Even though when I got there my reserve was cancelled by a technical issue of the hotel, I pretty much enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. And it was a very relaxed environment to arrive after a long day at work

The room was fine and the staff were nice. But the room service food was absolutely terrible. And the air conditioning in my room didn’t work properly.

Hotel is great, breakfast could improve a bit by serving regular coffee instead of soluble. Overall a good experience and really quiet and above average quality rooms.

The hotel is ok, but when arriving a bit early it was a struggle because I couldnt have an early check in so had to wait for around 3 hours, if I had not ask nobody approched me to inform me that they had a room or anything.

Room OK, breakfast OK. Unfortunately – when checking in – you did not block a amount of 3000 BRL from my credit card but directly charged my credit card with that amount. When checking out I informed your check-out desk staff about that fault and they promised to credit the difference again to my credit card (around 250 BRL). Until today NO credit is booked on my credit card account. Although sent a e-mail 2 days ago to the Hotel no response. Not acceptable!

It is a lovely hotel! The staff are extremely friendly and dedicated to customer service. The only thing that could be improved is that there could be an iron and a hairdryer already in the room (without having to request it). Also, I ordered a wake up call one morning and did not get it. But otherwise, amazing experience!

Restaurant - great initial meal - excellent risotto. Noticed that consistency of preparation changed - for example coworker had the ham/cheese sandwich twice and it looked different both times. Same for roasted vegetables The sink in my room drained very slowly and some piece of metal fell in the bathroom which no one took care of
