I just felt that one of your reception staff Ms. Rohas, seem to be unhappy all the time no matter it was during the check-in, or just asking to borrow umbrella, her unhappy face is not welcoming at all. And it's sad because that's all I can remember about this experience. On the other hand, I asked for towels on my third day and I put the do not disturb on my door. Once back, I found the towels to be sitting on the floor outside the door. It was quite shocking as there's no bags or baskets to put the towels and just put on the dirty ground. Maybe its something you can improve in the future. Thank you.

Short stay for business however I would absolutely return with the family, really wonderful 2 bedroom apartment style, very clean and well appointed, ideal for holiday visits to Melbourne.

Large comfortable rooms. Only negative is the size of the shower. Anyone with a larger build would find it almost impossible to get in and out of.

I have been calling 10 times because I never received my invoice. I’m not sure how else to get a hold of the hotel other than this survey. Please help.

Good location (not amazing, as it's a good walk till trams, but still), but the overall quality is not 4*. Breakfast has no veggies, no cheese, and some very questionable coffee. If you want better coffee, you need to order it for extra. The cleaning personnel don't really do a very good job - they've thrown pillows and the pijama on the floor (!!) even if we tried to leave everything very straightforward and easy for them. We just found them there when we came back to the hotel in the evening. The shower box was seriously leaking, so we had to be very careful when walking on the wet tiles. The room was big, there was a lot of space.
