I stayed for 10 nights. 4 times in that stay staff ignored the do not disturb sign and barged into the room. After a long night at work on Friday I wanted to sleep in but they would keep knocking and opening the door even with the do not disturb sign being up. Complained at reception but it seemed to make no difference. Staff were quite polite.

Staff were very helpful in a difficult time for myself and my family with my husband in hospital nearby. When our room was unbearably hot they moved us to a much cooler room, which meant I could sleep and safely drive my children home the next day to England.

Despite the room size is quite limited, the staff made the stay cozy and all my demand were satisfied. The breakfast was good and a pretty cool coffee machine

Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Stay – [PSDLBPSW Booking Reference Date 19th to 22nd Oct 2025 Dear Accor Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Mercure Levallois Perret from 19th to 22nd Oct Prior to our arrival, we provided our expected arrival time at your request. However, on arrival, we were informed that our room was not ready and had to wait a couple of hours before checking in. Although we were offered a drink during this time, we were later incorrectly charged for one of them — a matter that was eventually resolved after we brought it to your attention. When we finally checked in, we were very disappointed with the size and appearance of the room. It was described as a family room and priced as a four-star accommodation, but it was considerably smaller than expected and did not resemble the photos shown on your website. There was a very small wardrobe so not sufficient to hang out clothes. When I raised this with the hotel manager, she acknowledged the issue and explained that the hotel is due for updates. While I appreciate her honesty I feel this does not justify the current discrepancy between the advertised and actual standard of the accommodation. Although the provided amenities such as the dressing gowns and slippers reflected a higher standard, the overall room size and décor fell short of what I reasonably expected for the price and star rating. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and some form of compensation or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience and misleading room presentation.
