Friendly staff, overrated breakfast, terrible pillows, synthetic duvet cover, no shower door or shower curtain and no bathroom curtain with window in front of the shower. Large washbasin, only 3 coffee capsules, fridge barely cooling, weak WiFi, tiny elevators. Very good noise proof windows.

My 3-night vacation was ruined. Pray I didn't sue. I didn't book a house because I thought the hotel would be warm. In April, the air conditioners were blowing cold air; it's absolutely unsuitable to come with a small baby. I came there to use the kitchen at night to make baby food and his favorite soups. The child's fever wouldn't go down because of the cold, and we went to the doctor three times. Even the hospital was warmer than the hotel. We spent our 3-day vacation in the Vienna Children's Hospital, and the hotel should have given us a refund. On top of that, when I tried to buy drinks, I didn't have my card with me, and I said I'd pay when I checked out, but they wouldn't give me a soda without paying the price immediately. Pray I didn't ask for a refund for the hospital and hotel expenses. I will write about this on every platform I can find, including social media. I've never been so miserable in any hotel in my life. I came with two children, but I will never go near this hotel again.

I stayed at Aparthotel in worldwide several times. In this time, they did not provide fresh power free of charge. Luckily, My booking was made in December 2025, the staff still provided me the fresh towel. However, my friend made the booking in Jan 2026, no fresh tower is provided fee of charge because of new hotel rule. That is ridiculous and inconvenient. We stay four night, how come no fresh towel. .
