Dear Ms. N., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted that you appreciated the spacious room, the large TV, and the comfort of the bed. However, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the shower drainage issue and your concerns regarding security. Please rest assured that security is a top priority for us. As part of our procedures, room keys are never handed out without proper verification, and visitors are always asked to wait in the lobby. A call is systematically placed to the guest\'s room to obtain approval before allowing any visitor access. We regret if this procedure was not strictly followed during your stay and assure you that your feedback will help us reinforce these important security measures.
