We had a great time at this hotel - ideally located right next to a bus stop, tram stop and a 4 min walk to the nearest convenience store! The air conditioner and little fridge were not very powerful but after leaving it on for a day it worked fine! The staff are friendly, the breakfast was good and there is a cute little play area for kids. All in all, a lovely stay!

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply to your request for a review. Everything was fine. To be even better would need little things which relate to me as an English person with particular tastes, so may be completely irrelevant for the majority of your guests. We tend to take milk in tea, so if there had been little packs of milk in the room that would have been lovely. I can't drink coffee, nor caffeinated tea, so some pure fruit tea bags or herbal tea bags in the room would have been nice. But really, it was all great.

Everything was ok, except that you don't have slippers in the room. The receptionist on July 24th was not kind and she told me that you don't have slippers for guests, but the next day the boy at the reception was very nice and gave me a pair of slippers that were in the closet at the reception.
