This is possibly my second time staying here, all looks great and the staff is very helpful. I had something to print out and the staff helps me with that so that I don't have to waste time looking for a place to print.

Excellent location close to transport and eateries etc. Street signage clear and hotel easy to located. Rooms well appointed and very quiet. Other amenities, eg. laundry facilities, whilst not used, greatly appreciated. Staff delightful. Only "negative" is the steep stair entrance when travelling with heavy and/or multiple suitcases, however your staff were only too happy to help. Suggestions: Would appreciate better lighting over the bathroom sink, more power points in main room, and longer cords on the bedside lamps so that the on/off switch can be easily reached. Will be using you in the future and have already alerted friends to your excellent services. Thank you.

This hotel is good value if you can get it for the right price, the rooms have been slightly updated and are a have used the space very well (take that as you will). During my stay, there was a miscommunication with the reception and the housekeeper and she was still finalising the cleaning in my room which was absolutely fine she was very polite. There were numerous guests causing disruptions, there were a group of men running up and down the hallway slamming doors and screaming at each other, then the next day there was a quite loud argument between what appeared to be a housekeeper and a guest over luggage which was super annoying as you could hear absolutely everything. The heating on the aircon was also very weird it was making a wet heat and I found it better to have it off entirely. The bathroom was quite nice, maybe a hand towel could be provided that would make it even better. The streaming on the TV was also a nice touch, however previous guests were still logged in with accounts, it would be good to ensure they are logged out before releasing the room to another guest. One of the lifts also kept getting stuck on Level 4 and flashing “Fault” which was also bizarre. The wifi in the building is also shocking, if you are relying on it to do work or whatever absolutely pick another hotel. There were constant periods where it would drop out, not load and periods where there would be no internet. Other than that, I would stay again, it was a very adventurous experience.
