Good enough for an overnight stay, close to airport and motorway.

It's really handy for the airport and many years ago when I used to stay here it was very relevant due to the daily air traffic. Not so these days as the airport no longer has prominence. However, it's good enough for an overnight stay, especially if you use the A9 autoroute as it's accessible directly from there. In my opinion, it's seen better days. Although I'm able-bodied the room I was given was fitted for a disabled person and therefore was big and spacious. It was clean but the furniture had seen better days and the bed was a bit too saggy to be comfortable unlike most French Novotels I've used where the beds are new and very supporting. Service was effective and breakfast was pretty ordinary although there was a good range of breakfast foods. You'd expect that in France you'd get a good breakfast coffee, but here it comes from a machine these days and is pretty average so I opted for tea, for which there is a good range.

False accusation by the manager in the state in which the room was left!

No renovation work is taking place inside the Novotel Suites Perpignan Centre. The noise you mentioned was coming from an adjacent building, over which we unfortunately have no control. Our General Manager personally met with you several times, including in your room, to explain the situation and confirm that no work was being carried out within our hotel. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, our team offered you several gestures of attention, including complimentary express breakfast options, soft drinks throughout your stay, and the breakfast dish service you particularly enjoyed. In addition, although your reservation was made under a prepaid, non-refundable rate, we exceptionally agreed to refund your last night so that you could extend your trip to Andorra. This was a goodwill gesture that went beyond our usual policy. We were, however, very surprised by the condition in which the room was left upon your departure. Despite this, our priority remains the satisfaction and comfort of our guests. Given all the efforts made throughout your stay, we kindly hope you will consider amending or removing your comment so that it more accurately reflects the reality of your experience and the care our team devoted to your visit. Kind regards," well, i would like to clarify a few points:1. there were renovation work in the hotel and At the reception they handed out earplugs to guests! 2. your General Manager personally met with us several times, including in the room, to explain the situation and said: there is nothing she could do abaut the noise and the bad smals! 3. your team did not offered ningun several gestures of attention! we invited b& b and paiad for it. never got drinks throughout our stay! 4. we asked tu cancel the last night- Because it was impossible to be in the room because of the noise and the terrible smells of glue - something your manager agreed to when she visited the room. We asked if we could move to another room and the manager said that the situation in all rooms is the same! 5. "We were, however, very surprised by the condition in which the room was left upon your departure. Despite this, our priority remains the satisfaction and comfort of our guests." What are you talking about??? Are you accusing us? Of what??? This is already a real plot!!! I really didn't expect this from such a network!

Room cold on arrival and I had to request the system be switched from cold to hot three times before the correct action was taken. Then, having booked the restaurant when checking-in, we discovered a limited menu with no main meal offering for a vegetarian. When I asked if the chef could perhaps prepare an omelette I was told there was no real chef on site and the meals had basically been pre-prepared earlier. Very unsatisfactory for a Novotel. As a paying guest I was made to feel I was a nuisance.

Clean and quiet, friendly people around and beautiful surround. Secure car parking spot inside the novotel. Close to the Mall shopping center and not far way from Narborn and perpignan.
