Our double room was poorly ventilated and difficult to air due to the traffic noise. The swimming pool was small and overcrowded so it wasn't possible to swim. Thus I felt overcharged .

Nice welcome from reception. Great room, great swimming pool. 10 min walk from the shopping area. It is kind of palace, old one with all facilites. Parking for the car. Amazing experience.

Excellent choice for families! Novotel Freiburg is comfortable, clean, and very family-friendly. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is rich, and the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff was always kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. good location, room was smaller than I expected, especially based on price. I also left at 6 am on checkout date so I did not get breakfast but was still charged for it.
