Very friendly staff who upgraded us to a queen room as our plans changed and my husband joined me. Great location for our purpose, close to public transport with lots of food options. I loved that the staff gave us tips on where to eat.

Excellent location in the CBD near Southern Cross station, tram stops and Skybus, Woolworths and 7-Eleven just across the road and the bigger Coles supermarket near the station. There are a number of restaurants nearby, Indian restaurant next door, Nandos, and rare steakhouse 300m away. The continental breakfast was ok, with coffee machine, fruit juices, toast, pastries, cereals, melons, peaches, yogurt, I particularly liked the pancake machine. You can have a cooked breakfast by paying extra. There is also a gym and laundry room but I didn’t use. My room was spacious with a safe, fridge, AC, tea/coffee, iron. I would have preferred if the shower had a hand held head rather than a fixed one. The only issue I had is that the room was not soundproof, the walls are very thin I could hear the guests talking in the next room, talking in the corridors, I was on the second floor and I could hear the noise from the pub downstairs even with the window fully shut.

Stayed there several times. Rooms are small, but always clean—an eight-minute walk to Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Prices are fair. Staff are always helpful.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom for 4 nights. It had all the amenities as any other room. Room and bathroom was clean, and location was super, close to the Skybus station, and within a 20 min easy walk to Federation Square, Chinatown and all the things that the city centre has to offer.
