The hotel definitely needs some maintenance. Only 2 elevators were working, the carpeting is well worn and stained, the keys stop working daily and have to be reset. Not up to the usual Mercure standards. However, the staff was very friendly and efficient and most of the receptionists spoke English. The breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant were excellent. Uber service and taxis were readily available.

Busy hotel, I stayed on 2nd floor, very noisy at night (street noise).

It was my second time at this hotel. This last time, I didn't like it. The hotel was very full and busy, elevators always full and it took long time of waiting. They put me on the second floor and I slept very bad because of the street noise.
