Thank you for your prompt response to all the ally chuck-ins and late chuck-outs. However, we would like to bring to your attention the failure to replace or replenish missing items in the room. We did not feel it was appropriate to request this, but it would have been beneficial to receive a more attentive response when the rooms were cleaned daily.

check in and check out processes are way to long also, was given a lot of wrong info, like the time that room services stops and the parking lot cost

I am a regular customer on Mercure specially at Mercure Moema, and its definitely getting worse... you guys need to improve the breakfest and the kitchen. Fresh food shouldn't be optional... some times its seems that the fruits, cheese, ham, breads, juice are there for decades.... There's a fruit market, a regular market and a baker store a few meters from the hotel... so its definitely not acceptable to face this situation. The only reason that I am telling you guys this, its because I really like Mercure and I think you guys have one of the best hotel location in my opinion.

Good experience overall, personal was helpful and friendly. The breakfast stop at 10:00am, so it too early. They should extend the breakfast until 11:00am.
