Really enjoyed our stay, upgrade was amazing. Food was very nice. Disappointed in the fact that ALL our ordered food was delivered at once. We were a table of two. We ordered a series of different entree dishes as we wanted to try different foods. However, when our Oysters, scallops, kangaroo skewers, bao buns and one other dish all arrived at the same time, we felt rushed and the hot items were not hot when we finally got to it. When we raised this issue when the food was delivered, we were told they always deliver all entrees at the same time. As a restaurant of repute, we would have expected that wait staff would have seen that the order of such a size for TWO people would have been enough to advise the kitchen to stagger the cooking of the meal and spread the items for delivery. It should not be the customer’s responsibility or role to have to advise staff not to bring all the food at once. The food was great, the delivery and response, not so much.
