However, we would like to clarify that you did not report this issue to our reception during your stay. Our team is available 24 hours a day, and had we been informed, we would have immediately inspected the room and, if necessary, offered you an alternative room. Following your departure, our housekeeping and maintenance teams carried out a thorough inspection of the room and found no evidence of bed bugs or any signs of their presence. Please also note that all of our mattresses are fitted with certified bed bug protective covers as part of our preventive measures, and we follow strict monitoring and hygiene procedures to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
