The room is so dirty the cleaning is not done properly..lots of little bugs also flying around…and wth all the global health issues..cleanliness and hygiene should have been PRIORITY

Clean, cosy, comfortable stay for a family

Our room was big, very clean and comfortable, with many amenities such as kitchen, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, ironing board, etc. We used the gym, the children played at the game area that was near the reception. The hotel is at a very convenient location, ten minutes walk from the center, there is the tram/bus station outside the hotel and the metro station 5 minutes from the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. I didn't mind that they don't clean the hotel every day because we could take our garbage in the special room in our floor, separate the plastic, the paper etc, and we could get clean towels whenever we needed. I would choose Aparthotel Adagio again!

The room at the Aparthotel Adagio was big, very comfortable and with many useful appliances such as kitchen, microwave, big fridge, coffee maker, dishes, ironing board, etc. It was clean with many wardrobes in the rooms, separate bathroom and toilet. We used the gym of the Hotel and the children played at the games in the reception lounge. The people of the hotel were smiling and helpful. The location was perfect for us because we weren't right at the centre but we could walk 10-12 minutes to the Stephanplatz. There were restaurants, cafes, supermarkets 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Two bus /tram station outside the hotel and the metro 5 minutes from the hotel. We enjoyed walks at the Danube Canal and the area next to it. It was a dream!

It is a very nice place to stay, very close to the city center, you can visit Viena even by walking. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Extra thanks to Ms. Elif who works at the reception. The breakfast was also better than I expected. We would like to thank Susanne, who prepared our breakfast, for preparing delicious local breakfasts of the Middle East from time to time.

Our stay was perfect. Location was good, it's near the public transport. The receptionists were so nice and helpful. The only problem we encountered was that the airconditioning in our room was not really working, we requested a transfer and they did but the room we transferred in was the same, luckily it's not too hot in the hotel room but overall it's worth it and we're happy with our stay. ☺️
