Extra comfort in this off centre hotel. A lotto further from the city centre but easily accessible in minutes on the free public transport.

Good location for office, shame there is no decent food option, a microwave pizza by the receptionist was the worst I have ever experienced. Limited staff available.

Arrived and there was one person managing check inns and the bar It took 30min to check in I wanted to then have a beer at the bar to watch a World Cup game but would know it would take forever to get served Went to bed only to realise air conditioning not working.. checked with my BNP colleagues and it was the same for them So clearly a management decision to restrict Stayed in hundreds of Mercure hotels over this year and this bar far worst experience Will wait for your response before I share on public forums

Dear Sir B., First of all, the entire team at the Mercure Luxembourg Off Kirchberg would like to thank you for taking some of your personal time to write to us regarding your stay with us. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the situation you encountered upon your arrival. Please be assured that this in no way reflects how we value and welcome our guests. We will be informing the staff member who was present that evening to understand exactly what happened and rectify any issues without delay. Once again, please accept our deepest apologies. Regarding the air conditioning issue, a minor power outage caused the circuit breaker to trip. This occurred on a day when our technical service team was unavailable. Despite our best intentions, we were unable to access the air conditioning systems located on the roof, as we are not authorized to do so. We are sincerely sorry that this happened after a long day of traveling, the issue was resolved first thing Monday morning as soon as the technical team arrived. I was at the desk for your check-out and would have truly loved the opportunity to discuss with you about your experience so we could have addressed this together. However, we hope that you might give us a second chance so we can prove to you that at Mercure, we are dedicated to ensuring you have an enjoyable stay, and that our guests' satisfaction is at the very heart of our priorities.
