Our suites feature manual temperature controls allowing adjustments between 10° and 30°, and we regret any discomfort experienced. This hotel is lovely. The staff were helpful, our room was not ready at 15.00 so they made us a coffee while we waited. The rooms are spacious, and include a fridge and microwave. The location is a little out of the city centre, but thanks to the excellent tram system (which is free) you are no more than 10 minutes from pretty much everything. Get the T1 at the airport to the European Parliament station, and the hotel is about 2 minutes walk from there. Luxembourg is a great city to visit.
