We have stayed in this very often when we visit Paris. We have always been delighted with the experience. Now everything has changed, I assume that Accor are trying to save money. The drinks tray has been reduced to a minimum and the quality of the breakfast offering was way below our previous experiences. We were not impressed.

We apologize if this change was not clearly communicated or did not meet your expectations. We also regret to hear that the breakfast offering did not meet the standards you have previously enjoyed. I enjoyed a good two-night stay in the Novotel Paris 14 Porte d'Orléans. It's not located in the touristic city center, but the location was perfect for my work trip. The hotel itself has spacious rooms which you can not only use for sleeping, but I was also able to get some work done. The bathroom is also perfect and clean. My only remark would be for the breakfast. I felt like the diversity of products offered was only limited and the fruit was not very fresh. But the eggs were very good and the bread (of course, it's France) was excellent! I had an issue with the lock of the door (batteries were empty so even though my key card was active, the lock would not open, but the receptionist sorted it out in no time. I can only recommend staying in this hotel and I certainly will the next time I'm there.

still cold in the hotel, the personal quite nice and room cleaning very good. The water filler on the hallway is a very good idea for sustainability but there should be a bottle in the room that can be filled with water
