Superb location and amazing staff. They were so lovely and so helpful. We booked a studio with windows that were permanently closed due to Austrian fire laws. The room got incredibly hot. We were moved to another room once we asked if we could get any help for making the room cooler. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - they were so lovely. The beds were very uncomfortable. However, overall our stay was positive simile due to the location, the staff and the overall safe feeling with the 24 hour reception. I would recommend the hotel but just be mindful to book a room with a window that opens and hope that the beds have been replaced by then! ☺️

The rooms our good, our first room 716 was too hot seems like the heating in the bathroom is responsible for that and not only the window that is not openable. The service was great, the location is perfect and the breakfast was good.

Rude and racist reception staff

As Accor Platinum and regular guest of the Adagio I was extremely upset and disappointed when the reception treated my Asian wife I am married for 15 years now and who checked in with me a week earlier has been treated as a suspicious person and was denied entry to our room when she forgot the keycard and arrived 20 minutes earlier in the hotel at 11 pm one day. If I would not have let her up the only option for her would have been to sleep in the lobby, their worry was she might "steal or sneak in rooms". It was embarrassing for her and upsetting for me. Its the last time I stayed there and will also return my accor membership to explore other hotel groups that treat guest in a more polite and proper manner.
Dear Mr. H., we sincerely regret to read about the feelings and opinions, you left our Aparthotel with, and we are sorry that we lost you as one of our loyal Accor members. Of course, I would also like to take the opportunity to respond to your feedback and to your point of view. Please believe me, when I tell you that it never was our intention, to convey such an impression. I already tried to explain to you that it is indeed a security restriction for all of our staff members, that we are not allowed to let unknown persons into a room, when they don't have a key card with them. Instead we need a prove that this person really belongs to the room, they want to enter. Furthermore I told you already that this was the first shift of my colleague that night, after a longer period of holiday, and that he didn't knew you or your wife personally. Also as far as he told me, Mrs. H. was very understandable in this situation and agreed to wait then for you in our lobby, as you would have come shortly anyways. Then she called you, in order to prove, that she is staying with you in the room. I want to assure and clarify once again, also within this community that we are definitely denying, that your wife came into this situation because of discrimination reasons! Our Adagio team consists of ethnities from all over the world, and our night receptionist that was present that evening is also already a part of our team for almost 10 years now, and never had a situation like that before! However, we would like to apologize once again to you and especially to Mrs. H.! We hope you will reconsider your opinion about the Accor brand at least.
