Always love my stay here, beds are so comfy, facilites are amazing, location is great for the tram to work or town and the staff are always so helpfull and friendly.

My loyalty points have not yet been credited.Best pillows and mattress i ever had.An unfortunate moment during my check in i was given a room that was not or was just checked out and was not cleaned

The rooms were extremely hot and the air con was not working, had to sleep with open window and could not sleep well due to noise outside.
