Staff is good . Only one person on reception could understand English.it would be good if resturant staff also speaks English. Lift sometimes does not work .we had to use alternative lift last 2 days of our stay. Sometimes ELECTRICITY goes off due to thunder and it takes lots of time to restore.

I guess room 15 is very close to the street a lot of construction noise during the night, could not slepp well.

Simple hotel, rooms are outdated, gym is a bit small. Food is sufficient. People at reception don't speak English sufficient enough.

The hotel is adequate, the elevator small but functional. The key challenge I would state is the air conditioning system and how hot the rooms can get.

The staff is really nice. Rooms are good and very clean. The only problem is that there's no sound isolation and there are planes flying over the hotel every 5 minutes, making it difficult to rest, specially during the day after a long trip.

The overall experience was good, my only point of dislike/concern is the parking when I got the car to leave the hotel looks like someone user the car to listen to the ration more specifically some soccer player, the car should not be used while parked, in special because it is something billed apart.

- AC only in the room was odd when returning given how hot the room was - Lack of international power outlets or USB outlets in the room made connectivity difficult - Food quality was ok but limited in adding details like ketchup for chips or other minute details - Chips from in room offering were stale

A lot of the information on your website was written in English and the pamphlets and printed materials in my room were written in both Portuguese and English. However, when I called the kitchen for room service the person on the phone did not speak any English and when I asked them if I could order in English they said no and hung up on me. I had multiple mishaps with other hotel team members because no one spoke enough English to communicate with me. I would say in order to set the appropriate expectation you should not market yourself as a bilingual establishment when in fact you are not.
