I meant to book the Grand Mercure Vila Olimpia but ended up in the Mercure. Very disappointed by the Mercure. The Hotel is old, not well maintained and noisy. The hotel is also not very personal. The breakfast is below average and staff at breakfast do not offer any service.

We apologize for the inconveniences experienced, please be assured that this is not the experience we want for our guests. We already have a team hired to begin renovating the apartments. Throughout 2025 they will be renovated. Sorry for the noise. São Paulo has high occupancy this month due to several events. And the restaurant team has already been reoriented. The reservation was made at short notice and the price was a little high, but the hotel exceeded expectations. Everything was of high quality and very clean. The experience was better than that of a 5-star hotel I had recently in São Paulo.

I have stayed at this hotel before, the decoration and made it retro, which I find uncomfortable. Electric outlets, difficult to find and in difficult to reach locations. I was given an accessible bathroom, took a long shower and the entire room flooded, poor design. The elevators are a mess, if you want to go down, you better press to go up, otherwise you wont make it.

Check in took very long time and one elevator missing was an issue. However, overall it was a good stay.

Contratamos alguns colaboradores para recepção nesse último mês, e tivemos troca de sistema também, o que talvez ocasionou num processo mais lento por parte deles, mas estamos já realizando treinamentos para que possam prestar um atendimento mais ágil. Os elevadores encontram-se em modernização. Estamos realizando por partes para que não atrapalhe a operação junto aos nossos hóspedes. Inevitável em alguns dias devido à alta ocupação realmente.
