The reception team was great and the location is very convenient as Line 4 of the Metro is next to the hotel. Sadly it has nothing to do with a real 4 Star Hotel. Here are some reasons: The room was not clean, fair amount of dust and unaddressed dirty spots, signifying the staff don't spent a lot of time in a room. We didn't receive the same amount of towels every time they were changed. Toilet paper was not always refilled even if running low. Same goes for tea and coffee. Bathroom tap was leaking, shower controls were loose. (We realized after we had settled in the room). Apparently other reviews mention the same. Only provided a 2 in 1 shampoo/shower gel which did not mention if it was vegan or hypoallergenic. If you're looking for a 2 maybe 3 star Hotel with decent bed and shower it's fine but compared to other 4 stars it falls short

However, we are noticing that the hotel is aging and we encountered 3 issues with our recent stay in room 610: the refrigerator doesn't work, the grout in the bathroom tile is beginning to mold and needs to be cleaned, the shower door has a broken wheel and may soon disconnect which could be dangerous to others. Staff tried to move us to another room, but that was smaller and not appropriate for us. All this said...we do enjoy staying at your hotel

Hotel is in good location, but there were few things that was not good. My room was next to the elevator, it keep a lot noise all the time. Breakfast serving didn't work. Avokado etc. were always finnish and they didn't clean tables etc. at all. :(

Amazing breakfast selection (which is very important to me, especially in France). Specifically thank you for: avocados, salmon, fresh pressed juices, pastries and Babka (!) for the breakfast selection. It was truly a highlight to start the day for me. The rooms are perfect. small bath, water pressure, room size - everything just great. If I have to say just one small thing - pillows could be a bit more comfortable.
