We stayed here to meet with friends and explore Perpignan. The hotel was ideally placed for both endeavours. We chose an executive room -- and asked for a room with a view. We got both (the 'executive' is well worth the extra money) -- and the view of the Canigou was exceptional from the 5th (of 6) story. The hotel is small by Novotel Suites standards -- which suited is well but has implications: the bar is almost non-existent (but you're in France, so there's always a bar close-by; there's even a nice Irish Pub across the road!). Breakfast was surprisingly sumptuous and delivered by friendly people. All said: this exceeded my expectations and I would return in a heartbeat!

Amenities in room lacking. No shampoo or hair conditioner. No drinking glasses. No water. Bathmat not replaced. Wi-Fi sporadic and veery weak

Good except for moldy shower and Parking Hassles

We have come to stay 4 years in a row and we find the checkin staff to be lovely, the room layout, kitchette and beds all very clean and functional. However, this year we were surprised to see the bathroom perfectly clean except for considerable mold in the shower (see photos attached). In addition, despite dicussing the parking pass and process in English, French and Spanish, it was still confusing and a hassle for all 3 of the guests who had cars to park.
