I slept very bad

Mattress on the bed was horrible, could feel the springs. Ventilation was noisy, even when turned off, had a bad night.

Room smelled bad, no AC, forced to use an electric fan, no normal size ironing board

I am sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the smell in your room and the absence of air conditioning. During this time of year, due to environmental concerns and sustainability efforts, our air conditioning system is not accessible, as the hotel is connected to a central system that provides either heating or cooling. To help with this situation, we provide fans in the rooms. Please do not hesitate to inform our reception team if you encounter any unpleasant odors; we would be happy to offer you a room change to ensure your comfort. The hotel is close to metro station porte d’ orleans line 4 and also RER station Genilly is not too far. Privilege room has nespresso and free drinks in mini bar. Staff is very nice and helpful. Especially the lady who speaks a few words Dutch. Great service.
