Great: very clean room, nice shower, very friendly staff and tasty breakfast! Good location. To improve: there was a scary alarm in the middle if the night, which was never recalled/resolved, so we were waiting for next instructions (as announced) which never came :( Also, the pillows are not great and there is only one per person, and also the blanket is heavy and not of great material. Nothing that can be improved, but to be noted: in the rooms facing the street, and with the windows opened even only a tiny bit, it gets pretty noisy from very early morning.

If necessary, additional training will be organised on the use of the fire alarm system and communication with guests in emergency situations.
