Asked the reception 4 times to fix it but the issue was not solved. We were sleeping with a 2 year old child in a room at 29 degrees. They did not offer a different room.

Requests for accessible room and car parking all met. Pod Coffee machine in room but no coffee pods supplied so had to ask for kettle and use own instant coffee

It’s super close to public transport, the equipment was almost everything we needed. What we disliked is that parking was not included and the fee was comparable to other parking lots in the area. Especially apart hotels are interesting for people arriving with cars so the parking should be either included or for some tiny fee. Further, our cards were not coded properly, so we had to return to the reception and waste time on this issue again. Mistakes can happen, but it still leaves a bad impression. The soap container didn’t work and we had to fix that ourselves. A kettle would have been very handy to have in the room. Lastly, we were not able to connect our Netflix on the TV. Nowadays this should be standard in our opinion. Overall a nice stay for a business trip, yet there are things that can be improved.

Kind staff, and nice utilities except for the AC

In general, the stay was alright. The location is very nice with the public transport nearby. Kitchen was well equipped, sheets and towels were clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The thing that made the stay less good, was due to the AC. We were unable to sleep well because our room gets too hot every night. The AC will stop after a while and you'll need to turn it on again manually. We read the other reviews just then about this and this seems to be how it's supposed to be.

The rooms have everything you need and are clean but it is a bit far away from the center (30min walk or 15min by tram). The snacks/water there are pricey but there is a Kaufland and a bakery in short walking distance.
