It was ok in general, but we had a terrible night. The rooms where way to hot even with the aircon on 12 degrees it didn't change anything, reception didn't pick up the phone, we couldn't open any window and there was no water available to drink but tap water. The bar was not very comfortable, the pancake machine the kids where hoping for out of order and there was a construction site in front of our window so we couldn't open the curtains. It would have been ok if they told us before or at least tried to be nice and make up for it, but nothing was offered but "Ok, I will note it down". The family room was in general nice but we couldn't book in our 13 year old anymore despite the beds being even big enough for us adults, while the extra double room we had to book offered only a very small bed almost not bearable for two. Honestly? I don't get that. We will not stay here again.

When checking in I was stood waiting for ages while a man, who I thought was another guest, sat at another desk on his computer. He looked at me, but didn't signal he was actually working there and could check me in. Eventually approached the man, who checked me in and sent me on my way. Room was OK, though quite small and lacking kettle/mugs/tea/coffee etc. I walked back over to the airport to grab a coffee before settling in for the night. Bed was pretty comfy, but the pillows were a bit of a let down as they were super soft and almost flat. I guess each person has their own preference regarding pillows, but they were the worst I've had in ages. Check out was quick and a shuttle is provided free of charge over to the airport, which I'd recommend taking, especially if travelling early doors as it's a good 5+ minute walk pretty much with only street/carpark lighting.

Hello, It is a pitty that you need now to pay 10€ for the parking even if you have a room at the hotel. it was 1 of the reason why IBIS hotel was selected by our company (Parking is not reimbursed by the company)
