Hello, I stayed at your hotel from 1.5.2026 to 3.5.2026 in Room 239. The wash basin in my bathroom had a serious leak that caused the entire bathroom to be constantly wet. This problem persisted for my entire stay (2 nights and 3 days). I reported this issue: 1. By phone to reception 2. In person at the reception desk 3. To the cleaning staff I was told you requested a repair, but the leak was never fixed. Despite reporting the problem, I was: - NOT offered another room - NOT given any compensation - Left unable to use my own bathroom properly I have video evidence of the leak and the wet bathroom conditions. This was a significant defect that made the room unsuitable for the agreed purpose. I am requesting a full refund of €250,25 for this stay. Please confirm your decision within 14 days. Its hard find something that you may dislike here. The things I want to admit are: 1. good breakfast, though a bit overcrovded during most popular hour - but there is an info about the busiest time. 2. good location - 3-4 min by foot from airport, bus stop right at the corner and tram (both - free) from the airport to downtown. 3. comfy room, - there is nothing exclusive, but as simple and good as it gets (but - no fridge/minibar), good pillows, good sound insulation. Kids liked the double-decker bed. 4. there is a lobby bar / restraunt, which is really convinient if you are tired after long journey and don't want to go to the city center. 5. parking with possibility to leave at the end of the day (not immediatly after check-out)

I choose this hotel because of the airport proximity and it was not my first time I stayed there. The room was fine as well as the breakfast however my check-in experience was a bit strange with the receptionist asking upon arrival if I actually booked this hotel or the Ibis Budget next door and repeating let's see if you have actually booked with us when they were checking for my name. First time I experienced something like that in an Ibis and I am not sure where it comes from. One suggestions would have been for the check-in desk to actually doubt the clients when they are not able to find the registration and not assuming they are mistaken.

Very comfortable stay and the hotel is right next to the 29 bus stop that goes into Lux centre. The bar staff were amazing - very friendly and remembered my order from the previous day.
