I check -in online and arrived at the hotel. The receptionost told me that check in time is normally at 3pm, I requested to leave the luggage and came back at 4pm. The receptionist brought us to the luggage room sobwe can pick up our bags - No one even dare to help us bring our luggage up to our room.The overall experience did not align with the level of service and hospitality expected from an Accor-affiliated hotel. I regret staying for 2 nights at this hotel. Marriott was far better - location wise. The receptionist did not even told us that the drinks from the fridge was complimentary.

Very basic room, good shower pressure but very dark room - hardly any lights. And minimal power sockets - had to remove one of the appliances to accommodate charger. Very good breakfast

The room is dated and curtains got stained, but it was okay overall. The staff in the bar was really nice that he recommended places to go. The location was great.
