Check in easy - staff good - position perfect- rooms let the hotel down. We had two twin rooms the room very tight and the beds small - bathroom tiny. The room was exceptionally hot (35 overnight) we had to ask for a fan. Couldn’t open windows because of pigeons coming in and the traffic noise - we decided to leave early after our event and find a suitable hotel.

Staff were nice, however the bar/reception/restaurant area absolutely stunk of drains (might have been an unclean dishwasher). Wasn't great when you arrive or eat breakfast! Rooms are not cleaned to a high standard bathroom had hair over the floor. Had to ask for extra duvets to sleep of as the beds were horrific neither I mor my daughter got much sleep.

Hotel was very well located for where i needed to be. Hotel was very clean and staff i encountered were nice. Room was really nice. However, there is no air conditioning in the room and it was really really hot all night. That's the only problem i had.
