The Room was clean and tidy and had everything I required for an overnight stay. There is a good Italian restaurant downstairs and a food mall nearby. The hotel is between two tram stops, so access to the airport is easy.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the price level. There was a technical issue with the sink, as the water was not draining properly. When I reported it, the receptionist checked and casually asked whether it really bothered me, since I was only staying one night. I found this response inappropriate, as the situation was quite unpleasant. I was then asked to pack all my belongings and go down to reception to get a key for another room. After doing so, I was given a room right next door — which could have saved unnecessary time and stress if I had known this beforehand. The next morning, while I was dressing in my room, housekeeping entered without knocking, saying she thought I was checking out. The hotel itself is nice, but at €248 per night (without breakfast), I would expect better maintenance and more professional, respectful service.
