I was staying at the Novotel for one night only as close to our Paris offices. I thought the staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel was really clean and the rooms spacious and well equipped. My only issue was the train station right outside the window which kept me awake.

Hotel is wonderfull and location is super! The toilet area in the room smelled really bad the entire stay from the start. Also the Small bin was broke, the lit was entirely loose and broken. I would think that is not the standard you want to have in a 4 star hotel. Beds are very hard and the lenght of the 2 beds for my teenagers was way to short. The staff is really friendly!

Location is perfect for me as the hotel is just around the corner of our Paris office. The room was nice and big, but the gym was very unsatisfying. Only 3 machine whereas one was broken.

The novotel is well located just in from the tramway and RER C and unfortunately it is his biggest black spot : rooms are to noisy so i cannot understand why you don't invest in double glazing!!!

Generally a good stay but a few issues

Room - i asked for a room at fron but was only given 2 options at back where the railway was and im a light sleeper. I will only stay again if i can get room at front Breakfast - this felt limited and the staff seems unhelpfull. I said was there paoched eggs and there was only that was avaiable. There was no bacon and when i asked they said they had run out but then i saw a waitress bring out a whole plate for a family next to me! Brwn bread was stale slightly.No cups for coffee and had to use platic ones. The breakfast upgrade was 30 euros and not worth it.
