The location of the hotel is actually nice if you travel by car. The parking garage is very narrow, so challenging for larger cars. Most people of the staff were very helpful and nice, with only one exception on the check-in, being quite snobby. The work seems to fall a bit behind, we arrived past 1500, but our room was still not fully done, during the breakfast we had to constantly ask the staff to refill and ther positions were not manned when we arrived and someone had to be called. They were all nice and happy to help, but we always hat to take the initiative, which was not as we expected it. The room (we had a suite) was large, but it suffers a bit from use. The coffee machine was broken, various decorations were damaged or had partially separated parts, the shower was clean on the surface, but in between the tiles showed their age and the toilet was in a separate room (good!) but had the longest possible distance to the sink to wash your hands, which was really strange.

We have already booked this hotel in past and it was quite good. This time, when we arrived our rooms where not ready; after 30 mins waiting time, we were told they will not be ready and were provided other rooms. When we arrived at the room, there were left items on the ground and lots hairs everywhere in the bathroom. Not sure what has happened but evidently the processes need improving --- what has happened this time could be a brake to any future stays ... The hotel also requires some refresh --- carpets in the rooms are not so healthy ...

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, making it very convenient for exploring Paris. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It was an excellent choice for our family trip, and we had a very comfortable stay. The only suggestion I have is to provide a small mini refrigerator in the room for keeping drinks and snacks cold. Although the air conditioning helped a little, it isn’t a replacement for a fridge. Overall, everything else was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, especially families.

The outside of the hotel needs to be maintained too many cobwebs. The AC was not cooling even when set to the highest. We spent 2 nights. Overall its good inside but the AC was not cooling even with the heatwave. Also no refrigerator in a superior room. Didn't pay so much attention to the room amenities because I though it would be the same at the UK. Please consider allowing refrigerator in superior rooms.

Decent Hotel with cold and half knowledge staff. They did not know that I can burn Accor points at the time of check in and were creating hurdles and unnecessary hassle in letting me burn my Accor points which to my surprise was the sole case during my holiday in Amsterdam - Belgium - Brugge - Paris where everywhere they graciously accepted the points except here. The check in receptionist told me we can have unlimited cola and juice from the Suite minibar complimentary. He graciously gave us 2 colas when we asked him again. But the next day, his manager told us that we can have only once a day. Unnecessary harassment for a cola when I can afford a 400 euro night room (which they offered me on the Day 1) I stayed for 4 nights and on the 3rd day, when we were enjoying our family time, receptionist hassled us to get the room cleaned within 10 mins or not at all till next day. Don't know in which hotel the cleaning staff leaves at 12 noon. The washroom is impractical as there was no wash basin there and you have to cross the sitting area of Suite and go to Bed room to wash hands. The rooms are pretty otherwise. Kudos to restaurant staff for giving us plates and cutlery whenever we asked them and even warming up the ready to eat food we brought with us. Special mention to the Bar staff (1 with Pony tale and 1 from West Indies), very friendly. Made our evening worth remembering. Sorry for not remebering their names. They lock the doors at night and the receptionist at the time is cold as hell and gave us 'the look' when we asked him to open the door for us. The metro station is 10 mins walk which offers great connectivity and was a huge plus for us. They experience could have been better given I spent 3200 euros for 4 nights and 2 rooms. The staff needs training in being polite and customer centric. Had high expectations from Accor and Novotel brand.
