We had a good experience at the Novotel Suites. It is conveniently located for the tram to the City Centre. We arrived on an early flight and appreciated being allowed into our room ahead of schedule.

The room was nice but very cold. There was a window opened that couldn’t be closed without someone from reception coming to close it with a key. The room was very cold all night without being able to warm it up. The toilet smelled as if someone had been smoking previously.

Our guests can usually adjust the temperature between 10° and 30° using the manual controls, and we also provide separate heaters upon request at the reception. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and will ensure that our reception remains readily available to assist with such matters. Additionally, we are concerned about the smell of smoke you encountered in the bathroom. Our hotel is 100% non-smoking and we will be looking into this matter. We appreciate your feedback as it is crucial for us in maintaining the high standards of comfort and quality that Novotel Suites Luxembourg is known for.
