Room not very well cleaned. Found on towels hairs. Iron given by employee on reception was dirty. If I did not pay attention I could potentially destroy my business shirt. Breakfast very poor standard, only one pitcher of still water with broken tap. Employee at breakfast very unfriendly. Overall poor standard of Ibis.

Almost everything was good, except last day breakfast. As I had to leave early, I asked to have breakfast box. I have paid for breakfast in advance. When I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that it was not ordered, but I have ordered it when I arrived. Two persons working at reception were not very friendly, lady asked to come in 20 minutes.
