Have stayed at the hotel many time previously and always an OK stay, rooms are as expected from an IBIS hotel. My room on this occasion was a little cold however despite me adjusting air conditioning to heat mode, bed also a little too firm. all other good however

Check in was smooth fast and really helpful, do not remember the name of receptionist but he was really good helped us in to book buses and gave us map as well, after that other receptionist was okay!!! Not helpful or attentive
