We are still questioning our stars on what made us book Aparthotel Adagio Vienna city for our 5 nights stay in Vienna. The checkin was alright but everything post that was horrible. The air conditioning in our room was not working and after repeated complaints, written emails, coming to reception at 4.30 am, meeting the manager, it was just not resolved. All we kept asking was for someone to come up to our room to see that there was no air coming from the blower, all we got were all the possible reasons and execuses from the hotel only does a certain amount of temperature, to Europe is hot and we don’t do Asian temperatues, to we fixed it and the last and worst being open your windows and sleep. We kept asking for help and it was like no one was interested to even address our hear us properly. We even met the GM but we also said I’ll get back to us but was never even bothered to reply back to us. We suffered in the nights without air, sleeping with windows open and insects flying around us and were counting hours to get out of there. I am a Platinum member and have lived in Accor properties across the world, but this has to be the worst hotel in the world for sure.
