The hotel is well located, but I expected more for a 4 star hotel in terms of reception and room amenities. I arrived at night at the hotel and was not welcome, the guy in the reception wanted to charge a different amount in my credit card even showing to him the value in the app. He continued saying that I had to pay the amount he was saying. At the end he almost charge 800,00 euros and I said I wouldn’t, I would pay the value agreed. A big confusion for a couple arriving at the city. No courtesy and support in our entrance, no welcome drinks explanation. For the room I found a dirty and damaged curtain at the bathroom. The bed was confortable and nice.
