staff great but hotel in dire need of renovation. shabby rooms. silly things like tea bags and cusp but no kettle ???? lifts look very old and dated dirty worn switches

Fair price, clean, well located, comfortable room. 2 things that could improve: 1- I asked for 4 towels 2 times before checking-in (and 1 more by the check-in). Unfortunately there were only 3 towels in my room 2- The windows could have some sort of noise blocker as the noise for the airplanes are too loud

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The electric lock to my room wasn’t working, and when I reported it, the staff's solution was to "gently punch it"—which I had to do for the entire stay. Next, the hairdryer in my room was broken, so I had to rely on a spare one from the reception for my entire stay. But the worst part came when I asked to extend my stay. I was told it was confirmed, only to find out the next day, after checking in again for reassurance, that my stay had *not* been extended, and I had to vacate the room as they had no availability. There wasn't even an apology from the staff for the confusion. Later that day, I received a message from the hotel offering me a room, but only at *double* the rate I had been paying. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The staff's incompetence and lack of customer care ruined my stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
