Overall a dissatisfying stay. Rooms were very outdated. Telephone in the room didn't work. This wouldn't have been a problem if not the fact we were woken up at 8am with people arguing and screaming outside our room. When we raised this problem with the telephone, the staff did not seem to care.

The location is very central. It is walking distance to everywhere. We like the hotel lobby because it is very spacious as compared to Mecure, which is also under Accor group. Breakfast buffet was average. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and prompt. Receptionists are friendly, except one. Unfriendly and gave wrong information about parking. No apology.

The room, parking and breakfast were, as usual, very good. However there was no way to adjust the temperature of the room from 23 deg C. The control on the wall did not appear to do anything, I asked at reception to look into it, but nothing appeared to be done.

This hotel is old fashioned. The room facilities are basic - no usb points for example. We had to wait 20 minutes to check : a member of staff was too busy to help even though there was a queue of 7 people. I had to go to the toilet in my room as I can’t go down stairs after breakfast.The breakfast staff were unhelpful and generally we were ignored. We were not allowed to reserve a seat in the bar to watch football. We stayed 4 nights and we only allowed 1 bottle of water . I am an Accor member and have never been treated like this .

Overall very positive, but the blinds in the rooms are completely useless, don't think you can sleep after the sun gets up. Nevertheless a completely fine room
