Was ok, clean room and a good breakfast but some of the basics sadly let it down. No TV (in all of hotel) due to power cut the previous week, not informed on arrival. Blackout curtain didn't fit room window properly so light let in early morning, shower flooded bathroom after each use due to shower door not being fitted properly. Shower gel dispenser broken (replaced immediately) and room safe not working (reported to front desk but not fixed)

The hotel was well located, close to a tram stop as well as a couple of restaurants. The rooms are small but fine for one night - no tea or coffee provided in the room. It is advertised as non-smoking but we were awoken multiple times in the night by the powerful smell of cigarette smoke clearly coming from the hallway.

The room was not super clean (stains on the walls, small black dusty things in the bed under the blanket). Moreover, the room was on the cooler side, which would normally not be a problem, but the hotel didn't have a second blanket for the bed so the night was too cold. On the brighter side, the personnel was kind and tried to help as they could (unfortunately they couldn't materialize a blanket out of thin air)

The blankets were too thin for the temperature and the hotel didn't have any extra to provide. It was cold during the night. There was some dust here and there and the walls were stained, which wasn't ideal. I wish the rooms were cleaned better and had warmer blankets.

The room could have been a little more spacious. If the bed hadn't been removed to make a sofa, there wouldn't have been any possibility to move around or sit in the room! 10 minutes from the center by car. However, when you return to the hotel, if the hotel car park is full, you have to look for a parking space!

This was our first stay in an apart-hotel. We liked the idea, but for a longer stay it did not work well for us. The room was only cleaned upon arrival, and that cleaning was poorly done, with a lot of dust (problematic due to allergies). There was no cleaning during our six-day stay and only four towels were provided. The bed was very firm and the pillows were extremely flat, making the first night uncomfortable, although extra pillows were provided quickly after asking. The room itself was quite small, and we also experienced noise at night from loud guests and people smoking nearby. Positives were the friendly and helpful staff, a nice bathroom with large mirrors, and the fact that our cat was welcome, which went smoothly. The location is convenient, with a Kaufland nearby, good restaurants such as Taumi Asia Fusion and Wirtshaus zum Alten Zöllner within walking distance, a tram stop right outside, and the Botanischer Garten Freiburg close by. Fine for one night, but for a longer stay we would recommend looking elsewhere.

The room is miniscule, even for two people. It wasn't cleaned in 5 whole days and you need to ask for your towels to be changed. You need to take expensive trams to the centre every time you need to do soemthing.

Pros: 1. Great location 2. Helpful hotel staff 3. Good range of hotel amenities Cons: 1. Not everyone is familiar with the concept of aparthotels so more transparency around no towel changes & no daily cleaning before the booking would have been appreciated rather than getting the customer to sign a document on arrival that he understands this. 2. Room size isn't great & even more stuffy with furniture in it.

Rooms are small, it seemed like my room was not really cleaned in advance, hair all over the bathroom, shower stall was dirty and toothpaste stains from the previous guest. Sheets had stains as well.
