The hotel is very well located, and the staff is friendly. However, several expected amenities were missing, including basic toiletries, slippers, and a bathrobe. The minibar was empty, and only one bottle of complimentary water was provided for two people. These small details impacted the overall experience and made it feel below 2-star standards.

The hotel was a 3 stars at best. There were no help when we arrived with suitcases, the staff seemed uninterested to help. The size of the room was good, but it was depressing and unwelcoming. The reception said everything in the minibar was offered, but that consisted of a single water bottle. There was a used razor in the shower, which was quite small by the way. Overall, poor experience. We will not come back and do not recommend it at all!
