Water kettle should be cleaned as well. Shower also not really clean.

Dispappointing food quality

Unfortunately, my dinner and most particularly the meat was very disappointing and certainly not meeting the high French standards Haute Cuisine! I did not eat the meat as is was like an old rubber Michelin Tyre. Hope this information is useful too you and gets management attention.

Great improvement since our last stay

The food experience was good. The bar bill was deducted 2x but I’m hopeful that will be rectified soon! Pleasant staff. The secure parking is charged but the gates are left open until 22,00. Why am I paying for this - it’s the same policy as other Novotel hotels who do not charge! The shower in the room was really disgusting and the grout between the tiles needs to be cleaned with mould remover. The sheets on the bed were clean but threadbare with holes.
