Average. The lack of a desk makes this place look shabby

We were a group of 7 people who stayed here during a weekend and had a good experience, overall. The hotel employees were nice and helpful, the breakfast was great and the location was good because of the closeness to the tram. The beds were a little hard, but the rooms in all were nice and comfortable. The lobby was also very cool and had a hang out area with games etc, which we liked.

There was no hot water on the last day of my stay, hence the 4. Here and there there are small things that are broken or do not work. E.g the shower doors did not fully close, or the small shelf’s mount in the shower wasn’t holding it properly, sliding down and staying in a weird angle.
