The room is miniscule, even for two people. It wasn't cleaned in 5 whole days and you need to ask for your towels to be changed. You need to take expensive trams to the centre every time you need to do soemthing.

Good interior design, but walls needed a bit of new paint.

Pros: 1. Great location 2. Helpful hotel staff 3. Good range of hotel amenities Cons: 1. Not everyone is familiar with the concept of aparthotels so more transparency around no towel changes & no daily cleaning before the booking would have been appreciated rather than getting the customer to sign a document on arrival that he understands this. 2. Room size isn't great & even more stuffy with furniture in it.

Rooms are small, it seemed like my room was not really cleaned in advance, hair all over the bathroom, shower stall was dirty and toothpaste stains from the previous guest. Sheets had stains as well.

All the beds are sofa beds, not real beds. The rooms were quite dirty. Parking is 18 euros. They say that they have charger but it’s a charger in the street, not even next to the hotel. I was really disappointed
