The apartment was very poorly equipped. There were no glass of wine or even any proper cup; all the dishes were disconnected, it seemed to be composed by donation or something like this. There were not even a small bottle of water. And what terrified me was the the room and the living room had only one shared air conditioner, for this reason the there were a hole between the room and the living room, making impossible to have a dark room. Never again!

At the Must (@funchal 111 Sao Paulo Br) the room service is poor, the proactivity doesn't exist, and the facilities is not bad. Its only fair if the price is cheap. Two things i would change Asap if I was a manager: 1. CX at reception, 2. Roomservice

I stayed at Mercure JK due to its location. The room was comfortable and clean as well as the hotel amenities. The breakfast was served exclusively by a waiter which in my opinion was great, since we are going through the covid pandemics. Besides that, I got a great black friday deal, so the price was excellent.

There was a period of time that there was no hotel person at the lobby, that means that no rooms could be reached, no keys could be issued, no guests could be taken care of. The parking was charged separately but it was charged on the reserve already (I paid twice). I had to live one day before my reservation ends due to the Corona situation, and the hotel did not refund me for the remaining night.

The hotel was ok, but I would suggest you work in getting better soundproof windows. It was really noisy. Also, the room does not get dark enough, there's a big space btw the doors and the floor where the light goes through

I stayed at Mercure JK while on business in Vila Olimpia, SP. The hotel is a short walk to my office, restaurants, and two large shopping malls. I had a quiet room on an upper floor. The reception team is fantastic. Check-in was fast and easy. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast buffet with omelets cooked to order.

At first, staff was friendly in the check in and my request (in room coffee machine) was met. However, in the second day, the coffee was not replaced. When I called room service to request coffee and water, the answer was that service was already closed.

The hotel is very basic, small rooms with a weak air conditioning in summer. Very few elevators which requires you to wait long times. Clean and ok for a couple of days, but not for longer stays

Staff is good . Only one person on reception could understand English.it would be good if resturant staff also speaks English. Lift sometimes does not work .we had to use alternative lift last 2 days of our stay. Sometimes ELECTRICITY goes off due to thunder and it takes lots of time to restore.

I guess room 15 is very close to the street a lot of construction noise during the night, could not slepp well.

Simple hotel, rooms are outdated, gym is a bit small. Food is sufficient. People at reception don't speak English sufficient enough.
