The staff are friendly enough but there is no special welcome for Accor Gold members which other Ibis hotels offer. There is AC in the room but it does not appear to be functional so, as a result the room was extremely hot which made sleeping difficult

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a good experience. The hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from the train station and not far from the shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not see an iron but i did not ask because i did not need it, i think that even if they do not have an iron in the rooms there should be an information sheet about that. There is also a busy rood but that was not a problem for me. The staff are very polite and welcoming. Good customer service with genuine smiles. Breakfast was good, the continental usual's but well prepared. i will stay again in any Ibis and will also recommend.

Room was good, facilities as expected, breakfast lovely. BUT the room remained at 26-28 degrees not batter which setting the air-con was on so we had a very uncomfortable night.
