All staff at reception were very helpful, kind and polite .They had a positive attitude and were very happy to help us at anytime. The breakfast was excellent and Suzzane(hope I am spelling her name right)was always happy to help us at the restaurant throughout our stay. She showed kindness, excellent service and every morning welcome us with a beautiful smile. Thank you Suzzana 😊 you made feel very nice every morning throughout our stay . The location is FAB

The permit itself is lovely. Well situated and very well equipped. Comfortable and lively staff. However, for some local Health & Safety reason, our window was locked shot and we were not allowed to open it. It was like staying in a sauna. Despite 3-4 complaints, it was only opened once in 4 days. And the A/C doesn’t work as it was ‘Winter’ and I was told there as are no fans to deal with this known and obvious problem! Such a shame…

Positives: good location by trolley stop. Good kitchen, tv and safety. Good front desk staff. Negatives: the bed didn’t have enough support for me. The shower could have used a separate grab bar for steadiness.
