The hotel is very well located. Even though it is not in the city center, the proximity to the metro means you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes. The hotel is modern, very eco-friendly, and nicely decorated. The room was very well insulated, very practical, and we had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was amazing and definitely worthy of a 4-star hotel. At reception, there is complimentary water, tea, and coffee, as well as any baked goods left over from breakfast, which is a very nice touch for an afternoon snack. The only negative experience was that I had to insist for two days with an employee, Patience, to get an extra pillow. Every time, he said he would bring one, but he never did. Luckily, another employee, who was much nicer, solved the issue within a few minutes the following day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

I have been to this hotel many times. This time, my room wasn’t very well cleaned everyday. I stayed from Monday so Friday. I did the test of leaving my shoes on te middle of the corridor, when I arrived end of day, bed was done , shoes were on the exact same place :(

The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The customer service was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. We had 5 rooms booked for a family gathering. Two rooms were marked as prepaid but with a remaining sum due, an obvious glitch in the reservation system. The representatives could not give me any explanations, made me feel as if I was responsible for the issue, and in the end didn’t offer any apologies or compensation for the disagreement. Never coming back to this hotel.

The room was nice and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast as well (but i kind of missed the sausage in the selection). Staff was super friendly. Had a comfortable quite sleep through the night . I also wished i had a cattle in the room to make tea, instead of going down to the reception. Overall exactly what i expected.

A short business trip. This is a very basic hotel, although not that inexpensive. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean but lack ironing boards, coffee facilities, or water. There aren't even cups!
