Large and modern rooms with a high standard and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good but not great.

Stayed in Novotel Suites for 2 nights to explore Luxembourg. It was such a great stay. The location is convenient and has a short walk access to the tram going to city centre. The bed was comfortable and the room has everything I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, comfortably close to the institutions. Tram into town closeby. For those sensitive to noise, the tramway might be too close if your on the "wrong" side of the building. I'm quite sensitive and it did wake me up early, but I managed to get back to sleep.

One of the reception staff (with Ukrainian or Russian accent) was not truly professional and kind - she reacted inappropriately and nervously on my request to extend the room key validity for 30 min, even though that was prearranged with her colleague.
