Stayed for two nights. Easy check-in, staff was friendly. Room was good, with good ventilation. Had issue with the shower - flooded the bathroom floor while showering, therefore had to ask for the maintenance. Breakfast was alright for the first morning, not so great for the second, Sunday’s, morning. Hot food was already eaten by 10, and was replenished at around 10:40 - 20 minutes before the breakfast hours end time. Not great!

I arrived at 5 am and the check-in still went smoothly. The room was quiet and I liked that there was a water bottle filler machine in the hallway. The breakfast had a vast variety of sweet and savory items. There were tram stations very near the hotel, so transportation was smooth. The room was cold, I had to use long-sleeved shirts and tuck myself in the duvet. I could have probably warmed it up if I had noticed the device. What I liked the least was that the room didn’t give me a relaxed ”I am in a hotel” feeling. It was gloomy and very plain. At least one of the towels had stains. The TV was not a smart TV so I couldn’t watch streaming services, but only Polish TV channels.

Would recommend the above Ibis to anyone who appreciates good service One incorrect description of places within waking distance from the hotel - underestimated and if there are major road works and closures in the centre of Waszawa customers should be informed and it should should be reflected in the price per room per night

The service is good, The water in sink wasn't going away fast And there is no fridge in the room, which is kinda disappointing. Plus the towels are small and not enough for shower, because there is a towel to put on the floor but there is always water when you go out from the dush, so the towel immediately gets wet, and there is no another one to put on the floor.

The ironing room was appreciated but a few more racks would be helpful as both my husband and I needed our business attire to be racked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. For a 3-star Ibis, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, as I usually expect much smaller rooms. The location is excellent, right in the center of Warsaw, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of fresh food. The hotel also offers very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.
