The overall experience was more or less okay. The staff were friendly, and the location is fantastic for exploring the CBD. My main point of dissatisfaction was the curtain situation. In the mornings, a significant amount of light came through the edges of the curtains. This issue made it very hard to sleep past sunrise, and the room was bright well before I wanted to wake up. Addressing this with better-fitting or true blackout curtains would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, location is good and rooms are well equipped. On our last stay as silver member we had a welcome card and a small gift in the room but was addressed to someone else! this time we are now gold members and there was no welcome card or gift/minibar, no upgrade offered, no recognition at all which was highly dissapopinting

The hotel was ideally located for my office and also places to go out to eat. Bit of a shame room service/the hotel restaurant was an option (on a Monday night) but plenty of places around to eat at. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I wasn't very happy though that my credit card was charged for the room without me being told. The payment from my firm hadn't come through but this should have been flagged when I checked in. The refund was at least very quick.

Overall the stay was great. Room excellent, loved the TV and chrome cast. One thing I would like to flag is while I was being checked in by a very nice and kind gentleman (young asian man maybe Japanese?) the other man at reception (Caucasian/loud voice) interrupted him while checking me in to berate him about staples in a document. I found it incredible rude to interrupt checking me in to be rude to another staff member in front of me.
