Amazing location, everything with the hotel was nice. But the receptionist insisted that I pay upfront when I am checking in was weird, didn't happen to my friend, maybe happened to me because I am a person of color, couldn't think of any other explanantion. I once asked that there is no hot water in my room and they agreed, but I got hot water after sometime. Also, the worst email management, the address on my invoice was mixed up and one of the invoices was sent to another colleague.
