The ibis Luxembourg Aéroport is very basic with an Ikea-inspired decor. Nevertheless, it is clean and comfortable with an amazingly good restaurant with very professional and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is quite acceptable. The hotel is a very short and pleasant walk from the terminal. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel was ok for 1 night, nothing extra but clean. I was cold, I asked for a kettle as i wanted to drink tea but a packet of tea (not the whole box, a single packet) was 5 euros which I find ridiculous for a night with any extra things at the room and without breakfast for 157 euros. The whole box would be 100 euros. Otherwise, it was ok, the people working there pleasant. Room ok (bed too soft but typical for budget hotels, so ok).

Shower would flood the bathroom every day. There’s a bus that takes you to the city center. Reception staff are not friendly or welcoming.

Our maintenance team regularly checks all bathroom facilities to ensure they function properly and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Nevertheless, we're glad you found our location convenient, with easy access to public transportation to the city center. There is indeed a bus that takes guests directly to the heart of Luxembourg City, and public transportation is free throughout the country. I am travelling a lot for business and I have to say Ibis starts to disapoint me. Leonardo and Motel one are much better. The hotel in Luxembourg was quite expensive and the quality below average. Room not so fresh, quite used up and not comfortable. As well no water, coffe or tea in the room. For 136 EUR I would expect at least a bit of something. I spend 5 eur for a coffe at you bar and the quality was that of a vending maschine. Positeive points: rooms are clean and breakfast was ok. I am still going to choose other brands if they are available. Thank you, Laurentiu
