The hotel is nice, good facilities and close to my destination. I was unable to check-in online. This caused my loyalty card not to be registered properly. So during check-in at the desk, I got the feeling that my loyalty benefits weren't arranged. And since this was the first time in my current level, that was a bit of a bummer.

I have stayed before and I come back because the beds are so comfortable. I found it difficult to get a cab in the morning but that was my own fault as I was asked if I wished to book one the night before.

Had a great stay, very comfy beds, luxury linens, ample towels, good toiletries, great housekeeping, minibar drinks appreciated, friendly service, quality restaurant. Only faults I could find is the music TV channel (73) wasn't working and at times the internet seemed a bit slow. And I went to the wrong Sofitel on arrival...

I had a fantastic stay with you, when I couldn't find the car park upon arrival your doorman walked with me to the car and directed me, the room was well serviced, the breakfast staff learned my name within a few days, these are touches that make a huge difference and differentiate you from your competitors. Unfortunately on the last morning there was no hot water which meant I have to go to work without a shower. These things happen, but when they do I expect you to take responsibility for it, this means either refunding some of that night's rental, or an offer to upgrade me to a suite on my next stay, or even additional tier points, but something that recognised the inconvenience and assures me that my future business is appreciated.

Staying at Sofitel was a pleasureable experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and any issues I had during my stay were dealt with quickly by attentive staff. The hotel is in a great location on the right side of the city to the airport and very close to the new tram system which enables quick and easy transport into the city. Thoroughly recommended!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. All of our requests were provided on time. We also availed the Christmas Eve Dinner provided in the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was below our expectation and the ambiance didn’t embody the Christmas vibe we were hoping for.
