Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the location convenient and reasonably priced. We do apologize for the inconvenience you faced. While our breakfast vending machine was temporarily out of order, we had an alternative coffee machine available with hot water for your use. Regarding the receipt, it seems there was an issue with the connection, which prevented us from accessing your reservation directly.
