Easy to check in, staff very helpful. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable and had easy access to water in the corridor. Breakfast had plenty of choices for all dietary requirements (vegan & vegetarian). Public transport was easy accessible with a bus stop outside and a tram stop 3 minutes away. You can walk from the train station or to the old town in under 15 minutes.

Every morning from Thursday to Saturday we were woken up by hummer hits and other construction sounds. It's a shame so big hotel, not very busy in February, to treat it's guests like this.

Our renovation contractor is required to strictly follow the rule that any loud work may only begin after 10:00 AM. However, we are aware that their workers do not always adhere to these rules, and we truly regret that this happened during your stay. Really enjoyed my stay - loved the spacious room with great view from balcony, the room was really quiet, unlike other hotels where I would hear conversations from the other rooms or corridors - here was quiet, didn't even hear the nearby lift ;) room and bathroom was very clean and tea & coffee station well stocked, also a glass bottle to refill
