I has issues with other accommodation and needed room at 9:0/ 9:15 pm without reservation. Staff at desk were very helpful in my situation and luckily they had a room available, which was very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast next morning was also very good. Big thank you for helping me in a bad situation, merci.

In general it was good very basis hotel, with good future if the service with be enhanced. Pluses: - located next to Porte d'Orelane, - had a good breakfast (basic, what was needed) - had two separate beds for kids and adults, 3-stars beds and bedsheets. - had a bath and large lavabo - convenient located - had a parking with a good price - receptionist people were very kind and nice to served evening drinks. Points to ameliorate, point to change: - We were not informed of the works, so it was unexpected to have very very loud sound in the morning, which is quite inacceptable given the price of the hotel. - The phone was not working so PHONE services were not accessible, and we could not get in touch with reception. - The lady during the breakfast was very aggressive, speaking to me in a very inappropriate tone, and words! Other clients showed me a "good" sign because they felt this aggressivity too during the breakfast. The reason is that we had two little kids - who did not have a big breakfast, and I had made two sandwiches for them, because simply they did not eat it during the breakfast. We think the food waste is worse, but apparently for this lady it was better! Or maybe she wanted to feed her family.. or staff. She started actively cleaning all the breakfast at 10:45, both days, whereas the breakfast is until 11. She started to clean our table at 11, why my daughter was trying to eat her yaourt. Anyway she did not behave professionally at all!!! - Despite that the room was quite clean, my allergic kids and husband had an allergic crises because of the dust in the mattresses, which we had to calm with medication yesterday. I have also watched under the bed before leaving a room and to make sure not to forget any toys, and it was very dusty. So would suggest to look through your 'litterie'. - the bath in the corners had some black mushrooms, so maybe would be good to have a good clean up with products 'anti-moissure'. So it general it is a new hotel, which can be 3 stars easily if few things are enhance (breakfast lady, and end of the time for the breakfast, cleaning under the beds. Our comparison is to F1, which is not even one star hotel, just nearby (Porte de Charenton). Maybe the comfort of the beds, and choice of the breakfast is worse, but the cleanliness, people, and general vibe is much better that IBIS Style.
