Wifi never worked. Impossible to work; see nothing on the TV. No iron or just using it for 30 min, and need it to return. No coffee, no toilet stuff

Our bedroom was comfortable and spacious. It was good because it had a living room, which allowed us to work using the hotel's Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of foods. The hotel staff were very attentive and offered tips on restaurants and what to do in the city.

We checked in around 11pm as our VRBO rental canceled last minute. Check in was easy. But they were far from helpful. We brought our own bags up, which believe me isn’t an issue. The front desk did not direct us to the correct elevator. After hauling all of our luggage into the elevator and going up to our floor, we realized we had taken the wrong elevator. Since certain elevators take you to certain sections, we had to come all the way back down to the first floor. When we went down again, the front desk attendant said she didn’t tell us because there were signs in front of the elevator. No apology. No assistance. Nothing. The location is great. The room was clean. No complaints on that end. The check in experience could have been better.

Very poor service at the evening restaurant - staff were rude and didn't speak any English. Although the restaurant was open until 10:30 pm, they refused to serve food and wine/beer after 9:30pm. Breakfast staff were lovely and friendly. Reception staff made no effort to actually provide any service. Room is modest and lacks decor - everything is very old and in need of modernisation. Bedroom has good wardrobe and bed is comfy. Wifi was very poor. No TV channels and no chance to log onto Netflix or Amazon Prime. No complimentary water bottles in the room. Shower tray was blocked. The lift and hallway are straight from the 70s, and very old and tired. This hotel is definitely 2 star hotel, and not 4 star.
