Good value hotel in King St. Rooms have all you need, good wifi, good bed, shower & breakfast providing continental options or a hot meal at your table. Friendly staff. Hotel being renovated. My go to hotel when staying in Melbourne.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, the staff were friendly, and the room was a good size, clean, and comfy. There's a bit of a challenge with the stairs into the hotel lobby - specially if you've stuffed your luggage with all the chocolates, coffee and other shopping items, but overall I would recommend this as a great stay.
