The location is good. Even though it's not exactly downtown the public transport in Warsaw is great so a few minutes and you're in the middle of the city. Lots of stores around and some nice restaurants nearby. The room was a little too cold and, no matter how much I tried, I couldn't set the temperature to make the room warm but maybe it was just an user problem.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable — our top highlights. The location is also excellent, with easy access to transport and shops. We would only suggest improving the bed linen change, restocking tea in the room, and ensuring there are no unexpected issues at check-in. In our case, we booked one room category but were initially given another, although it was resolved. Despite that, everything was great, and we would gladly return again.
