Dear Sir S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. As a loyal member of our brand, your loyalty is highly valued, and we deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, after a thorough review of the situation with our team, we would like to clarify the events of your stay. Upon your arrival, when you expressed dissatisfaction with the room size, our receptionist, Khalid, immediately offered to show you other available rooms to find a more suitable option but this offer was declined by yourself. Due to the hotel being fully booked that night, a complimentary upgrade was physically impossible, but you were invited to check back with us the following morning in case of last-minute cancellations. The next morning, following two last-minute cancellations, something that happens regularly in the hotel industry, two of our larger Family Rooms became available. Our colleague, Estelle, immediately offered to relocate you to these rooms free of charge to ensure your comfort. Regrettably, you decided to decline this solution and chose to check out of the establishment instead. Because our team proactively offered immediate, viable solutions to accommodate your family, which were refused, we cannot authorize a refund for the unused night, as stated by our team at the time of your departure. We understand your frustration, but we hope you understand that our team did their utmost to assist you within the limits of our occupancy.
