NOT good.. we arrived at 8 PM and there was no room.. Never happened in my life.

We had a very nice experience. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast — it was truly the best part of our stay. The staff members are all very kind and attentive, with a wonderful attitude that makes you feel welcome from the start. A special thank you to Dona Neide, who prepared the omelets each morning. She is not only an excellent cook, but her positive energy and warm spirit made every breakfast even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

AC was too loud. Room was clean. Everyday maintained but too less light and dark room.

My room was not ready (despite being charged the "cancelation fee"), they did not clean the room the first day and then in check out they double charge me a night and took 30 min to revert the charge into my credit card.
