Dear Atul, We apologise for the inconvenience you have faced during your stay with us. Our lift was under refurbishment and has been operational since Friday 9th January 2026. As a budget hotel we do have telephones in the room but you will be able to call us directly on the hotel number and we will be able assist you in your needs. We do not provide bottled water in the rooms as a budget hotel but we are able to give you a glass of water with ice from our bar if you require during your stay with us. Kind regards Amit Chandehoke
