The hotel is well located and very convenient, especially being close to my office. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which I really appreciated. However, my stay was significantly affected by the room I was assigned. It was on the second floor, at the same level as the nearby tramway, and the noise was constant and extremely disruptive. Unfortunately, it made it very difficult to rest or work comfortably in the room.

Very nice hotel in the perfect location for a trip to Paris. The team was extremely friendly and helpfull. The rooms where clean and spaceous. The hotel is just oposite the RER train station Val de Seine, which is only three stops from the Eiffel Tower! Even parking in the hotels garage was no problem with our bus (2m height and 5,5m length). For us it is clear, for our next visit to Paris it will be this hotel again. Thank you very much.

Front desk agents (evening and day) very pleasant, helpful, professional. Thank you. Hotel is not easy to find, even with GPS. Rooms are huge, very practical for a family of 4. Breakfast area is a little too small: easily crowded.
