I had a premium room which was spacious and contained everything needed, including kettle, coffee machine, soft drinks and other amenities. Breakfast was good, though you have to make your own eggs, which takes time. It's near the Seine, so you can walk out run along it even when it's dark outside. It was about 30 minutes taxi ride from CDG at night, and about an hour by public transportation during the day.

My book two double bed but I was given single bed room with almost no air-conditioning, staff give more attention to local French speaking customers or friends and keeping me ignored.

No air conditioning made sleeping conditions sub-par. There was a mix up of pre-registered group arrangements that were not up to date (despite several requests to update in advance) making some guest uncertain of whether or not they would have an extra night. When they asked, they were told that is what they had without offering solutions Check out process had a huge lineup making taxis wait longer and over half of our team late for our meeting - inefficient check-out staff or processes

Booked into a room with a blinking light - told no it's not blinking. Moved to a different room with stains in bathtub, no Netflix (the other room had it but also could not get it to run because TV would not connect to the network)... for a 2 night stay I gave up, but would never return again.

The hotel was lovely the staff were wonderful and the pool on the roof was lovely for a dip in the heat. It’s a little further out which was nice and quiet. The air on in some rooms was temporary, but the staff changed our room and were very apologetic.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t pleasant. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, and there was a leak in the roof. There were wet floor signs and buckets placed around the hotel to catch the water, which made the property feel poorly maintained. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations. We particularly regret your perception of our team's welcome, as providing attentive and friendly service is one of our priorities. Regarding the water leak, we were unfortunately dealing with an unexpected and accidental leak on that particular day. Our teams immediately secured the affected area with safety measures while the necessary repairs were carried out. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your comments, which help us continue improving our services, and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under much better circumstances. The Mercure Paris Boulogne Team

I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. The room was clean and the hotel pool was pleasant. However upon checking in and using my credit card at the hotel, my credit card began getting suspicion transactions and I had to cancel my card. 4 days later upon check out, I used my wife's credit card to pay for the room and shortly thereafter I began getting suspicion transactions on my wife's credit card The Mercure hôtel was the ONLY merchant where I used both my card and my wife's credit card and within hours my cards began receiving suspicious transactions. I would strongly advise the hotel to investigate this matter. Luckily I had other credit cards for the duration of my vacation.

Hello Raymond, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and, above all, for bringing this matter to our attention. We took your alert very seriously from the outset and would like to thank you for the constructive way in which you approached this situation. As discussed together, we carried out a thorough internal review and remain particularly vigilant regarding this type of report. While we are pleased that you enjoyed the comfort of your room and our pool, we sincerely regret the concern this situation caused during your stay. Thank you again for your cooperation and for giving us the opportunity to investigate this matter with the attention it deserved. The Mercure Paris Boulogne Team

Started quite badly as the lady at check-in demanded we pay an extra €150 for no reason even though we showed her the booking several times as the amount stated was significantly less. She then stated it's just charges and demanded we pay. Then after her colleague intervened she gave the money back. Also charged a deposit on the card which she said will be returned on checkout but still not received it 😕. Overall the hotel and staff were good but a shame the check-in lady was untrained and demanding.

Good location, inadequate breakfast, insufficient information signs, capsule coffee machines should be available in the rooms. It's good in terms of price-performance ratio, but it could be a little better.
