Stuff up at checkin and then charged for Breakfast Beverages we did not have or order

The location is ideal, next to the train station, the facilities and the bedroom were nice. The room was a bit old and the bathroom was not very clean, there were hairs on the sink and floor. One of the reception staff wasn't aware of the 30€ deposit you pay when doing the online fast check-out, which led to an uncomfortable situation. In the end, I got the money back automatically, but at the reception, they kept repeating they had no idea what I was talking about.

Not a hotel but a bed and breakfast

Despite advertised on the website there was no restaurant service. The drinks voucher I got from the reception could not be used because the bar was open only on a couple of days. As stated in the title of this review this is not a hotel but a rather expensive bed and breakfast.
