Stopped for one night driving from Spain to UK with our dog. Staff were really nice and we walked to the neighbouring Novotel for a very nice dinner. Staff there also very nice. Breakfast had a good choice and was replenished often. Only 2 small negatives were only 1 pillow each and the lights were out on the road between the 2 hotels which made walking a bit dangerous in the dark. Would definitely use again.

Je comprends qu’en cas de « no show » avec un tarif spécial, aucun remboursement ne soit prévu, et que l’hôtel ait pu relouer la chambre à d’autres clients. Toutefois, un geste commercial, même partiel, aurait été apprécié. Je ne pense pas que ce soit une manière appropriée de traiter les clients. J’essaierai de ne plus réserver dans cet hôtel. En revanche, j’ai été très bien accueilli à l’Ibis Carcassonne Est.

Bonjour Monsieur Comme expliqué dans mon email , lors des incendies vous n'avez pas téléphoné pour annuler votre chambre , nous avons donc conservé votre chambre nous avons donc fait du refus pour la conserver et des gens bloqués ont dormi dans leur voiture donc j'ai remboursé les clients qui eux ont fait une annulation dont j'ai pu relouer la chambre tout simplement Cdt
