Mercure Paris Levallois Perret Hotel 4 stars

The staffs are very friendly and kind for me to assist my staying in Paris. This hotel is near the Port de Champerret and feel safe. It is very convenient to go to the center of Paris.

I was delighted by the hotel. Friendly welcome from helpful staff and a huge room. Far exceeded my expectations.

Visited several times before, like coming home in my Parisian pied-à-terre.

Rooms and comfort are OK. Late check-out is nice. The staff is friendly, although I felt they could act a bit more dynamic. But if guests can't have diner at the hotel, then don't mention it on your website !

Always a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a very good location with some nice places to eat close by, it also easy access to the centre of Paris. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. They even went as far as to send me an email telling me I’d left my phone charger!

Having accommodation upstairs with no access to a lift was unsatisfactory. I had a hip replacement less than 2 years ago and was travelling on my own. The staff refused to assist with my bags.

One single, rather helpless employee (trainee) tried to manage the check-out at the reception in the morning; due to a problem with the invoice of one guest a long queue formed and caused a long delay. The reception should be well-staffed in the morning.

The hotel is just fine, with a comfy bed and functional bathroom, as well as a very good buffet breakfast by French standards (in my experience). However, I was placed in a room on the ground floor, right off a terrace where people can sit in comfortable chairs and couches, chat, have a drink, and smoke. This is lovely for people, but it remains lovely and tempting well past 10 or 11PM when business travelers like me might like to be sleeping. The reception people were very conscientious and tried hard, but it was such a tempting place that several groups of people came over a couple of hours.

Me and my best friend stayed in a room for 5 days, 4 nights while on vacation in Paris. Basically all we wanted was a place to sleep and wash up, as we planned on spending most of our time in the city. For us, it was exactly what we wanted. The room was perfectly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was incredibly relaxing after a long day. Beyond this we were pleasantly surprised by the incredibly polite service, and the hotel being close to a metro and bus station was incredibly convenient. If I were to return to Paris I would 100% come back to this hotel, I am incredibly pleased with my visit.

If you arrive to Beauvais airport, the bus going to Paris from there will drop you at Porte Maillot. Hotel is located within 20 minutes walking distance. The other direction is 20 minutes to Arc de Triomphe and another 20 to Eiffel Tower. Very handy, no need for metro really. Hotel was clean however Privileged room is nothing special, actually quite poor unless this is a standard for Paris, not sure. Breakfast OK. Receptionist Awa was amazing and very helpful.

It was our first time visiting Paris and we were very satisfied staying at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean with a modern feel. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Although the location is outside central Paris, it is near to two metro stations that can take you to downtown Paris sites within 2-3 trains about 20-30 minutes. Metro system is very good. The hotel area felt safe in the day and night. Also nearby grocery stores and bakeries/ restaurants provide great food for a better price than downtown area. Overall we felt very satisfied with the hotel stay coming from the US.
