I was disappointed with the price. At the hotel prices for family of 4 showed 660pln( kids 4 and 10). But we have been told we have to pay 770pln. I still don’t understand why.

The staff was very helpful in getting us more towels when needed. The ironing room was hot and challenging to use with so many of us needing to time it carefully. Irons in the room would have been more convenient. The air conditioning was struggling to keep up with the heat wave. The breakfast was amazing. The selection on the breakfast buffet was more than we ever expected for this price of room.

Hotel has a good location, rooms are interesting, small window which didnt open at all, and a room for one, prepared for 4 was interesting to see. Otherwise clean and comfortable, good size room, pity there was no option to request an end of corridor room with a view, also a higher floor would have been nice, but was told it wasnt possible. Also it is a pity that there is no beer on tap available.

I like the hotel. I always stay in it. very clean, tasty breakfast, free water, kettle in the room. But there is one problem we were staying with a child and sharing a large bed and a single duvet. We asked for an extra duvet—since it is difficult for two people to sleep under just one—but were refused every time. I believe you should reconsider this policy, as not everyone—even married couples—sleeps under the same duvet.

From the moment we stepped inside this Hotel the staff were really attentive .Hotel room ready early which was a pleasant experience . The Hotel food was tasty and plentiful . Water dispensers on every floor great for the hot weather and to make a fresh hot drink too .
