The worst Ibis we have ever stayed at. I’m appalled at how the staff spoke me and my family. No is the only thing said to us! Ice ?? No! A microwave? No! An extra pillow ? No! A glass to drink water ? No! And it was super dirty. Outside garage everywhere. I will never stay here. They are actually kind and decent at Novotel next door! Oh use the pool ?? No! Closed. So awful.

The room was nice but on the smaller side, ideal for what we wanted. Located 10 min walk from the metro station with very easy and quick trains to both Paris and Disney. Bed was comfy, but only 3 pillows not 4 despite asking for an extra. Car park was extra €12 a night but very secure. Tip. Go to level 1 its not very well sign posted and use the Novotel parking spots. Restaurant was closed for the week and breakfast was very limited, but nice. I would stop again if visiting either.

The room looked nothing like the one on the website. Room no. 112. The room hadn't been cleaned properly. The ceiling in the entryway wasn't closed up. The wall lamps were hanging by their wires rather than being attached to the mounts. The toilet flush button was broken. The double bed was propped up on some old wooden blocks. The entire room was generally very worn—and I mean *really* worn. I’ve stayed at many hotels in many countries, but this is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. That room shouldn't be allowed to be rented out...

The room was extremely small. Fortunately, we are slim people, if not you could hardly move between the bed and the wall. There was an empty bottle of soda under the bed from the people before us and hair in the sink of the bathroom. Luckily the sheets were very clean to sleep in and there was no outside noice during the night.

This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived and checked in at approximately 11:00 PM. The check-in process itself was smooth, and the receptionist was polite and professional. We had reserved two rooms—one for my parents and one for us. Unfortunately, the positive aspects ended there. Upon entering the rooms, one of them was noticeably unclean. While disappointing, we initially considered it tolerable. The far more serious issue was that the air conditioning in both rooms was completely non-functional. The rooms were unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Assuming the cooling system might simply require some time to take effect, we attempted to get some rest. However, the temperature continued to rise, and by approximately 3:30 AM we woke up drenched in sweat and unable to sleep. We contacted reception to report the issue. The receptionist moved us to two different rooms but explicitly stated that no further room changes would be possible. To our frustration, the air conditioning in the replacement rooms was also not working. As a result, neither we nor my parents were able to sleep for the remainder of the night. Spending an entire night in excessively hot rooms with no effective solution offered by the hotel was completely unacceptable. A functioning air conditioning system is a basic expectation, not a luxury. The fact that multiple rooms suffered from the same issue suggests a serious lack of maintenance and quality control. This stay was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing, and I am very relieved that we had only booked a single night. I would strongly advise potential guests to avoid this property unless they are prepared to risk a similarly unpleasant experience.

Hotel rooms need maintenance and upkeep. Restaurant was expensive for the food and quality provided. Parking also pricey at 12 euro per night. Pool was closed in May while weather was hot. Location is good next to the metro for easy access to Paris.

We were disappointed to not have a kettle in the room, but the staff let us fill our drinks flasks with hot water in the morning. There was a cold draft from the window, but the temperature was comfortable even though very cold outside. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower, as requested on booking. The beds were very comfortable and the bunks for the children were perfect.

Took forever to get checked in, it was later in the evening at about 8pm but no staff around to help for a good 5/10 minutes. Although online the hotel says there is parking, it does not mention that it’s €12 a night. Room was dirty with paint and plaster falling off the wall in the bathroom, a lump of chewing gum stuck to face of the headboard, and bulb missing (not just blown) and stains all over the carpet. Definitely won’t be staying here again

My room was grubby and tired, the curtain was filthy. The TV didn't work. The shower had to be used handheld or it just aimed straight at you and constantly flicked between hot and cold water, so that was fun. Very small room but that's to be expected in this location. We ate in the hotel restaurant both nights, first night it was quiet we were seated and served in a timely manner. Staff were ok. The second night was something else. Having been told it would be a 10 minute wait to be seated and one other party in front of us we expected maybe 30 minutes and decided we would wait, it was already late. 1 hour later, 2 parties seated in front of us and instead of an apology we were just laughed at. Only the late hour kept us there. The bar wasn't available either night for us but other residents were able to have cocktails on the second night. The food is excellent, it's just getting it that's pot luck!

IBIS (and Novotel) in Noisy-le-Grand Mont d'Est are well located and easy to find by car. Spacious underground parking (EUR 12.00) , restaurant Courte Paille for breakfast and other meals, shopping centre Les Arcades with Carrefour and many other shops at walking distance (5 minutes), as well as the public transport line RER A to go to Paris or EuroDisney. Very practical for those who do not wish to remain stuck in traffic in the big city. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean.
