We stayed from 26-29 Oct and had a great time using this as a base. The location was excellent, easy to drive to (driving from UK) and great for access to the metro with the nearest stop a short walk from the hotel. Two points of note, firstly the car park is located under the hotel, it’s down a spiral ramp which is quite tight for bigger cars. It’s great when you are in it as it’s safe and secure, but it was a tight squeeze to get in. Secondly, we tried the in-house restaurant on the first night (Doda) and was quite disappointed, this was down to the hotel having only 2 members of staff cooking and serving a pretty busy restaurant, we didn’t eat there again. The room was good and super quiet we also liked the filtered water at each floor. The reception was great also and it is conveniently located for the periphery ring road. We didn’t eat at the hotel, and the hotel was fully booked this weekend and the staff thoughtfully put a notice in the lifts to let you know breakfast could get busy. We ate out anyway so the scrummage for breakfast did not affect us. We were all disappointed in the bar staff, it took ages for one to arrive and once we had to follow up again because after 15 or so minutes we thought they had given up. The bar rates are expensive 4 drinks €38, but there are no shops or other bars close by. The hotel does have a convenient underground car park. The bath and bedrooms facilities were good and the bed was fantastic. A great nights sleep Ben g had by us all.

Reality1986 Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Good location- 5-10 minutes walking distance from nearest metro station and several restaurants and eating options. Rooms were spacious enough. Staff was good. The only reason for 3 star review is that it did not feel like a 4 star hotel should feel like.

Freezing in a 4-star hotel

We checked in today, and the air in the room is very, very cold, and a 4-star hotel does not have the most basic needs of a guest, which is heating and proper air in the room. This is our first experience that we have to freeze in a 4-star hotel by paying a lot of money and it is as if we slept on the street, even the other rooms of the hotel have the same conditions. It is really unfortunate.

Stayed as family of 4, had a suite on 6th floor with view of Eiffel Tower which was lovely in the evenings. Good standard of rooms and very comfortable for whole family. Close to Metro, bus stop and some shops and bars. Uber to Eiffel Tower approx €12 and 15mins drive. This was easier option due to Metro needing a couple of connections to get to major sights but all achievable within 30mins. We used car park as stayed as part of stay in the area to visit Disneyland and parking was easy and affordable. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good offering variety. Would book again as suites our needs and location was good for driving into and out of Paris. Other hotels might be more central for Paris tourist spots.
