Being a Accor Platinum client spending more than 60 nights in Accor hotels each year, I have seen a lot of ibis hotels all over Europe. The ibis in Perpignan clearly needs some updates compared to many other ibis hotels. - There is enough parking available and parking is free. That is very good. - The hotel shares the building and reception with the Novotel. Neither hotel has an elevator, which is unacceptable. - Checkout is at 11:00, which I have never seen at any Accor hotel in Europe, and the reception makes it very clear by calling the room that they expect you to leave. Pay! Go! Now! - The standard of hallways and rooms definitely need renovation and soon.

Late check in at the Ibis Hotel. Helpful at the front desk. Asking for a quiet room.The hotel room nothing what we have in mind knowing the standards of other ibis hotels. Yes , it was clean , but not well maintained. During the night it was noisy, you were able to hear the guests , staying next door. In the morning at 7:45 a.m we got woken up by the Staff of the hotel talking loud in the corridor next to our room. No more sleep. Exhausting!!! In the bathroom, no soap in the container. In the 2nd one almost nothing either. Okay no sweet, we got our own . Towels for 2 people, rather for one… Okay , it is a pity we have been here 3 years ago and it was excellent, that’s why we were choosing this hotel again.

As they knew we had a dog was disappointed to find we were given a room on the 2nd floor. Asked for a ground floor room and was given what we requested.
