We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with the TV during your stay and that assistance was not provided promptly when requested. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we understand your frustration. Regarding the absence of a refrigerator, please note that our standard rooms do not include minibars or fridges, in line with our environmental commitment as a Green Key (Clef Verte) certified hotel. This certification reflects our efforts to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact. Dear Rami, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as an Accor Platinum member. The lack of recognition of your status, as well as the absence of any special attention, does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide to our loyal guests. We also regret the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning, as well as the situation regarding your request for towels. This type of lack of follow-up at reception is not acceptable and has been shared with the relevant teams so that corrective actions can be implemented. Regarding breakfast, we take good note of your comments about the quality and variety of the buffet, which will also be forwarded to our restaurant team in order to improve the offering. We are, however, pleased that you appreciated the room size and our location.
