When I checked in, I had to sign a paper form, which is fine, it's always been like this. But after that I also had to sign a digital form and the receptionist took a picture of my ID card. That didn't feel great at all, it felt very intrusive. I don't want my ID card details to be stored on a server out of my control.

Well located, room upgraded with luxury and comfort in abundance, helpful staff. Welcome drink option includes champagne, which is rare for Accor. Wholeheartedly endorse and would return in a heartbeat for a future stay. If you want to feel valued, this is the best choice.

I brought my wife to the hotel on a short break to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted by Kasia at reception who gave us an extremely warm and friendly welcome, and even took time to show us around the hotel. Kasia and the two gentlemen on duty at the front desk gave us lots of help and advice in a very professional and warm manner. The hotel bar was lovely and the restaurant staff were great especially Alex in De Feierwon. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped, and we slept very well. Overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel location is great too as it is very close to the buses and the Symphonie tram stop, only around 16 minutes from the airport. I would recommend the hotel for business or pleasure.
