It is understood and clear to everyone, anyone is responsible for they own personal stuffs. So, I am the final resposnbile for that. Anywat... let me tell you that, it sounds weird that when you forgot a charger on a specific plug in your room and you came back to the hotel few hours later to claim it back, no one is able to find it. And especially when it is confirmed the room was not use by no one else after my check out. Honestly, I am quite surprised. You also asked me to came back the day after. I did... also the day before receptionist was present... I perceived her quite annoied I came back and was very flying away on the topic. It is not the value of the item I apparently lost but that it magically disappeared.

A good hotel. Suite was nice. Location is good, straight tram from airport. Didn't appreciate getting a phonecall from reception accusing me of making excessive noise when I'd just got back to my hotel room after being out for dinner, when I was quiet as a mouse!

Overall very good, the exception being that there were no USB charging sockets and this meant I had to use Euro converters as I was travelling from the UK. I would have expected either USB A or C sockets to charge my devices
