Great location close to the station. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed, bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the room was very hot, the air cooling unit was not really doing anything. The window did open but was restricted and what air was coming in was going straight behind the wardrobe. I did mention this to reception who were apologetic and said I could have requested a fan - it would have been nice to be told that on check in. Breakfast was good, wide range of products. Hot food was well cooked and very tasty. I will not hesitate to stay here again but hopefully when its cooler

Whilst the people working at the hotel could not be any nicer- honestly, so nice. The room temperature was unbearable. They don't have air con but they also do not supply fans and in the heatwave that we are experiencing, it was too much. My phone registered the room at over 33°c and I could not sleep. I had requested for a fan but nobody contacted me to say they didn't have any, just that they would look into it. Shame.
