Stayed here for the past 2 weekends which I have to say I wont be staying here again. So there were issues with the TV as only a handful of channels worked when asked I was giving 2 different excuses and was never rectified. Then the shower / sink smelt really bad of eggs on both visits, the temp in the room was always hot then if you open the window it's too noisy then the bed which was rock hard and pillows that felt like was sleeping on a rock then the so called bath towels which was more like a flannel just not big enough to go round. Personally I think the management should take notes from all previous comments and make some urgent changes to these rooms. So all in all it was a very bad weekend not happy with the amount of money paid for the room we got.

My stay was okay but I would’ve liked to have had softer pillows also the Wi-Fi was not working which was highly disappointing therefore I would rate this hotel a two star

Worst stay of my life, the bedsheet had blood stains and music playing very loud at night for nights of my stay

My two night stay was awful, when I arrived in my room there was blood stains on the bedsheet and when I was going to sleep O could hear loud banging music, I could not even get to sleep as I was up all night and ended up with a migraine. I wash ashamed of telling the staff as they was very rude, I did not feel welcomed at all. I feel I wasted my money on nothing. Very disappointing

Very good stay at the Leicester Ibis (2nd time). I asked for a quiet room and was looked after well - quick responses by email. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities were good and the bed comfortable. Very short walk from the station. Good choice.
