Unfortunately very dissatisfied horrible smell like sewer system, dirty and dusty room, toilet like never properly clean and not nice feeling room. Only positive is the breakfast that is nicely arranged. I wouldn’t visit this hotel never again.

I stayed at the Hôtel Mercure Paris Boulogne for 4 nights and the stay was barely satisfactory. Can I mention that staff members were absolutely amazing however the service which the hotel provided was below par. There were spider webs on our rooms window inside and out which was not nice to see, additionally huge spider webs just outside the front entrance at the smoking area. I didn’t visit the hotel restaurant as the selection was not of my liking but that’s just my preference and not the hotels fault. Our rooms bathroom was very small I could barely sit on the toilet as it was fitted at the edge of the wall. The hand soap was at head level which was very strange and the shower was terrible, no water pressure. The lift had a foul smell of the drain, however they did mask it out with an amazing perfume at the lobby. Overall I’m not too picky and I had a good stay but this above can ruin other’s experience.
