Amazing, I asked for some special requests - petals on the bedding, prosecco, make the room as romantic as possible and the staff went above and beyond! Furthermore, the guy on reception was very pleasant and allowed a visitor to have some breakfast free of charge. It must be noted that this was at the very end of service; so the food was due to be cleared away and thrown out, but the act of kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you for a very pleasant and welcoming stay, we'll be back for sure!

This Ibis is in a very handy location for the train station and the city centre. The rooms are clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

It wasnt the best experiance. I paid for an early check in and still had to wait 30 mins for a room to be ready and was told it may be longer as the obly room available is one with a stain on the carpet if that was ok with me. My food that i had ordered from just eat had gobe missing which in all fairness wasnt the hotels fault. Was just disappointed that despite having paid for early check in from 9am i still didnt get a key and get to my room til about 10am

Really great to see such a very good customer service and we will be happy to visit again when the chance comes up. During this covid disaster it has not been good for a lot of people, so for us to visit was really good and this Ibis is realyl worth another vist.

The room was very warm at night, and there didn’t seem to be a way of operating the fan. We could open a window but the noise of the traffic was too loud for us. All the staff we dealt with were always polite and helpful. Pretty close to the city centre

More than adequate for the price and great, helpful staff

Facilities were more than adequate and we found the staff to be very helpful and professional. There were only 2 small issues: 1. It wasn't clear that the key card was required to use the elevator. 2. The elevator was out of order on Sunday morning, but there were no signs to indicate this.

I had a problem with the toilet in my room, where it was constantly filling with water, and wouldn't stop. Fortunately the receptionist moved me to a different room. I found the breakfast extremely small for the price payed though

Could you advise why guests were not wearing face masks ? When there was a FIRE alarm at approx 23.30 most of the guests appeared to be from one group Could you confirm you are NOT housing asylum seekers...

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review of our hotel We are bound by GDPR rules and regulations so we are unable to comment in your questions raised in relation to other guests. As far as your question about the fire alarm is concerned we notified all guests present that there was a false alarm and team members were also despatched to the car park to communicate this to guests who had evacuated and followed the guidance on the back of their hotel door. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused but we always leave the fire alarm ringing unless we can 100% guarantee it is a false alarm. We are happy to report in this instance it was a broken break glass call point that caused the alarm and this was replaced immediately by our management team. Kind regards Management

This hotel is very handy for the centre. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious! On-site parking is limited but we had no problems on the night we stayed. I thought it was really good value.
