Great stay. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. Breakfast was good, very filling. Hotel is well located for a walk into the centre. Unexpectedly got a parking space. Staff are exceptional, friendly and welcoming, Agnieszka especially.

The shower pipe was broken half of water would leak from the middle of shower. there was no soap and the shampoo pottle was empty.

I enjoyed my stay and particularly appreciated the early check-in because I was going to a funeral which was early afternoon. The cooked breakfast was very good and I enjoyed it very much.

Clean and comfortable hotel but social distancing a problem in the bar/reception area, no other guests seemed to be wearing masks. Coffee machine broken at breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money.

We came under slightly unusual circumstances just before the Coronavirus lockdown, The hotel was pretty empty and we were really well looked after. One of your colleagues was amazing, very friendly and professional.

I know its a basic hotel, but the room was smaller than I expected, less comfortable and for the price poor value. I've stayed at neighbouring Premier Inn before at a cheaper price and more comfort. Staff were helpful though.

Would definatley recommend IBIS if all your hotels are as good as the one in Leciester at which I stayed. My first time in IBIS - my prefered chain of hotel was fully booked which led me to yours. Clean comfortable room but the staff definately stood out!
