When I asked for the invoice during check out, the last told me that it was for 2 nights. I had to correct her because my stay was for 3 nights, which I also paid. She confirmed and took a copy of my payment receipt. She explained she can not give me the invoice but will send it by email. SO far I have not received the email with invoice, even I reminded them by message. Secondly, only loyalty card was booked only 2 nights instead of three, and so I missing one night to remain a gold member. I ask you to solve this asap.

As always on top. Very welcoming and friendly staff and great variety of things to choose during the breakfast which again is served in the nice atmosphere thanks to extraordinary service- especially i would like to recognize Madame Malgorzata (i think she is a cheif of staff at the breakfast restaurant) - she is always smiley, greets everyone super warmly and makes small talk that brighten the guests day. This is super rare and something like that i experienced only in a high class hotels - honestly this is priceless and thanks to Mme Malgorztaa my day started great and i felt very welcomed !

Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the central station and close to many transportation options and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. It would be perfect if the hotel could offer a laundry service.

I enjoyed my stay. Two points that prevented me to be complitely satisfied: 1) there was no possibility to change the temperature in my room, and during the night it was cold sometimes. 2) air ventilation in the bathroom was too loud with no ability to turn it off.
