Dear Sir, Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your suggestions. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, but we appreciate you bringing the gym equipment to our attention. Regarding the exercise bike, we want to reassure you that it had actually been repaired recently. Unfortunately, a new and different breakdown occurred just last week. We are fully aware of the inconvenience this causes, but we are unfortunately dependent on an external maintenance company for these specific technical repairs. We are doing everything we can to speed up their intervention. We hope to welcome you back soon so you can fully enjoy a completely functional fitness room during your next stay.
