The second elevator was broken all week with little sign anything was being done to rectify the fault. A single elevator at a hotel this size causes bottlenecks at certain times of the day, particularly at breakfast. It is not acceptable. However, hotel is well located and most staff are very attentive.

The hotel was perfectly located between the high speed train station and the old city. The rooms and the breakfast met the **** expectations. What irritated me was the broken payments terminal: the card numbers had to introduced by hand. Hence my debet card was refused and I had to solve it for Accor with my credit card.

Was informed at check in that breakfast was included, which turned out to be incorrect next morning when we arrived at restaurant and then had to pay. Payment then took a while as the machine was not accepting any cards. This meant we had little time to have breakfast. Choice was limited and there was no hot water to make tea.
