I think from the start, the hotel did not have the right information for my reservation. They said that I did wrong and did not account for everyone in my family, which I verified and presented to them. Additionally, based on previous locations I've been to (within ACCOR), I had high hopes, but was surely disappointed. The room had a distinct smell (weird), and after we waited over an hour and a half for the room to be ready (arrived around 1:45 pm), the room had no slippers. There was also nothing in the fridge whatsoever, but for some reason, the guy at the desk wanted to swipe my card and place a hold for incidentals, which I found strange. I was shocked to say the least, even when checking out, at noon, there was a very long line of folks trying to check in, although it was still early afternoon. I would never go back to this particular location, but that was just my family and my experience.

In our hotel, slippers and fully stocked minibars are exclusive features of our Executive Rooms and Suites. For all other room categories, the fridge is kept empty for our guests' convenience, and we provide water fountains on every floor for fresh water throughout your stay. Regarding the check-in delay and the reservation misunderstanding, we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. We also want to reassure you that the card hold for incidentals is a standard security procedure at check-in, to cover any potential extras during the stay. We take your feedback regarding the room odor and front desk wait times very seriously and will work with our team to improve. We have been to this hotel before and it is always clean and well located with good transport links We enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower. Check in is always efficient
