A bit far from the city center but the bus stop is closed to the hotel. Nice room and cosy atmosphere at the bar

The place was very calm and convenient. There was no noise from the street or the air conditioning in the room. The reception staff were very helpful and kind. I had booked an early check-in, but since no rooms were available at the time, they upgraded me to a better room free of charge within less than 30 minutes, which I found very friendly and thoughtful.

We stayed as a family of four—two adults and two children—and booked two separate rooms. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 20-minute bus ride from the city center and roughly the same distance from the airport. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and featured very comfortable beds. One design aspect that felt a bit unusual was that the shower and handwashing areas didn’t have doors which might feel slightly awkward for some guests. Since we were only in Luxembourg for a few days and didn’t bring much luggage, it wasn’t a major issue for us, but the room could feel a bit limited in terms of storage space for longer stays. The breakfast room was somewhat small, but we didn’t have trouble finding a table. The food selection was satisfying, with plenty of options available throughout our stay. One minor drawback was the limited number of coffee machines, which sometimes meant waiting in line. Overall, aside from these small inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit.

We asked about electric car charger beforehand and got told there wasn’t any but we should look for a nearby gas station for opportunities ourselves. At late arrival with two kids, despite online check-in, took a while to get our same details I filled in before hand, again manually for government purposes. I did not like that my passport was taken aback and seeing it being photographed while I did not expect it too (didn’t get explanation beforehand). Bed was good, breakfast nice and service at departure was fine!
