Key card would not work replaced still not working receptionist had to open our door each time we left the room, felt like a naughty little child, only one pillow each asked for extra was given one so had to ask for another, breakfast no drinks machine as the milk not working staff terribly apologetic, all condiments left open, had to ask for milk jug and orange juice jug to be refilled.fruit salad bowl not only left open but just melon not salad (variety), supposedly fresh fruit but so obviously out of date. I will be asking for a refund as a naughty child i should not be expected to pay £140

We apologise for the technical issue in regards to the key card not working. We have tried out best to resolve the issue during the shift as you may have seen. Each room has a spare pillow in the room. I remember yourself requesting a pillow which was delivered promptly by myself. Instead of one two pillows were delivered to the room.
