We were very surprised on the lack of focus on COVID-19. Lots of posters stating action, but the staff did not follow this. Bar staff with no face mask on, cleaning staff too. Breakfast was our biggest concern with a buffet where several other guest entered the restaurant with no face mask and served themselves food, not using the utensils either. The staff did not approach and tell them to put a mask on and use utensils. This really shocked us and made us feel very uncomfortable. There also was no hand spirit inside the buffet area, only at the entrance as you came in. We were in France for two weeks and this was by far the worst COVID-19 experience and we were happy to only be staying one night..

It was such a good trip so glad I choose this hotel to stay at for my daughters 4th birthday ! We was visiting from the uk and took my daughter to Disneyland whilst trying to do as many tourist destinations as we could while we was there. The hotel gave my daughter a lovely surprise that made her feel very special on the morning of her birthday and gave her a present and birthday card and a slice of cake for her birthday. Very sweet ! Thankyou so much again. I Can’t thank the staff enough at reception, they were all so helpful especially the women that works late evening she must have got fed up of me with how little I French I spoke she helped me order food for my very fussy little girl that wanted pizza. And the lovey women in the morning that helped direct us to the train station and other places. Lovely hotel and staff we will definitely visit again

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience was so above and beyond if felt it necessary. My wife arrived to the hotel by taxi from the airport. I was waiting in line to check in when she noticed we left our backpacks in the taxi. The same backpacks that had our passports and immigration paperwork. Neither of us speak French and we were freaking out. The woman at the front desk and the hotel manager looked at my cab receipt and started searching everywhere for the driver. They called the airport, all of the companies that frequently operate out of the airport, and anyone else they could find. The hotel manager even offered to come with us to a pharmacy to help my wife replace prescriptions that were in her bag, but that wasn't needed because they were actually able to locate the driver and a couple hours later I had my bags back! They didn't have to do all this for a couple of idiots that couldn't keep track of their belongings, but they did, and I couldn't be more grateful. Even when not factoring in the terrific customer service I would still recommend this hotel. It's close to the RER A and the rooms were a decent size and clean.

The hotel provided most of what we needed for our stay. Other than room temperature it was fine. The breakfast was suitable. Reception was efficient and friendly.

Despite being an Accor Silver member, no welcome and membership not even acknowledged. Rooms booked were not available at check in (7pm).... Alternate configuration or room on a smoking floor was all that was available. Restaurant did not have the chosen meal at 7:30pm and no feasible alternate available. Joked with staff that not the best impression and the response was they like to maintain a similar standard in all areas. No ability to control the temperature in the room either so slept with window open next to the motorway. Only stay here if you absolutely have to.

Zero acknowledgement of being Accor silver member . No welcome benefits offered . On check in told hotel full and room booked not available . Offered alternate twin configuration or room in smoking floor. Take it or leave it approach. Went to restaurant colleague and I ordered and told our choices not available ( at 7.30 !!!) . When joked that given room issue and now limited choice in restaurant hotel not presenting well , staff responded that they do best to keep poor standards across all departments !!!!! . Breakfast , dirty tables no staff to be seen and variety available underwhelming. Also externally vans of gendarmes at the entrance drive is never a welcoming look !!!

Cigarette smoking room when we asked for non-.smoking, this is unacceptable with 2 kids, missing blankets, no pillow, took over 1 hr to get them, broken fridge broken hair dryer, took 45 minutes for someone to open the garage at night, got yelled out at the restaurant because I asked for a tray to bring food to my sick daughter, they didn't tell us the time for breakfast, we paid and showed up in the morning to find a close restaurant, we got woken up by a barking dog at 6am, they didn't clean the room until 5 pm when we asked them at 8am etc etc etc....

First impression of the hotel was good, very nice reception, however when going up to the room the corridor had lots of empty glasses, bottles, and pizza boxes all over the floor (including outside of our room 414). It looks like the cleaner had left these to be collected, however by this point it was 9pm. The next morning it looked like the cleaners were doing rooms on the same corridor but the empty/glasses still remained from the night before. Our room also had lots of bits on the floor, making it look like it had been poorly cleaned. Both of these things gave a very poor impression of the hotel and weren't really acceptable from a hotel of this price. On the plus side the beds were very comfy.

