The previous review clearly doesn't know how to clean up after themselves... I found the hotel spotless! And after I ate in my room (I threw my trash away, plenty of bins around). My room was freshened up perfectly whilst we were out. Lovely comfy room and warm, welcoming staff. Not to mention the delicious breakfast! The fresh omelettes were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was able to sleep well and have a lovely breakfast before heading to the office. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance, so if am tired in the evening I don't have to go far for a nice meal.

Arrived in the evening, told there was no restaurant, I would have to go out and get a takeaway if I wanted to eat in my room. Once I pushed that there must be something, I was told I could order a pizza for room service. I did this, only one choice, the reason I suspect it was from the freezer. I stay in Accor hotels regularly, I expect more from a Mercure
