The location is ideal in terms of transport – just 1–2 minutes away – but we weren’t so lucky with the transport itself (there were constant cancellations and delays on the metro and buses). So it still takes about 30 minutes to get to all the sights; by bus, in traffic, it can sometimes take nearly an hour. Before booking, I’d assumed the journey to the city centre would take much less time. Also, my child and I were given a room on the ground floor overlooking the road. A strange choice for tourists like us, as in the evenings we could see various groups gathering outside our windows – whether they were drug addicts or drunks. This room overlooks a very busy road, so it’s very noisy if you open the window. It’s a 4-star hotel, but its fixtures and fittings are in need of refurbishment. The bed linen had some stains on it. However, the cleaning standards are excellent. The breakfasts offer plenty of choice, but the pastries aren’t tasty at all. Everything else, including the service, is excellent. So, it’s quite decent, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice hotel but room was very small and cramped and the shower was too small also. Bed was comfortable which was good and the room was quiet except for the air con which was quite loud and leaked from time to time. Room was clean but the carpet and lower area's were really dirty. I don't think the vacuum cleaner has ever been under the bed or under the desk as cobwebs were everywhere with fluff and other dirty. Staff were all friendly and helpful which is always good but the hotel just needs a bit more attention to cleaning and maintenance as the lift is dodgy as well.
