I was already register in the ACCOR, i lost my points, then the two times i have been in the hotel they told me they would sent to me the invoice by email. I never receive them

This is my third stay, and it’s become my hotel of choice when traveling to Luxembourg for work. The bed is a dream - I’m sorry I didn’t see the pillow menu until late in my stay. Appreciate the little personal touches and kind service. I will be back.

Sofitel Luxembourg Europe is always a great choice. Clean and well-appointed rooms, excellent location (T1 tram takes you to the centre in no time), good dining options inside or close by in Kirchberg area, private parking. Plus the high quality of service to top it all off. Special mention to Robert for always being warm and helpful.

When I checked in, I had to sign a paper form, which is fine, it's always been like this. But after that I also had to sign a digital form and the receptionist took a picture of my ID card. That didn't feel great at all, it felt very intrusive. I don't want my ID card details to be stored on a server out of my control.
