The room absolutely exceeded our expectations. We travelled on the overnight train from Budapest and were exhausted & looking forward to a smooth, friendly check in. The room was not ready, it was a scorching hot day. The 2 male staff on duty were not forthcoming in offering us a complimentary drink to quench our thirst. We were a party of 3, they offered us 1 water! I’d expect a little more tbh from Ibis
