From the time I checked in the experience was a great. A gentleman by the name of Sangeet helped me facilitate an upgrade (paid) to an executive room cause I had booked a wrong room type. The room was spacious, clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. We came from a competitor which I had accumulated almost 40 nights last year. I wish I had found the Novotel sooner. At the time of this review, would already be my second stay here at the Novotel Leicester. I tried to book my third stay but couldn't cause the hotel was fully booked.

I had a great stay at Novotel Leicester. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The executive room was clean, modern, and very spacious, which made it really comfortable to relax in. The hotel’s location is also excellent—conveniently situated for exploring the city. Car parking was just a few minutes’ walk away and offered at a very reasonable rate, which was really convenient. I’d definitely stay here again.

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at the Novotel in Leicester and couldn’t have been more impressed. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and welcoming. The location is excellent, with convenient parking just a short 2-minute walk away. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, ensuring fresh towels and replenished tea and coffee supplies throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
