The room could have been a little more spacious. If the bed hadn't been removed to make a sofa, there wouldn't have been any possibility to move around or sit in the room! 10 minutes from the center by car. However, when you return to the hotel, if the hotel car park is full, you have to look for a parking space!

This was our first stay in an apart-hotel. We liked the idea, but for a longer stay it did not work well for us. The room was only cleaned upon arrival, and that cleaning was poorly done, with a lot of dust (problematic due to allergies). There was no cleaning during our six-day stay and only four towels were provided. The bed was very firm and the pillows were extremely flat, making the first night uncomfortable, although extra pillows were provided quickly after asking. The room itself was quite small, and we also experienced noise at night from loud guests and people smoking nearby. Positives were the friendly and helpful staff, a nice bathroom with large mirrors, and the fact that our cat was welcome, which went smoothly. The location is convenient, with a Kaufland nearby, good restaurants such as Taumi Asia Fusion and Wirtshaus zum Alten Zöllner within walking distance, a tram stop right outside, and the Botanischer Garten Freiburg close by. Fine for one night, but for a longer stay we would recommend looking elsewhere.
