Clean, decent hotel, good neighborhood

Booked a king suit, it was perfect for 4 of us. Room was clean, spacious, inclusive minibar is a great plus. The staff was polite, helpful and welcoming, didn't try the breakfast, no oppinion on it, would come back anytime in the future. But! Just a tiny but very annoying sidenote: we needed couple of more small sized towels, because only two was available for 4 people. I went to the reception to ask it for, I washed my hands prior to that in the washroom downstairs, to pick them up as clean as possible. The evening receptionist was very kind, he opened a plastic box and the next moment he threw three towels with his ungloved hands (he dealt with money before) on the desk, where people put their backpacks, whatever. So I got 3 towels with dirty hands on a dirty surface. Great... This hotel is very clean in every aspect, the room, foyer, elevator, toilette downstairs. Could you please take more attention on such things?! I kindly warned him and explained the importance of hygine and asked him for new towels, then I was allowed to pick them from the box myself. An other thing please, if you hand over a room for 4 people, please make sure that all the shower gel, shampoo is filled up entirely.
