Poor internet connection, not able to work from the hotel, not able to join a conference call using hotel internet connection.

Old rooms, swimming pool is a joke. Gym for 3 persons. Food for the room service is awful! Breakfast was fine. Room was kinda clean but I on wash counter in the bathroom were black long hairs. It was unpleasant. I drank water, no one refilled. The same with the tea. No coffee on the room. No kettle. I was asking for kettle. People in the reception are good. The rest of the staff is so so
