They are always attentive to small details, quick to offer assistance, and remarkably polite and professional in their interactions. What makes the experience special is their natural friendliness — it never feels forced. AC was too loud. Room was clean. Everyday maintained but too less light and dark room.

My room was not ready (despite being charged the "cancelation fee"), they did not clean the room the first day and then in check out they double charge me a night and took 30 min to revert the charge into my credit card.
