The hotel was a 3 stars at best. There were no help when we arrived with suitcases, the staff seemed uninterested to help. The size of the room was good, but it was depressing and unwelcoming. The reception said everything in the minibar was offered, but that consisted of a single water bottle. There was a used razor in the shower, which was quite small by the way. Overall, poor experience. We will not come back and do not recommend it at all!

Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a serious hygiene issue. After two nights, I and my kids had multiple insect bites and found clear signs of bed bugs in the room, including visible insects and marks on the bed frame. The hotel changed my room after I reported it, which I appreciate. However, this significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue properly, as this should not happen at this level.
