I am a recurrent customer of this hotel, and a satisfied one at that. However, this time I found two small things: the phone in the living room was not working (the one in the bedroom was) and the strength of the water douche beside the toilet was very weak. I told this to the receptionist a couple of times. On both accounts, I was told folks would look into it, but I got no follow up nor resolution to the problem. I understand if things can't be instantaneously repaired, but I'd appreciate more candor rather than a generic "we'll look into it". The first report was on a Tuesday; I left on a Saturday without resolution on both things. Nothing deal-breaking and something I'd put against this hotel, especially given that I am treated very well in general by staff (especially the servers during breakfast), but something I'd like to relay so that more clarity on resolution ETAs is provided and things like that.

rooms don't have a double lock, that's a safety concern for women traveling alone, there are beds agains the closet, you need to climb on the bed to open/close the closet. the breakfast is average, During my stay, the eggs were always out and I had to wait. The coffee is very bad.The radiators are leaking and making noise at night.

Overall the hotel is good, location is great and staff was very helpful. We did not score 10 because the room was a little bit old and it was smelling quite bad in the shower drain in the bathroom.
