Well located hotel, slightly disappointed on arrival that room was not ready and had to wait around 20 minutes. I accept I arrived about 20 minutes prior to official arrival time but waited until after that before being allowed in room

Six of us visited for a long weekend to watch rugby. Hotel very central and rooms were all good and breakfast excellent including gluten free options available.

Stayed in this hotel before, but this time we were disappointed as the rooms were far to warm, we enquired at reception and were told air conditioning isn’t switched until June, this meant we couldn’t sleep at night. We asked about fans but were told ot would be possible, we expected more from a 4 star hotel.
