Clean and comfortable hotel but social distancing a problem in the bar/reception area, no other guests seemed to be wearing masks. Coffee machine broken at breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money.

We came under slightly unusual circumstances just before the Coronavirus lockdown, The hotel was pretty empty and we were really well looked after. One of your colleagues was amazing, very friendly and professional.

I know its a basic hotel, but the room was smaller than I expected, less comfortable and for the price poor value. I've stayed at neighbouring Premier Inn before at a cheaper price and more comfort. Staff were helpful though.

Would definatley recommend IBIS if all your hotels are as good as the one in Leciester at which I stayed. My first time in IBIS - my prefered chain of hotel was fully booked which led me to yours. Clean comfortable room but the staff definately stood out!

Probably worse nights sleep and cheap breakfast

The bed was uncomfortable room too warm so had to open window and traffic noise kept me awake thought room was very basic, small tv and the buffet breakfast was cheap, the bacon was like leather and no customer service first and last time I would stay at Ibis hotel, premier inn is far better all round

I had a good time staying at ibis, i had an issue with My caller, it was very hard communicating due to callers accent, information detail they put into system was incorrect, i had to recall for my email confirmation , then received it , second individual mentioned my email was typed in incorrectly in first place, second issue i had was room cleaners knocked on my door 2 times before 12pm i have not requested for breakfast ,therefore i do not expect cleaners at my door until i leave , first call was at 10am second around 11am, it was quite frustrating with the constant knocking that the door

Overall experience of Ibis Leicester is good. Room was clean, check in/out very simple. Ideal location in close proximity to the city centre. Only small downside is there is very limited parking at the hotel.
