JO&JOE is a house open for all, a cool and caring social hub! For people travelling alone, in pairs or in groups, we offer an ideal and appropriately priced shared or private accommodation in Paris - Gentilly. As well as serving the best hot dogs in town and awesome cocktails, we also have a self-serving beer tap system! Located right in front of the biggest Parisian campus, the JO&JOE Paris-Gentilly is ideally located with the B line RER train that will take you directly to the center of Paris.

Located between the Porte d'Orléans and the Porte de Gentilly, a 5-minutes walk from the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris and 10-minutes from the Charlety Stadium. JO&JOE is located next to the RER B line which is directly connected to the center of Paris (20 minutes) and to Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (45 minutes). Orly Airport is only at 35 minutes. The Tramway T3 is very close too.

lowkey not too bad, bathromms were clean, and overall it was quiet. though my bunk hadn‘t been cleaned well (floor still had dirt, and the leather next to the bed was kinda greasy) and the kitchen was dirty too

A nice, clean place with a genuinely welcoming staff. The cabin was cozy and well-kept. Now, for someone like me who cannot bear even the idea of sleeping in a dorm, the options in Paris tend to be grim: either an overpriced hotel room that rarely justifies its cost, or one of those supposedly budget-friendly places where cockroaches make themselves at home. So was the small cabin worth it? In my case, absolutely , especially when you consider everything that comes with it: clean shared toilets, a reassuring sense of safety, spacious indoor facilities, and more. And cerise sur le gâteau: the RER is just a few steps away, making it effortlessly easy to commute straight into the heart of Paris from Gentilly. One small note: I am not entirely sure what to make of the imagery in the toilets and cabins. It does not personally bother me, but it does feel a little out of place, and I could see it coming across as off-putting , hidious or even offensive to some guests. That said, there is so much that genuinely works here that this barely registers as a complaint. Many kudos to the whole team. This is hands down the best place I have come across in all my regular travels to Paris and the surrounding area.

The people in our cabin were arrogant slamming doors. Kids running around everywhere. Feels like you're sleeping in a coffin
