It was clean, but cold and the thermostat didn't work! I do not plan to book another stay here as it was uncomfortable when it was cold.

We've got confused with the compliment that the reception said that we've earned since I'm gold member. They said that I've got complimentary breakfast due to my status (I didn't booked for breakfast included), but they've charged me in the end. That's not convenient, we didn't want to have breakfast there.

Location of the hotel is within free tram zone (2 options) which is nearby to famous lanes, coffeeshops and resturants. The space in the room is more than enough and the amenities (Laundry Machine and Cooking items) are adequate to support long term needs. Convenience stores and nearby (1 tram station - ride away) supermarkets are plus too for immediate needs. It is plus to have a purified drinking water dispenser at the lobby and the restaurant downstairs. Hotel Frontdesks are responsive to address needs. One thing we just dont like is the sound of the water drops on the ceiling (room 708) during the night, something that cant be fixed during our stay so we didnt report right away.

Bed was lumpy ad.. pillows awful tbh.. and we purposely put up no housekeeping sign (said would get $10 credit per night) but that didn't happen either

Perfect location, within an easy walk to the restaurant hub that is Hardware L., shopping, southern cross station and all the cbd has to offer. The hotel is ideal for all types of stays.

No running hot water from approximately 8.30pm - 8.30am, so I was unable to shower both after work in the evening and before work the next morning. I checked out early and found different accommodation.

I am sincerely sorry for the hot water outage and the significant inconvenience this caused, particularly as you were unable to shower that evening or the following morning and ultimately had to check out early and arrange alternative accommodation. The outage was caused by a mechanical failure. Contractors attended the hotel shortly after the issue occurred, however unfortunately they were unable to rectify the fault until the following morning. While every effort was made to restore the hot water as quickly as possible, I fully appreciate that this does not lessen the impact the outage had on your stay, and I sincerely apologise for the disruption caused. Our Front Office Manager, Aditya, will be in touch with you shortly to discuss this further. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Location is perfect, stuff very friendly and professional. The only thing I would point out is the car park is very narrow and tight for a big vehicle to get it but it’s not a big deal overall I’m happy with this Hotel would love to go back again for next visit.

Everything we ask for from reception was promptly answered breakfast was great my travelling party asked for pouched eggs and the chef cooked them everyday for them.

Two bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us and we would definitely stay again. Was a little disappointed that had to ask for one of the king beds to be separated into twins even though this was confirmed by phone call the previous day. I'm happy to reuse towels for a couple of days so please provide adequate towel rails to hang towels up.
