Overall we had a good stay. The staff were great, we had to store medicine in the fridge and they were great with that. The breakfast was also very good. There were times each day where there wasn't hot water in the room. Also in a family room with 3 beds we were only given 2 cups. When I asked for another one we were given a paper cup not a glass. There isn't very much storage space in the room for 3 people, the room being small meant we were always tripping over things. Having the bed higher so you could store a suitcase under it would be really helpful

A surprisingly well organized and designed room, with the most fantastic bed I've ever slept in (I prefer hard matraces, which is not common in hotels, so definitely within my Top5 favorite one). I also should mention the smart and trendy design of the room, which made this "capsule" look bigger than in reality. Staff is utmost kind and respectful, and focusing on the best experience. Will definitely return.
