Thank you for upgrading us to a one bedroom suite. And for permitting us to check in an hour earlier. The space was well lit, with everything working well. We didn’t use any of the kitchen equipment except the fridge and it was nicely clean and adequately cold. I loved the location. And the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful.

The biggest bonus of the Aparthotel was the location - very central, easy access to a variety and key public transport, nearby grocery stores, just at the outskirts of the first district - , and the kids corner, which was a hit! However, if staying with kids, please do keep an eye on them, as we found a single loose battery among the toys. When removed and brought to the staff's attention, we received a casual "Oh, no worries". However, basic amenities were amiss. The most significant issue was the fluctuating temperature of the shower. It was not possible to regulate the temperature so that it would stay consistent, which meant that throughout each shower, the water would turn freezing as well as scolding. The latter became a serious issue when trying to shower young children. The water pressure was also near non-existent. The other issue was that the aircon system available simply was unable to actually heat or cool the apartment. Other amenities provided were useful including the small kitchenette with fridge and freezer. Another bonus was that a laundry service was available, even if at a pretty steep cost (€12 per washing load).

This was the third time I have stayed at the Adagio and I would return again and again. The location is fantastic with easy access to the city on foot or by public transport, and the view from the rooms facing the Donau is quite breathtaking! The air conditioning did not not reduc e the temperature below 27C, the sink was clogged the whole time, in spite of our complains.

Just on the ring that delimitates the historical center. 10 minuts by foot t0 the Cathedral and 15 minutes by foot to the Prater. Close to the River Station : if you plan to go to Bratislava, catch the boat along the Danubio river! Very confortable beds! Good Breakfast, even if I was expecting something more ;-)

We were 2 adults and 2 kids . Room 609. . Air conditioner did not work at the living room . The sofa bed in the living room was not sleepable at all .. I woke up middle of night sweating . When asked for repair or change , the response for positive. They gave a ventilator to pass next night .. Secondly - I asked for late checkout at least till 1:30 .. it was rejected even though I am a Accor gold member. I was asked to check out before 12 noon . Extremely dissatisfied

Good-sized room, big bathroom, clean and tidy, we could not watch Netflix on TV, very limited options, Breakfast was very limited; not much to choose, it was overpriced; better to get to a corner shop 2 mins walk and get much more for the money Internet was a bit slow and often to log in again and again. I am writing this email with extreme anger and frustration regarding a serious security and integrity failure at your hotel. Two days ago, my family and I checked out of Room 615 (Family Room) before moving to Rooms 702 and 704. During the packing process in Room 615, several very expensive personal clothing items were mistakenly left behind in the hanging closet, including a dress, a denim jacket, and several shirts. I notified your front desk team that very same evening about the forgotten items. I was promised that the housekeeping team would inspect the room first thing the following morning. Today, I was shocked and outraged to be told that "nothing was found" in the closet, that the maid claims she saw nothing, and that the items are not in the Lost & Found. Let me be completely clear: the items were left inside that closet. They did not vanish into thin air. If they are missing, it means someone from your cleaning staff removed them without reporting or handing them in. I demand a thorough and immediate investigation into this matter today. I expect my property to be returned to me without delay, or a full monetary compensation for the value of the missing items. If this issue is not resolved promptly and to my full satisfaction, I will immediately take the following actions: 1. File a formal police report with the local Vienna police regarding stolen property. 2. Publish detailed negative reviews documenting this theft and negligence across Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and all major travel platforms.
