very nice hotel

Very nice hotel to spend a night in Luxemburg. Room is awesome and the staff is very good. We were unlucky that the boiler of the hotel broken during our stay, so we had to take cold shower and they didnt manage to fix it before the check-out, which was very disappointing.

Very nice room, spacey, well located and well isolated. I wish the room had a bath but the room was great regardless. Everything was clean and the shower gel/soap smelled amazing.

Poor cleaning service

Bed was not cleaned properly and I saw couple of hair strands once i removed the bed cover. this happend at 12 in the night when i checkedout and already was alloted a room with no bathroom and just a bath tub. Given the hotel knows that it is a work visit, it would have been nice if they had alloted a suitable room instead of charging for a bigger vacation type room.
