Room and amenities were to a good standard. Breakfast wide selection, some of the machines for cooking own eggs very slow, which cased a long wait. Reception wasn’t a smooth check in or out due to limited staff at desk.

From check-in to check-out our experience was top notch. Room was very clean, beds comfortable and staff very pleasant. Breakfast has a huge selection to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.

We had a good 4 days staying here last week, staff was friendly for sure and helpful. Only downsides were Heat/AC in the room wasn't working was always hot and us showing up with a big group and told still rooms won't be ready for 7 hours wasn't a great experience especially since a group of guests showed up 2 hours later and were given rooms. Some miscommunication with room rates and such but all in all was good.

My experience was good overall. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. While some aspects could use improvement, like room amenities or responsiveness to requests, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
