Dear Amanda, Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your recent stay. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience was significantly impacted by noise disruptions, particularly the overnight roadworks that you were not notified of in advance. I understand how disruptive this can be, especially when traveling for work, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and lack of peace this caused. While our location near the train station offers convenience, I recognize that it can also contribute to noise, and I regret that this affected your sleep throughout your stay. Offering earplugs is a temporary measure, and I understand this does not fully resolve the underlying issue of disruption. Dear Stacey, Thank you for your candid feedback regarding your recent stay. I am truly sorry to learn that we "dropped the ball" on this occasion, and that your experience was far from your usual positive stays with us. As a loyal Gold status Accor member who visits us regularly, I sincerely apologize for the lack of recognition upon your arrival and for being assigned a handicapped room without prior consultation. I understand completely how disappointing and uncomfortable this would have been, especially when it resulted in inconveniences such as limited space for toiletries, inadequate towel hanging, shower issues, and difficulties with clothes hanging. Your description of feeling like you were in a hospital is certainly not the experience we want to provide. We pride ourselves on recognizing our returning guests, and it is clear we failed to do so in your case. This is an oversight that we deeply regret, and I assure you it does not reflect the standard of service we aim to deliver. I have taken note of your comments about the busy check-out counter and the absence of slippers, and these points will be addressed internally.
