Poor quality food & service - Room Service, Dinner and Breakfast My room service, a burger, took over 45 min to be delievered Rubbish Lift - had to wait several minutes to travel from 3rd floor to ground floor every time Room was okay but nothing special

Smelly Rooms

The hotel staff were very good ,accommodating and very helpful. The facilities were fine but he hotel room had a bad smell. We had to open the windows to get fresh air into the room. I was staying at the hotel for a work meeting with a group of colleagues (7 of us on total0 and every one of my work colleagues had the same issue with their rooms smelling badly. The smell was that of a carpet that was wet and not dried ,constant damp smell which was very unpleasant .I am an Accor Plus Gold member and stay in Accor hotels regularly ,mainly in Australia where I live. The facilities are always very good but this is the first time I have had an experience where a room smelt so bad. There is an issue which needs attention at this hotel.

Room and staff were very good thew lift broke and I was stuck for 15 min on floor as there was no signs for the stairs

rooms are outdated. Bed was good. Elevators were not working or just 1. This is very unconvenient if you stay at the 7th floor. No excuses made by the personell on broken elevator. Breakfast room was very busy. employees were not active on cleaning tables to create seating for people coming to the breakfast.
