When we arrived there was a room ready so we got in very quickly, also due to the online check-in that I did beforehand (which is a really good idea). Also, the room was really clean and nice and the staff was also very friendly. One thing I did not check was the opening hours for the hotel restaurant and it would have been nice to be told by the front desk/ in the email reservation, but that's not something to be called bad service. Overall, it was a good experience even if it was a short stay. Thank you!

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Cons: bathroom doorknob handle was falling off, lamp fixtures were loose and unstable - it feels like the room really needs a renovation. Staff was not very helpful either - when I asked for help to get more information from a museum because I can’t call romanian numbers, I was told they can’t help me. Not the best customer service.
