missed during my second visit. In summary, during the period I visited São Paulo I had the opportunity to stay on different Mercure, this one is perfect just need to be consistent with the experience in the rooms and improve your internet connection.
