The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I wanted to extend my stay, but since there were no free rooms available, the reception staff suggested I contact a woman named Rose Novais, who rents several rooms in the building. We agreed that I would rent her room the next day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM for 350. However, the next day, she started bargaining. She came to the reception after 12:00 PM and informed me that she had decided to only offer the room until 6:00 PM for the same price. She refused to honor our original agreement or accommodate my needs. This behavior was highly unprofessional and unfair. As a result, I lost a lot of time and missed the opportunity to find another room in nearby hotels. I cannot recommend dealing with this person, and the hotel should be cautious about who they partner with for their guests.

Well located, good breakfast experience, comfortable stay, my only two comments would be the temperature and quantity of the water coming out of the shower that vary a lot, and the noise around the room, since doors are slammed often.
