Just returned from a three night stay and too be honest I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but we couldn't fault it. Ludvig on reception was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly. Apartment had everything we needed, clean comfortable bed and excellent bathroom, OK, I admit some of the fittings were a bit dated but overall, nothing to complain about. One thing to be aware of, if you go on the French Website regarding Tourist Tax, it says for 4 star, 8.34 Euros per night, that is incorrect, we paid 12.26 euros per night due to different taxes!

Fabulous hotel! In a great location, was super clean, bed was lovely and comfortable and the room was a great size with a good kitchen. Loads of restaurants, bars and markets near by, would highly recommend and was in a really nice neighbourhood. If you’re going for a rugby or PSG game it’s a stones throw away!

I stayed here with my family and it was amazing. It was a basic room with limited cutlery. The room did have a coffee machine, but would have been great if sugar and coffee powder was also provided. This place is near to the bus and train stations which makes the commute really easy. Its also close to couple of supermarts and restaurants. Avoid coming late night in the neighborhood as it becomes bit shady area.

We stayed 2 nights in the apartments and it was very nice and clean. Location was close to the station and the room was comfortable. We had our 3 kids in the lounge and all fitted well.

Will not go back!! Carpets not clean let alone maintenance on obvious items. I went without sneezing and came back worse. Was best outside the hotel than inside. So of i have to recommend for the Olympics 2024 they should up their game an that’s my point
