We paid extra money for early check in at 10AM and we arrived at 11Am and the front desk told us the check in time is 3pm without checking our reservation. We told her we paid extra for early check in and she told us we have to wait cos normally it’s 3pm like duh? We know, that’s why we paid extra. She’s incompetent and does not do her job well. The other staff were gossiping near the lobby. Do not come here!

A good experience. I cleaned,well equipped room in a quiet location. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. We were even given a free drink as it was a birthday for one of our party.
