Sheet was short for my bed size. I had to sleep over mattress.

Esto está muy lejos del estándar que buscamos ofrecer. Le agradezco por compartir su experiencia. Terrible experience. I ordered room service and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes with no delivery. I called reception and was told they would check and call me back. Thirty minutes later, no return call. When I called again, I was informed that my order was most likely lost. Eventually, the food arrived—but it was incorrect. I ordered two dishes and received three, Only 2 matched my order. I requested them to speak with the manager in the next day and asked for a clear explanation of what had happened. No one followed up, and it appeared that my request was never escalated to management. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic service standards was unacceptable. As a result, I will no longer stay at this hotel, and the same applies to my team. For our next event, we will move to another Mercure property in hopes of a better experience.

NOT good.. we arrived at 8 PM and there was no room.. Never happened in my life.
