Good modern hotel in Europa sector, good tram connections. Reception a bit tucked away and a lack of public information about what was happening on Assumption Day (restaurant closed). Overall food very good.

Room was a good size. Very clean and well arranged. View was a little disappointing as it showed a couple of skips and rubbish in amongst the surrounding buildings in the backdrop. The presentation of the hotel generally & our room was very good. Big positive was the care given by the staff. There was a lady who looked as though she was in charge of the breakfast service (Sophie I think). Slightly more mature woman, light grey colour in her hair (tied back). Her customer care skills were excellent. She really looked after us. I was less impressed by the selection of food in the hotel. We arrived on Friday 14th August, and checked out yesterday, Mon 17th August. Breakfast choice was fine. We only had a limited fixed menu to choose from in the Italian restaurant (Radici) or a very limited choice in the bar, the other restaurant was closed for our entire visit. As someone who had paid for half board, both myself and my son were not very happy with the selection available to us, so much so that we ended up eating out at local restaurants 2 nights out of 3. That was not good, as I ended up paying twice. Once to the hotel for half board & then again to the restaurants we had to eat at. There was also no laundry service available to use on Sunday 16th August. The front desk told me that because there was a public holiday weekend, I could not get my laundry done. Check out - Handled really well by the lady at the front desk. She was really pleasant and helpful. Sorry I did not catch her name. We had ordered a taxi to the airport for 9am and it came a little early, which was great. Check out experience very good & very easy! I'd visit Luxembourg again, I might visit the hotel again, but the choice of food available to me would have to be so much better, otherwise there is no point paying the hotel in advance for half board. Thanks.

Fantastic hotel from check in to check out, your Italian dinner restaurant need help to time food and drinks. My drink arrived for the dessert arrived nearly 10 minutes efter the dish.

This was a great stay. I had very nice contact with the team and the food at Radici was great. It was a pity Feierwon was closed and Radici was closed on Sundays, but the salad I got at the bar was also quite nice. I appreciated the upgrade to the suite, although it was weird that the curtains were closed (and housekeeping seemed to also do this proactively. Might have been because of the warm temperatures. When the sun wasn’t on the windows though, I really enjoyed having the curtain open due to numerous windows. I also greatly appreciated the flexibility regarding taking the car out for an afternoon, and the takeaway breakfast on the day I left. Breakfast was great quality too, with nice options à la carte, but there were not many vegetables to at the buffet. The egg white omelette with spinach was a nice replacement though.

i really liked the hotel itself, the rooms and the staff. the only thing i would improve is to make the mattresses a little harder. everything else was great

Totally dissatisfied with the service with no respect for customer comfort and feedback. Had a horrendous stay with no water in shower for more than 40 mins leaving me half showered and no sense of urgency from the staff to resolve it. No apologies, no resolution offered, no one checked if the issue was resolved. Fave feedback to manager who did nothing about anything, no compensation offered.
