room was large and comfortable, staff friendly, only issue I experienced was having to wait for more than 10 minutes to check out, there was only 1 person in front of me but he was taking 10 minutes plus to check out, it was peak check-out time 11.30 to 12.00 standard check-out time so would be good if a second staff member would have been available to deal with check-outs, there was an error in the in-room billing displayed on my room tv so I wanted to check this and receive a copy of my bill and not do the instant check-out which is also available, I will return to stay in the hotel again next week

The hotel is very nice but the service is not up to standard , especially the breakfast restaurant and housekeeping. An exception is the concierge, he was very good and helpful. The location is very convenient.

This hotel is the best, for the room amenities, service and price. The staff is incredibly friendly! The gym is well equipped and always clean. The beds are very soft
