This is usually my go to hotel when working in SP and everything is usually good. But this stay was really bad. I was put in the 2nd floor rather than my preferred higher floors. There were loud chatter in the corridors every and all night long, doors slamming multiple times, and everything could be heard just like they were in front of my bed. One of the worst experiences I had in hotels this level.

For my one night stay, the service was extremely good. The coffee shop by the entrance had fresh delicious Danish. Sitting out on the patio was so relaxing. I will stay there on my next visit.

All good except it wasn’t very convenient for a woman to put makeup on - no magnifying glass no space to put makeup on except in the bathroom but I had constantly make sure I didn’t drop my stuff into the sink. Need a well lit area to put my makeup on without worrying about dropping my stuff into the sink. Also there were only 4 hangers - I needed more and also I couldn’t hang cloth on that hanger and then move to the other area as they weren’t able to hang other areas. How much is.a hanger? Not worth protecting these from stealing. It was quite inconvenient.
