Very pleasant stay - nice hotel in Neuilly. I was originally given a room with a view of an interior courtyard which was very claustrophobic. I would not want to stay in one of these rooms but was moved to one in the front of the building with a view out to the street. Staff was very kind. Housekeeping did a good job but I had to keep asking for basics - the room did not originally have a kettle, coffee supplies were not supplied each day, and they only left paper cups when I asked. Other than that, it is a very good hotel and I would stay again.

I stayed for the Paris marathon this year and couldn't recommend it more highly. The staff went out of there way to make my experience memory and as comfortable as possible. Loic and Leo were fantastic, supplying a European charger as I'd forgotten to pack one and accommodating a quick shower before going to the airport after I was delayed a little getting back to the hotel following the race.

We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and availability of hot water. The rooms temperature control unit didn't work well, e.g. even when the room was 17 degrees celsius it felt like 23. However I would come back here again. Breakfast was expensive for what it is though.

Tucked away and landlocked, comfortable but cramped. Incredibly helpful staff attentive to try to find workarounds. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but everything turned out OK save for the plumbing problems which seem a key theme of other online reviews. Intermittent water supply meant toilets often wouldn’t flush and whether there would be any hot water was a bit of a lottery.

I had an excellent five night stay at this conveniently located and friendly hotel. The customer service focus is everywhere in the staff and the amenities. Everyone is extremely accommodating. Not being an early riser I especially appreciated the availability of their excellent breakfast until 1030 every morning and 11 on weekends . They do not have a bar on site per se but I was delighted to return from a long day and be able to purchase a glass of wine from their stock in the refrigerator in the lobby so I did not have to go out again. Coffee tea and usually croissants are available all day. My room on the courtyard was very quiet and I slept well. While not in downtown Paris, Levallois is a peaceful, lovely and very safe area right on the outskirts and served by the city metro, thus convenient. Highly recommend!

Ménage très moyen nous avons retrouvé sous le lit une grosse pince pour cheveux pour femme et un tube d homéopathie oscillo ensuite flacon distributeur dans la douche vide très moyen pour un 4 étoiles rouleaux de papier toilettes unique pour 2 jours pour 2 personnes mieux vaut ne pas en avoir besoin en urgence

Cela fait 3 fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois c’est merveilleux. Nous adorons y venir. Nous sommes toujours très bien reçus. L’hôtel est vraiment au top du top. Mona ainsi que son équipe (Rayan, Jesse et tous les autres) sont aux petits soins afin que tout se passe au mieux. C’est un déchirement de partir et nous avons déjà hâte de revenir.
