We stayed for 8 days in July 2026 We stayed in the family-superior-room, 1 adult + 2 children The service was in the top class - especially from what we experienced before in other hotels i Paris. They literatelly wrote every Bus number/Metro/RER station down on a post-it, so that I easily could find the way to DisneyLand and also make a plan B for me, when i missed the last train. They asked my kids every day “ how was your day and what have you been up to” really great staff - they need a salary increase 😝 And another great thing is that they have their own kiosk, where you can buy not only the dry-shampoo you forgot at Home, but also crayons for the kids or a pasta-dish if you are hungry during the day. The lokation is a bit outside Paris and the RER-train an T-train was unfortunately under construction, så there was ca 1 km to the nearest Metro-station (M12) The breakfast was great, except for normal coffee/americano which they didn’t have. You could go to the 9.Floor / rooftop and have a cocktail and meanwhile a great view over the city ✨ If you are staying and expecting a fitness room, you will be disappointed. The handles are from 0,5 - 3 kg and the room is not a fitness-room, more a “walk-through-room” to the rooftop.

We stayed for a week. While the rooms were acceptable, the windows have poor sealing and let in significant street noise from downstairs even on the side away from the train tracks. Elite recognition was incredibly disappointing; we received no room upgrade, the staff rigidly refused a standard 2:00 PM late check-out until we insisted (and even then, only granted 1:00 PM for a single room), and the bar was so disorganized they lacked basic wine glasses for our welcome drinks. We did not feel valued as Gold members and will not return.

We would, however, like to point out that despite the hotel being fully booked, we made a significant effort to accommodate your request by assigning rooms for your relatives, who joined you 48 hours later, on the same floor and in close proximity to yours. Given our occupancy level, this required careful planning and reflects the attention and consideration we were pleased to extend to you throughout your stay. Furthermore, our hotel operates in full compliance with all applicable regulations and within a clearly defined commercial framework.
