Access to the hotel is extremely difficult and dangerous after rain on the steps and in reception, particularly in the dark. There is no safe place to unload the car, although the staff believes it is safe. A single lane road, badly lit, with cars parked on one side, and residents trying to get to their car parks, is an issue. This is particularly the case when travelling with a three year old and trying to unload after a long journey. Although there is a car park, it is not onsite, and again is along a badly lit street. I think the comment ‘what do you expect for the money’ is an insult to other Ibis Budget hotels who seem to take pride in their ‘budget’ hotels.

I had little bugs walking in my room

Hotel was small and a bit grotty. When we arrived there was a lot of rubbish and mess outside our room. Room didn’t feel clean and the layout was odd. The 4th bed was a pull out from a cupboard and separate from the rest of us in its own corridor off the room. The bunk bed was not made and my daughter was covered in bites afterwards. I won’t be staying there again.

We stayed here for 1 night as we wanted to stay between Paris and Disneyland. Location was great, near the train station and room was fine for one night. Good selection at breakfast also

I have paid through online banking on 01.10.2022, and while check in, I was told that the amount was not received. So I paid at the time of check in again. So I paid twice. So please reimburse one payment. I am keep on following up to get back the money, and the persons in check in counter is always saying that they will check with their manager for money reimbursement, but after that no response. I am following up daily to get the money back, but nobody is taking responsibility. very disappointing.
