Lovely lady on reception when we checked in, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was dealing with a complicated telephone booking when we arrived and was extremely patient and kind to the caller. We had a problem with noisy wc in our room and she immediately gave us a new room. Everywhere is clean and bright but the aircon is overridden, set to 22 and on low fan, our room was actually 25 degrees which made it uncomfortably difficult to sleep. The beds are quite small in spite of being advertised as "grand lits". Bedding was a bit tired in our room but very clean. Snacks and drinks available at reception for reasonable prices but no ice for the drinks. Overall a good stay for 2 nights. But we wouldn't stay again due to the bed size and aircon.

Ibis can’t let itself down anymore. The place is pit, absolutely nothing at all nice about it TV tiny and didn’t work properly. Bed badly made and uncomfortable. The guy in reception was excellent. Any where but Ibis is becoming our moto!
