Staff were exceptional, every staff member created us and made us feel very welcome. They all appeared to enjoy being at work, which is rare these days. Nothing was too much bother for them. Our room was clean and tidy and location of hotel was central to our needs

Location was very convenient for the convention centre, the room was lovely and very comfortable. Room service meal was below par for the price.

The motel was very clean and tidy as well as spacious and in the best location! Checking in was a breeze and the reception staff were so lovely. We ate the restaurant available and the food was delicious and the staff here were also so amazing and went above and beyond to cater for us and our 1 year old! The room was spacious enough for us with a portacot provided for our child. We had a lovely stay and I think Novotel will become our regular stay option when in Melbourne
