This hotel does what it promises : Upto standard, nothing more. Convenient for visiting Paris, certainly Bois de Boulogne & Parc des Princes area. We attended a PSG match and the stadium was well within walking distance. Smooth check-in/out. Staff adequate and friendly. Nice lobby bar with smoking area. Breakfast in order, everything there. Rooms clean, quiet although small, if you take into account we were three, it did not leave too much space to dance around. At a price of +200€ a night, it is overpriced, but that's the big city for you.

it was smelling in the room. It looks like someone smoked and it was cleaned with a perfume. The result was a strange smell in the room. The service was good by the reception and in the bar. It is true to say that this hotel remains quiet expansive and sometime with a price of 250 euros above my company policy

Got to my room to find that it was half clean. Bed wasn't made and empty bottles from the last guest still there. Disappointing as my last stay was great.

I am always staying here for my business trips and i really feel like home! The staff is very kind, always helpful and friendly! Big rooms, very clean and a very, very comfy bed! Very rich breakfast and if you go there during summer, the rooftop swimming pool is awesome! Once you stay here, you will not want to chose anything else. :)

The room was really clean and the bed super comfortable. The only downside was maybe the shower... While taking a shower a lot of water was splashing outside. So the bath mat was a soaked... But overall I had a very pleasant stay in your hotel.

Not good. I stayed for business for four nights. My room on the 6th floor smelled like a sewer. My hairdryer was broken, and there was no iron in the room. When getting ready for a meeting, I did not have time to call the front desk and have them replace all of these things. Check in was also not good. I requested early check in - I had just gotten off an overnight flight. They advised me it was $100 to check in early. They also did not offer to hold my luggage in the meantime, to enjoy any services, there was no water even anywhere.

Whilst I am not a frequent guest the personal welcome from Ludovic and the Bar/Restaurant staff makes it a pleasure to stay at the Mercure Boulogne. The hotel is very clean and the food is excellent so what more can you ask for on a business stopover

The hotel's HVAC was not working which is problematic for me - air conditioning is a must for me to be able to sleep due to a medical condition. The hotel has an unpleasant odor and the staff is unfriendly.

The experience is not good at this time. I personally mentioned to the reception counter that the bath gel was used up and the bottom is empty at the first date night of my check-in. Your colleague told me that it is too late and already after their working hour. Your colleagues gave and a small bath gel pack and promised me the bath gel will be refused on a next day room make up. However, after I back to the hotel on the next day, it is still not refilled. The room make up quality is really bad.

The entrance of the indoor car park was not well indicated at the reception. It would be helpful to print the way to the car park entrance on the paper card holder. We were satisfied with the room and the breakfast, but we didn't expect so many biting mosquitos to enter at night this time of year.

The Staff was friendly and were very welcoming and knew there job very well and made everything easy and were all there with a smile which is something I do appreciate a lot. The room was clean and with proper amenities. My only Complaint is that the air-conditioning was not working and as per feedback from the reception is that it is central and adjusted to a certain temperature that cannot be changes within the room and it was very frustrating as the room was too hot for me that it caused me interrupted and trouble sleeping.
