We booked an accessible room for a wheelchair user and wanted twin beds but the accessible rooms were only king beds which is not practical for a single person and an accompanying carer so my daughter had to sleep on the lounge made into a bed which was very hard and not comfortable. Also there was not enough clear space in the room for a wheelchair user to move around as there was too much furniture such as the large heavy table. We asked if the table could be removed and were told no so we had to re arrange the furniture ourselves to make enough room. This was a shame as the bathroom was good for accessibility. Also the fridge in the room was only a cooler and not cold enough or large enough to keep any food at a safe cold temperature.
