Pros • Very good overall stay • Spacious, well-sized rooms • Comfortable queen-size bed, great for a proper night’s sleep • Rooms are clean and well maintained; excellent housekeeping • Reception staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful • Very quiet and peaceful area • Fantastic location – trains and buses just a stone’s throw away • Mall nearby with multiple food options, restaurants, and shops • Feels very safe, especially as a female solo traveler • Easy connectivity while still being calm and non-chaotic Cons • Breakfast experience was disappointing • Hash browns were very dry • Service at the breakfast area was poor; staff didn’t seem attentive • Although the spread was good, everything was cramped into one area • Breakfast setup felt clumsy for the number of guests • Would have been much better if counters were spread out to allow smoother access

Fairly classic business and family hotel. No frills, no luxury. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not the most exciting neighborhood (it's a new development with mostly offices), but very close to the tram stop. Easy to get to/from the airport and downtown.
