Rooms are ok toilets are old and not looked after very well. It can be noisy at night as windows are not great. A bit hot as AC is very basic

The hotel has very good location. The rooms are very good sizes, everyday cleaning of rooms was perfect. When we needed some spoons or glasses or other things for room, staff helped us for this.

The hotel is well located and very convenient, especially being close to my office. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which I really appreciated. However, my stay was significantly affected by the room I was assigned. It was on the second floor, at the same level as the nearby tramway, and the noise was constant and extremely disruptive. Unfortunately, it made it very difficult to rest or work comfortably in the room.
