For some reasons I don't understand, my booking in this hotel is not taking into account my All membership. My early arrival (1;30PM) is systematically not taken into account (past 2 experiences December and October). Whereas it works on my next week booking in Novotel Rennes by instance. Now the hotel is very nice. The bedroom and bathroom are friendly and calm. The breakfast is good. Thanks.

I has issues with other accommodation and needed room at 9:0/ 9:15 pm without reservation. Staff at desk were very helpful in my situation and luckily they had a room available, which was very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast next morning was also very good. Big thank you for helping me in a bad situation, merci.
