We've been staying at this hotel since many years already, and have been really disappointed by the restaurant service. We were expected a real menu and meals, and the only options offered were a flammenkuech, or a caesar salad. If you are coming on a sunday, it is even worst, there is no service at all. Dining service levels have really been going down, since we first stayed at this hotel. This is really disappointing, and not aligned to the Accor Group standards.

The hotel was good, I received the room I requested and check in was fast. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a great location in th city center and overlooking the Freiburger Münster( if you have the right room). But most rooms have great views. The bath robes and slippers where a nice touch. I wish they had a restaurant for dinner though. Staff are friendly and polite. The room has a water kettle, a coffee machine and you you 2 bottles of water every day. I would stay here again. Excellent location.
