The central location of the hotel was excellent, within easy distance of important museums and other tourist attractions, well served by good public transport facilities. The staff were very courteous, helpful and professional; eager to assist with anything and, more importantly, very welcoming with a smile and a sunny disposition. Very comfortable room, great facilities. Imaginative and varied breakfast menu where obviously a lot of thought was put in to cater for as many different tastes as possible. I didn't discover the water fountains until my second day of stay and whilst I found the card advising that the water carafes where available for sale, I would also suggest that a note about the availability of fresh drinking water would perhaps had more practical! I shall certainly have no problem in booking the hotel again the next time that I vist your beautiful Warszawa..... and hopefully the roadworks outside will have been completed by then.
