The location was very convenient for Université Gustave Eiffel and the hotel was perfect for a few nights stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and facilties were adequate. The rooms are on the smaller side but I think this is OK for the location.

This hotel is a joke!!! If they charge you a deposit on the check in DO NOT PAY because they do not return your money!! I stayed in Ibis Marne la Valle Noisy le Grand in Paris, they charged me a deposit fee, I payed it on debit because I do not own a credit card, on the check out I was told the money would be back in the account, and IT HASN’T. I’ve been trying to solve this for over 2 weeks now, calls, emails, everytime the receptionist is super rude and hangs up the call on me. THIS IS ABSURD. No consideration for the customer, into solving a problem that THEY HAVE CAUSED. Absolute garbage, if you’re going to Paris, DO NOT STAY IN ANY IBIS HOTELS!!!!

Room was smaller than expected. After opening the third bed our luggage had no place to be open. After sleeping we put the extra bed back to the wall to get more space in the room. All in all room was clean and we slept well, but we could have used some extra square meters. Breakfast was great for the value of price. One morning there was no bread, and they filled out the bread after we had already eaten. Area for breakfast was also too small. After eight it was crowded. Location perfect for RER and shopping center just across the street. Wouldn’t suggest moving alone after 7pm. Prepare to pay deposits for the stay!
