No lift and a room on the 4th floor with not assistance offered for baggage - not great. You should tell people when booking that you wont have a working lift until Feb.

Comfortable room, well soundproofed. Friendly staff, check in easy. Availability of parking under the building excellent, was a concern of mine. It was a short stay and left before breakfast but the reception area where people socialising looked nice.

The room looked out on to the main busy road. No sound proofing what so ever. On top of that you can hear the freight trains at night. No peace or quite. To add insult to injury I was in the 4th floor. And the lifts were broken for the whole duration of my stay! Totally unacceptable....

Unfortunately when I arrived the lift was not working and won’t be until next year. Not a problem for me as I was on the first floor but something to be aware of. I arrived early, before check in time, but they kindly found me a room that was ready. The window didn’t seal very well so I had the sound of the wind whistling through (it was VERY windy) but earplugs solved that problem. The carpets could do with a wash but generally they were ok. The bed was very comfortable and the room was not too hot. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good and relatively cheap. All in all I would stay here again.
