We had 2 rooms. I one the heating could not be controlled and the widow needed to be opened, but not whilst anyone was in the room! Also the shower head kept falling down. The other room, the sink plug was broken, causing us to waste more water and the shower kept overflowing.

Positives: good location, easy to get to places in the centre, staff were pleasant Negatives: The bed was uncomfortable The room was very hot Only one lift was working the whole time we were there and we had to wait often The shower went hot and cold The toilet was not clean when we arrived They didn’t let us use the gym and sauna after checking out which was empty every time we had gone so I don’t understand why not. The gym has limited equipment

All in all good stay. Clean and welcoming. Nice people especially Sussana at the breakfast. Breakfast not diverse but fresh and nice. The water in the shower was constantly going from hot to cold and vice versa.

Our first time going to Vienna, and we were stressed. We were relieved when Ms. Elif from the hotel sent us an email regarding the reservation. And when we arrived in Vienna, Ms. Elif met us at the reception. She informed us everything. Our holiday began in peace and security, and it continued that way. We had no negative experiences with the hotel whatsoever. It was clean, warm, and in a very central location. Because we went during peak season, we paid a very high price for accommodation, but the price-performance ratio was well-balanced.
