Almost centrally located, easily accessible via public transport, metro train station and bus stop right opposite to the hotel, barely 10 min drive to the Eiffel - spot on location. Very comfortable stay, pleasant staff, spacious family room, good breakfast - Overall a Perect stay!

- Room was cold, but was ultimately given a radiator which helped make it more comfortable. - Breakfast was good but was often running out of items and had to ask for them to be refilled instead of them just doing it. - Would have loved more easy access to the hot chocolate in the evening since it was during the holidays and cold weather while we were there.

Rooms were lovely staff so helpful and friendly. Breakfast however for the price it not worth it. If not stale then cold . Staff were over run with how busy it was . Coffee machine broke for 20 euro I had a stale piece of bread with a sausage

Overall I am happy with the stay, although I wish I had asked for a different room as my room on the first floor was extremely noisy. The restaurant below had loud parties every night of my stay, and the noise level kepy me up well passed midnight each night. Furthermore, there was one night after midnight that I heard a very loud drilling noise coming from either beside or below my room. I am very aware that the hotel cannot control the noise level or neighboring businesses, and I agree that this was a particularly busy time due to the holidays and holiday celebrations, but as an Accor silver-level member, it would have been nice to have been offered a room on a higher level.
