Mikelocakes Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Spent allot of money for a group booking. Customers service was terrible. Rooms uncleaned. Staff was very aggressive. Parking is not free. We kept recharging keys. Paperkeys were not practical. Manager on duty was very arrogant. Other customers complained to us when we finally voiced our complaints.

We felt most unwelcome arriving on a Thursday evening in the middle of what appeared to be an office party in the bar of the hotel. Food options were very limited and were pushed towards the expensive and non-athomospheric restataurant. Location is not great either. Childrens spfabed mattresses were lumpy and very thin

The room was a good size. The air conditioning was broken which wasn't a major issue but was a bit frustrating. The window has been replaced recently and the seal had but been replaced so there was a large draft around the window. This meant that there was a lot of noise from outside which we were unable to reduce. Or soon who slept closest to this window was badly burn by mosquitos which could obviously get surround the large gap around the window. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked. The restaurant was closed messaging we had to leave the hotel to eat in the evening.

Mehdi's help was the best part of our stay.

Very warm welcome. Mehdi was there to greet us for a late night check in. He was super helpful and went out of the way to make sure our kids would go right to bed late night. A very kind soul and professionally pleasent to deal with. I'd give more stars if I could for Mehdi. Thank you