I would generally describe Novotel network in Paris as the worst Accor group properties I've stayed at, but this one is definitely the worst (of the worst). I've had to cancel my reservation after first night and move to the nearby Holiday Inn where I received proper welcome and better room despite lower room-rate and my modest status comparing to ALL Platinum that was completely and deliberately ignored by Novotel Marne-la-Vallée staff. 1. I've been met by reception staff in a dirty coat. So dirty it was actually disgusting to the level that I wouldn't even excuse for a cheap hostel. 2. This is not the first time I had to ask for the Platinum status benefits in Novotel in Paris, but the reception I received in your hotel this time was really special - first of all I was told that the hotel manager has ordered not to upgrade any LCAH members independent of their status and room availability as it was badly affecting his revenue. After some additional requests I was able to receive a welcome drink voucher however a welcome amenity wasn't offered or left in my room. Unfortunately the reception person never heard that word and couldn't explain why. 3. The room I booked ("superior double") was below all possible standards even comparing to other similarly priced/starred hotels of Novotel chain in Paris. Even if there's no availability to upgrade, all other Accorhotel I have stayed around the world at least try to provide a nicer room according to my preferences. This is not the case with Novotel Marne-la-Vallée. The room I was provided was dirty and tired, facing the noisiest possible side / the highway, low floor and as I learned in the morning (8am) there were drilling works right next to it. 4. Other room and hotel "features" I decided not to enjoy and leave as soon as possible were: - -heating was absolutely inadequate and couldn't be turned off but that was the problem for all hotel guests it seems as I met groups of people at the reception asking about the same. -the first time a hotel wifi was absolutely unusable during my numerous stays at Accorhotels - you can connect to the network but it drops in 1-2 minutes on all devices. - the breakfast was good and in line with other Novotels in Paris and this where you earn the only point out of 10.

I've stayed in a few Novotels and generally they're consistently good, this wasn't. When we arrived late evening there was no restaurant or room service available. The adjoining grill, due to close at 11pm, refused to serve my family of four at 10.30pm until we begged. They were incredibly rude throughout. There were buckets collecting leaks in the foyer. The rooms were small, dated, the toilet smelled of a men's urinal and there was no air conditioning... it was so hot we couldn't sleep, even after a long journey from the South of France. Breakfast was also disappointing. Largely sugary cereal and some cold meats. the hot option appeared to be the cold ham warmed up. Having stayed in the lovely Novotel Beaune the week before, this was a complete contrast. Wont be returning to this one.

A nice hotel at the out skirt of Paris city still well connected to the city center. very nice and helpful staff. Rooms with big and comfortable bed, Car park with reasonable rate (€12,00 for 24 hrs) and all other standard facilities. Value for money.

I had used the online check-in in combination with my Accor Gold status and state in early check-in. Upon arrival the room was not ready and had been finished in a rush, resulting in the bins still been full and sweety rappers under the pull out sleep sofa. In the first, the rooms smelled fresh this was masked by the freshener used and developed a mouldy smell after a couple of hours followed by the smell of cigarette smoke (IT was a non smoking room) but that seems to be the norm in France, every morning we saw breakfast tablets in front of rooms filled with glasses full of cigarette butts. Otherwise the room was ok. The staff in general friendly. Breakfast if you can call it a breakfast felt, looked and tasted cheep. I had better breakfast in Ibis Hotels all over Europe. This was disappointing as we planned to have a full breakfast and set of to discover Paris and go for Dinner in the evening. So we had to change plans. On a positive note there is a shopping centre 400m away with great food, cafe and Bistro for very little money. Also the Hotel needs a full health check, I believe there is not one table in the restaurant which is standing straight or is not wobbling. The hallway carpets are dirty and the Hotel looks on many occasions run down. Also on a Side note, when you have Accor Gold Status you have certain privileges none of which have fulfilled. (Like room upgrade, welcome gift or high speed internet) Also was it not possible to book food or drinks on the room, so again here you miss out on collection status points. If you find all of this is nit picking this is a good hotel in a very easy travel location 20 min train to the front door of Disney Land and 30 min into Paris City-Center. On other note, and this is not only this Hotel but it drives me crazy. In each bathroom is a sign "we protect the environment if you need fresh towels drop them on the floor, for second use hang towels up" and still we received every day a fresh set of towels.

Very hot rooms, horrible breakfast rude and disorganised staff. Room was not too bad but sofa bed was too springy to be comfortable. Was charged €2 for parking when leaving on the second day for some shopping and had to pay €24 on check out after 2 days. The reception was adamant i was not charged but saw charge on my bank statement. Overall assessment of the hotel. Not a typical novotel im used to.

Stayed as a family for a trip to both Disney and Paris. Hotel is excellently located for both - 20min drive to Disney (hotel located with excellent access to the main highway), 30 min train to Paris. Station is 15min walk from hotel. Location to the station was our primary reason for choosing this hotel over other similar hotels in the area.Hotel staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.Not so good:Parking is limited on a first come first served basis chargeable at hotel. You have to get a ticket from reception each time you leave. However on the plus it is a underground car park.The hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms and the hotel do not provide fans (we asked)Our room was a nice size but a little dated, when compared to the hotel entrance which been updated and looks nice.Drinks at the bar are very expensive €5.50 for half a pint is not reasonable. The breakfast is expensive at €16 per person with limited selection.On the whole we enjoyed our stay at the hotel which met our needs at the time.

Big and clean room. 10 Min walking distance from the Metro. Breakfast buffet was good and the spread was good. Facilities was good. Close to Disneyland. The metro costs about 5 euros per person for Disneyland.
