Little bit strange experience but same as other MERCURE’s I have stayed in, we were checked in were given room with parking view which again I don’t mind but would appreciated same view as I had in second room 812 i think, we entered room founded spider living next to the bed no slippers no bathrobe went down asked for it was delivered within 10 minutes both items both bathrobe were not having belts, one of them was little bit ripped at the bottom. Than on one of the days we went down to get our welcome drinks with voucher that I got upon checkin but was told that one voucher is only for one drink despite my room was booked for2 and whenever i stay I always get drink for 2 adults… after talking to 2 agents at front desk was told show another membership to get another drink from minibar downstairs. As well no anytype or welcome amenities were given but I believe that MERCURE doesn’t do that in general not sure was having more or less same experience in other mercure But at least welcome note would be nice. So in conclusion I enjoyed my few days in Paris beautiful city however hotel was faraway from what I was expecting MERCURE to be but it’s fine lesson is learned for future 🫶🏻

We stayed at Mercure Paris Porte d'Orléans for 8 nights. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Our air conditioning was not working very well and the reception staff gave us a fan. The breakfast had limited options for individuals who are gluten free and vegan. The hotel was within walking distance of metro stations. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Breakfast not really nice, very basic, almost no available table, queueing 10min for a coffee (2 machines, 1 not working), no shampoo in the bathroom
