I was originally given a room with loud neighbours. Upon asking at the check-in desk I was given another room, based on previous e-mails where I was promised the most quiet possible room due to medical reasons. The bed was so, so good - if you have back problems, don't worry. The mattress is supportive and good, none of that memory-foam stuff. Room is spacious and generally very nice! Only downside is the noise - every door slam, every voice, every water, all of it can be heard. I was in room 728 and there was this constant, low frequency buzzing. I assume it was connected to the elevator as my room was near it. The breakfast was amazing and everyone will find something for them - any dietary needs etc. The breakfast place also offers other food after breakfast hours (didn't use it but many coworkers did). I was allowed a bit late (1h) checkout without a problem. Overall the stay was pleasant, the staff are wonderful, the premises are clean and just enough for people looking for affordable, good location and don't stay in hotels all day.

Average. The lack of a desk makes this place look shabby

We were a group of 7 people who stayed here during a weekend and had a good experience, overall. The hotel employees were nice and helpful, the breakfast was great and the location was good because of the closeness to the tram. The beds were a little hard, but the rooms in all were nice and comfortable. The lobby was also very cool and had a hang out area with games etc, which we liked.
