The receptionist gossiped about a customer in front of me very bad experience

We truly appreciate your loyalty, and I am very sorry to hear that your recent experience with us was so disappointing. Your comment regarding a receptionist gossiping about another guest in front of you is extremely concerning. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and goes against the professional standards we expect from every member of our team. Please accept my sincere apologies for the discomfort and unprofessionalism you experienced. I want to assure you that I am addressing this matter directly and immediately with the staff involved. I am also sorry that your arrival experience, room cleanliness, and overall impression of the hotel fell far below expectations. Breakfast buffet lacking! Last stay seemed to be more choice/variety. Room service menu also very small, no kids options found - & had to go down to restuarant to order as not able To do it from phone.
