1. Coffee capsule is not able to request. Hotel gave me just 4 capsules for 8 nights 2. Rate check out can not be confirm before check out date. It is lucky that the room is available. But if room is not available, customer will face difficult.

Worst hotel. 2e people for a week agreed

Truly terrible. 1.5 hour waits for burgers in a near empty restaurant. Very dark rooms. Rooms booked not provided. Ac limited in rooms. Toothpick on floor outside my room all week (cleaning people walked by it for 6 days). And on the last day as I was waiting for my taxi the manager finally came to me to ask if there was anything he could do!
