After checking out, I absolutely had to be at Warsaw East station in two hours. I ordered an Uber… a half-hour later, it was stuck in traffic and traffic out front was gridlocked. The front desk manager saw me stressing, approached me and understood my situation. In the freezing cold, he walked me halfway to the tram that had me at the station 20 minutes later. Thank you!

No water at night, no heating feel from a/c overhead, plumbing smell in bathroom, playing kids on hallways…a+ for annah.
