I travel to and from Spain every winter and I always have my second overnight stop at Novotel Rivesaltes. Even my dog now knows the way. Friendly staff, dog allowed in the room and restaurant - even the other guests are nice. Will be back in January.

Booked the IBIS a few days before the trip. Would have thought it would have been made very clear that renovations were taking place meaning a very different and less attractive stay. We were upgraded to the Novotel, but my guess was that the IBIS rooms were generally restricted. I’m glad we didn’t pay for the upgrade, the rooms are in serious need of renovation. We will always find this location attractive for our trips , but let’s hope that the current renovation is extensive

Our experience at Novotel Perpignan was excellent, thanks above all to Marjorie’s outstanding support at reception. Organizing the stay remotely for my elderly parents required trust and reliability, and she delivered both with great care, foresight, and efficiency. Her ability to anticipate needs, take full responsibility, and show genuine personal commitment — including informing me that my parents had arrived safely — made the experience truly reassuring. This rare level of service left a lasting impression and is a strong reason for us to return.
