We are truly delighted that you enjoyed our location, ambiance, the thoughtful chocolate welcome, your comfortable room, and particularly highlighted our Miss Mi restaurant for two delicious dinners. As an ALL Accor loyalty programme member with Classic status, we value your loyalty and are pleased your front desk welcome, our team's service, and key aspects of your stay were excellent. However, I am deeply concerned and sincerely regret that several areas fell short during your special occasion. Please accept my unreserved apologies for: Housekeeping Lapses: It is unacceptable that body wash ran out and that dusting was overlooked. I have addressed this directly with our Head of Housekeeping to ensure meticulous checks and replenishment. Chromecast Issue: I am truly sorry the Chromecast malfunctioned, limiting your entertainment. Our technical team is investigating this for immediate resolution. Chocolate Buffet & Sustainability: We note your feedback on the lack of variety at Chocolate Hour and the confusion with towel replacement, which was contrary to our sustainability efforts. I will work with our culinary team on Chocolate Hour diversity and reinforce our eco-friendly practices with housekeeping for clearer, consistent service. Your detailed comments are invaluable, and please be assured these points are being addressed with urgency to prevent recurrence. Dear Joe, Thank you for providing such comprehensive and candid feedback regarding your recent business trip to Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne On Spencer. I am truly sorry to read that your overall experience was "Average at best" and that you felt like "part of a machine" from arrival to departure. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the significant shortcomings you encountered, which clearly led to a disappointing stay. Your detailed comments highlight numerous failures in our service and offerings. I am deeply concerned to learn that you found your arrival unfriendly and that your request for a dental kit resulted in 6 calls, a 55-minute wait, direct contact with the duty manager, and then a rude delivery 10 hours later. This level of service is utterly unacceptable and falls far below our standards. We pride ourselves on prompt, courteous, and efficient service, and it is clear we failed you completely in this instance. I apologize that you found our breakfast buffet quite average for the price and poor when compared to other Melbourne offerings. Your feedback is crucial, and we will review our breakfast selection and quality to ensure it meets the expectations of our guests. As a valued ALL Accor Platinum member, you are entitled to specific benefits and a high level of recognition. I am extremely disappointed to learn that you received no welcome amenity until questioned, no room upgrade, that your late check-out request was treated as a "pain" and "bartered with," and that your welcome drink fell below expectations. This is a significant lapse in how we value and serve our loyal members, and I am genuinely sorry for this poor experience. Your comment that rooms feel like a cruise ship and the hotel is "missing a sparkle" indicates that we are not creating the warm and inviting atmosphere we aim for. I also apologize for the difficulties with WiFi access. Please be assured that I take your feedback very seriously. I have already initiated a thorough investigation into the specific incidents you described, particularly regarding the handling of your dental kit request and your arrival experience.
