Perfect location, 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the city centre on the tram line. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette fabulous addition. Beds very comfortable. Sound proofed rooms. Bath and shower amazing. Staff ao friendly and helpful and really attentive. Felt like a VIP. Would definitely stay in a Novotel again.

Special thanks to the young man who welcomed me on my arrival. Eager to help, gave the right info, ... Deserves a raise in pay. Room was as I expected. Breakfast was really bad. Eggs, potatoes, sausages, ... everything was cold (at 8:00am, which is peak hour).
