The room is very clean and nice. We were well received at reception. It is well located with transport right outside to the old town. we didn't like the breakfast room. Very confusing and uncomfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying two nights at this hotel during a business trip in late November 2025. Despite arriving very late in the evening, I was warmly welcomed at reception, which set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room had clearly been recently renovated, with a refined, premium feel. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the kettle and generous selection of beverages. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant exceeded expectations, offering a diverse spread—from cold cuts and warm options like scrambled eggs to delightful sweet treats including croissants and American pancakes. The freshly brewed coffee was also excellent. Overall, this is a well-maintained and conveniently located property, just a short distance from Old Town Warsaw. The staff impressed me with their professionalism, dedication, and hospitality. I’ll gladly choose Ibis Stare Miasto again on future visits to Warsaw.
