Rude, obnoxious customer service

Check in experience was a rude and belligerent one. The receptionist could not find the travel company credit card booking and he insisted I had to pay. Constantly interrupted and talked over. The travel company emailed receptionist overnight, the lady at the desk sought to ignore this and again sought payment, in a similar vein of shocking customer service. I'm the end the hotel backed down. Room is ok, toilet separate to the bathroom?? Very quiet area, good breakfast. Did their level best not to book me a taxi saying it was my fault and I should have booked the previous night. Breathtakingly rude, ignorant and obnoxious service.

Terrible welcome. Waiting for more than 2h at the reception, although I had all the receipts proving that I had a reservation. The person at the reception couldn’t find my reservation. The manager was called, but took more than 15min to come. She also took another 30 min to solve the problem. Do not recommend the hotel and I won’t stay there never more!

Although I am Gold Accor Member, hotel treated me as Classic Member, i.e. no welcome package, no room upgrade, etc. When I complained at the reception, I was told that according to hotel records I am Classic Member. What a dissapointment....

Very nicely designed hotel. Modern Lobby, bar and room. The room size was great, love the extra toilet, seperated to shower. What I don‘t like, there are many nuts on the breakfast buffet. For a Person with a life threatening Allergy it is not comfortable. As a hotel, nuts shall be separated.
