As mentioned, the Novotel Suites Issy les Moulineaux is fully booked these last weeks. Regardless of the room category reserved, our very high occupancy unfortunately prevented us from offering a room upgrade. We also regret that we were only able to extend your check-out time by one hour. We have reminded our teams of the importance of providing the highest level of support and flexibility possible to our guests whenever circumstances allow. We would, however, like to point out that despite the hotel being fully booked, we made a significant effort to accommodate your request by assigning rooms for your relatives, who joined you 48 hours later, on the same floor and in close proximity to yours.
