We stayed for 3 nights and have no complaints. Clean, quiet comfortable room. Breakfast was especially good with so much great food to choose from. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Due to the recent disruption in the Middle East, our annual Company Conference was relocated to a few locations including Warsaw (Expo XXI). My wife and I wanted to do some sightseeing during our relocated trip, having never been to Poland before. So I looked for a hotel in Stare Miasto. I like the quality and affordability of the ibis brand and so I booked the ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto for 3 days. We were not disappointed. The hotel is perfectly situated for a quick 10 minute bus ride to Plac Zamkowy and the heart of Old Town and its many attractions and excellent restaurants and coffee places. I was able to check in online, so desk formalities were minimal. Our room was very comfortable and I liked the fact that the USB and power plugs were located in the strip above our bed. So many hotels forget that we need to charge our phones and our watches and our spare batteries!! The bathroom and shower were modern. I would have liked thicker towels, but perhaps that is reflective of the room cost. The elevators were fast and smooth. And we visited the bar twice where we sampled the most delicious Sour Cucumber Soup, served by very friendly staff (and thank you for speaking English!) The hotel is very well situated on the bus/tram network and we never had a problem getting around. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel and will not hesitate to recommend it to others.

It is close to Old town and to main public transportation routes. Rooms are clean and comfortable, event their size is not big. Breakfast offers options for anyone and is tasty. Great coffee.
