The hotel's location was ideal. It was just walking distance from the old town/city center. If you needed to go further, tram lines are right next door. The room was spacious and well-equipped for a small "apartment". Breakfast was mediocre at best and for approximately €20 per person was overpriced. It was disappointing for a 4 star hotel/apathotel The staff was mostly friendly and polite. Some were very curt, and one was impolite, making a rude comment. Overall, the staff was friendly, and a big shout-out to Susanne from the kitchen staff; she was very nice and lovely.

Great location, spacious and clean room, bit outdated. Staff was friendly, but not consistent and did not seem to be aware of hotel/accor policy. Also information on the web was not accurate.

no upgrade but kind staff

Gio Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

I usually get an upgrade being a Dimond member, but unfortunately this was not the case. We agreed before arrival a double bed room but at arrival only a single big bed room was available so we had to move at the last floor underneath the roof which looked a sort of downgrade as it is smaller and with small windows. Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Thanks! Very good hotel location.

Adagio Vienna offers an ammazing position just right next to the Wienna Mitte Train station, providing good level of accomodation of any kind. We were as f. of 4 and felt very comfortable in this hotel - it's definately an child friendly hotel. Overnight - very quaiet location providing good sleeping standard.
