Great hotel. The pool, spa and sauna was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. Even though it was across from the station it was quiet.

Very well located and the chocolate gift for Diamond Members was amazing! I enjoyed my bath very much. But I could hear doors closing around me and I was on the fourth floor. The garbage trucks at 3 & 4 am in the alley next door were a wake me up…

From the phone call 2 days before confirming my booking, to the welcoming check-in along with 1 out off the 2 rooms booked ready. Late checkout for one off the room, great location, fantastic pool along with amazing breakfast.

Good facilities but lacking attention to detail.

I checked in and was told I was checking out a day earlier than I anticipated, I said there was a mistake but was not taken seriously. I had to go find booking documents showing the dates before they would take me seriously and check. Housekeeping took away my dirty towels but did not replace them leaving me with no towels that evening. Another day housekeeping took my spare room key leaving me with only one. The coffee machine was good but I had no way to froth or warm any milk.
