I came from the U.S. to care for my elderly parents who needed medical care at the hospital close by the hotel. We stayed 5 nights and booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my parents. Mrs. Mona, the manager, was extraordinary. She saw I have elderly parents and change the rooms for us so my parents can have a handicap room and a room where I can be across my parents’ room. The cleaning personnel were excellent. They not only cleaned our rooms, but also organized our little items we left in the room. We are extremely impressed by the professionalism and care the personnel of the hotel provided to us. We are for sure recommending the hotel for any people who travel in Paris and around this area.
