We are Accor Diamond members and travel extensively each year. Accor (specifically Fairmont) is our favorite hotel brand. We stayed at the hotel as part of a choir tour. We were dismayed by the condition of the hotel. It was extremely run down and appeared unsafe - broken elevators, broken mirrors in the guest room, etc. It was shameful. On the bright side, Elya at the front desk was absolutely delightful and so helpful, the hotel appeared clean, and the people at the breakfast room were very kind and worked very hard, but the facility isn't worthy of your staff our your guests.

We had a great stay. Kids loved table tennis and swimming pool. The breakfast had a good variety. The room was clean. Staff was very nice.

Our hotel room had basic furniture and has not been well maintained with eg paint peeling off on the skirting board and inside the wardrobe. The part in the corner of the shower and around the short shower screen had gone yellow/brown. We expected much better quality furniture, fittings and furnishings and a much better standard of maintenance from a 4-star hotel.

In a 2 week stay there I stayed in room 228. The A/C was broken, there was a smell of weed coming from the vents, and the floor was completely covered in sewer water from a roof leak on multiple occasions. I have traveled all over and this was one of the worst experiences at a hotel.

Good hotel if you’re there for tennis. About a 20-25 min depending on which gate you enter. Breakfast is fantastic. Not great AC but that’s to be expected with a hotel in France. Great bar area- they themed it very RG and it was awesome. Brought kids so the bunk bed was ideal. Small- especially the shower - but also to be expected. Just be prepared to be aware of your level of expectations lol
