Dear Mr. M., I am truly sorry to hear about your daughter’s discomfort due to insect bites during your stay in Room 325. Please accept my sincerest apologies for this unfortunate situation. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately took action by placing the room out of order and having it professionally treated by an insect removal company. Despite thorough inspections and treatments, no signs of insects have been found, but we will continue to monitor the room closely for the next four days as a precaution. Your daughter’s well-being is our priority, and I sincerely hope she recovers quickly from the bites.
