I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, there were numerous troubling issues that I encountered during my visit. Upon check-in, it took approximately 20 minutes to receive a room key. When I finally arrived at room 315, I was shocked to find that the room was already occupied by a woman who was coming out of the bathroom at the time I opened the door. Both she and I were terrified by the situation, and she screamed and raced to lock the door while I quickly closed it to avoid further disturbance. After returning to the lobby, I had to wait again to resolve the situation. I was given a new room, but when I got there, the room key did not work. I had to return to the front desk twice to get the card reactivated before I could finally access my room—approximately 45 minutes after my initial arrival. Furthermore, every day upon returning to the hotel, my key card had become deactivated, and I was forced to ask the front desk to reactivate it. I kept the card in my wallet during my time in the city, so this was extremely frustrating. Lastly, after receiving my final statement, I noticed that I was incorrectly charged for my stay. On the first night, my wife was with me in the room, but she left the following morning and was not with me for the remainder of my stay. However, I was charged for having two occupants in the room, which was not the case. Additionally, my wife was charged for breakfast, which she did not partake in. The rooms vert musty smelling and very dated. House keeping did a good job at cleaning the room daily! Good job house keeping.

It was OK experience. Wanted to have hot chocolate on Friday afternoon was informed on from Friday afternoon restaurant is not opened. Same was the case in Sunday evening when wanted to have dinner.
