Checkin took ages. At checkout, they were not able to verify that my reservation was paid through their app. I had to dig out the transaction from mobile banking. I requested an invoice, which I have not yet received after a few days. When exiting the parking by car, I had to wait and call repeatedly for them to open the barrier, despite specifically asking them 2 mins before to pay attention, as the ramp is extremely steep at exit (the reception staff again). The hotel itself is decent, clean, comfortable beds, ok for short stays. The elevator is a mess: slow and weird commands. The breakfast feels like in a canteen due to the weird trays policy.

The rooms are clean and quiet as there is not licated clise to the street. Breakfast can be more varied as it is the same thing every day but there are multiple choices
