Good location,, Staff was very helpful, courteous and supportive. However, some of the amenities mentioned in the booking voucher were missing. For instance, room allocated to me did not have mini bar/fridge which I needed for storing medicines. However, the staff was helpful and on my request stored the medicine in the fridge in kitchen and also put a mini fridge in the room next day which I appreciate. However, other minor things like body moisturizer etc. which was shown in the image on hotel site was not there in the bathroom - however, I was carrying my own, so wasn't a problem but what I am broadly trying to highlight is that there were some minor discrepancies with what is shown on your website vs actual. The staff was great, so I won't mind staying here again in the future

Everything related to the standard, comfort and food was ok. But the problem for me was the final check-out - I asked several times to include my company address in the final invoice, yet what I got on my email did not have any company data!! I asked via email, still - no response! WHY the staff is not paying attention to such things??! I will now have problems with my company to reimburse the hotel cost!
