Reception polite and friendly. Room standard acceptable in Melbourne market. Upgraded on arrival to a higher standard room (very welcome though we could not make too much use of it as our stay was just one night). TV control did not change TV volume (we gave up trying). Room heating set to 23.5c. It could not be reset. This unfortunately affected our sleep. We would give mantra another go in the future but we will consider alternatives.
