Hi, I just want to appreciate all the staff that made my stay a delightful experience. Special thanks to Lasatha who checked me in and accommodated all of my requests beyond my expectations. She sincerely assisted me with everything. She made my stay even more delightful. She is very professional and kind. The House keeping staff were really kind and assisted me to the best of their ability. I want to appreciate the people who worked during my stay. Hotel itself is very amazing. The room was really nice and spacious. I had everything that I need. Very professional service unlike the other hotels that I have stayed. I have stayed in so many accor properties and this is the best so far with the service and hotel facilities. I can't wait to come back again. Was only overnight, but was disappointed that the Bar/Restaurant was not open during the week. Understand though you need the numbers to cover costs.
