Comfortable hotel, little bit far from restaurants etc. Breakfast was good, plenty of seating in lobby areas. Several lifts so never a long wait. Everywhere was clean. Bed comfortable but only 1 small pillow each?! More were given when asked at reception but surely 2 is usually the norm? Also no bin other than small one in bathroom and no safety deposit box. Did enjoy our stay but a few changes would make it even better.

Great location and a comfortable room. Only note I’d have is that sometimes you can hear the other guests either in the corridor or other rooms, but I didn’t have any trouble falling asleep.

The hotel is well located to visit attractions with a tram stop right outside. Only 15 minutes walk to the old town passing many attractions on the way. Rooms a little basic in decor but comfortable. Car park not easy to find and relatively expensive at £15 per day. Breakfast good as is the bar for a quick night cap.

The single room I had was very nice with all equipment I need. It is very close to our office so that was convenient. The breakfast is simple but has all the things I need (pancake yay!). The staff team is all very friendly and quick to respond on request. The only thing bothered me a little is I was assigned a room facing the main street and there are police / ambulance sirens every early morning but it's quite unforeseeable and inevitable. Overall, very nice stay and will stay with ibis again if traveling to Warsaw again.

Although the location of the hotel was what I needed and the amenities were good, the construction noise was outrageously disruptive. Beginning at 7am every day (including Saturday) there was drilling, hammering, dropping of materials on the floor directly above the bed. When I raised the question about timing of works with staff they immediately defended themselves by saying I had agreed to this as it was on the website when I booked. I stayed at the hotel for a week for work, and was unable to work in my room due to the disturbance of the building works. Staff promised there would be no works on Saturday however the construction noise commenced at 7am on Saturday like every other day. This negative experience deprived me of sleep, of a comfortable place to work, and of a positive experience with Accor. I was very disappointed and would warn anyone not to stay at this hotel unless you are guaranteed a lower floor room or that the building works have finished.

The renovation is being carried out by an external contractor, and according to the agreed schedule, loud works should not start before 10:00 AM. We will share your comments with them. Whenever we are informed about excessive noise, we try to react immediately and contact the construction team. I was unable to verify whether this issue was reported to our reception team during your stay. Had we been aware of it, we would have certainly tried to offer a room change, although occupancy was very high at the time. Most importantly, we would not like you to leave with the impression that we do not care about our guests. As a gesture of our sincere apologies, we would like to offer 1,000 ALL reward points, which will be credited to your loyalty account.
