Possibly the worst Mercure hotel I have been to. Old, shabby, covered with dust, poorly furnished. Unfriendly staff at the reception. Overheated rooms with the heater not working and impossible to change the temperature. Clouds of dust in the bathroom. Sink tab broken. Will do my best to avoid.

A bit of a disappointing stay; room wasn´t ready (can happen), machine to make the room keys didn´t work for an hour; installations are becoming old fashioned. Service at reception mediocre - i understand people are busy but no smile no real attention.

Great staff, very poor hotel condition

The staff at the hotel were brilliant, very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was very run down in general which let my experience down. The furniture and fittings was very poor, especially in my room. The lights didn't work and work very dim, the air conditioning didn't work, no room service available, the fittings were cracked and in need of repair. Also to add which I know isn't the hotels fault but the construction site across the road started at 6.20 some mornings.
