Great location, great service, although old and dirty room, expensive, my bed sheets were stained and there was hair on them. Very noisy.

No water bottles in the room (only in the minibar, for a cost). I spent 4 nights in there and the whole time one of the elevators was out of order.

I stay there often, it is clean, quiet and we'll located. The elevators do seem to be a problem

It was an average experience starting from the wrong email registration. Room was quite OK (bed, free of charge frigobar - highly appreciated, desk were excellent). Bathroom needs improvement as the water drain in the shower was blocked. Breakfast and Restaurant Abbraccio were OK.
