The mattress was firmer than in average hotels, which is amazing for those of us who have spine problems. Pillows were much better too. Food was good and people kind.

We were greeted promptly and assisted with our check in by Juliana. She gave us all the information that we needed to be comfortable at the hotel during our stay. Later on in our stay when you need directions, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and available.

I didn't like my room, so dark , i couldn't see inside the closet ...terrible ,not enough light in the room .

room was clean, breakfast was good, service was great from all staff. i give 8 of 10 because my expectation of a grand mercure is that the rooms would be more modern, it needs an update, especially bathroom.

This is usually my go to hotel when working in SP and everything is usually good. But this stay was really bad. I was put in the 2nd floor rather than my preferred higher floors. There were loud chatter in the corridors every and all night long, doors slamming multiple times, and everything could be heard just like they were in front of my bed. One of the worst experiences I had in hotels this level.

Em relação ao quarto e sobre andares mais altos, sempre que conseguimos, é um prazer atender suas preferências, mas infelizmente, por disponibilidade, não é sempre possível. Caso queira falar diretamento conosco para realizar sua reserva em uma categoria que fique em andares elevados, será um prazer auxiliá-lo. Mandei seu relato sobre o isolamente acústico para nosso gerente de Manutenção, para pensarmos em melhorias futuras. Peço desculpas por ter atrapalhado seu descanso. Em relação ao atendimento da Recepção ao não liberarmos seu quarto antes do horário, vou entender com a equipe, pois não é nosso padrão de atendimento.
